HiWe are trying to set up the One Trust cookie management solution in Adobe launch via there extension.Now we have it live we have realised that even though we have set it to allow all cookies to be dropped on the first page load the Launch rule seems to be blocking some scripts from firing.The cookie manager adds a condition to each rule we have set up. The condition then only triggers the rule if the cookie category has been set to active. As we have defaulted the site to have the cookies active until the customer decides otherwise whenever a new customer lands on the site the rules should fire. However this is not happening. Some cookies are being blocked for no reason . We and the suppliers are unable to find an answer.Does anybody on here have experience of working with the One Trust cookie management extension who could help.

Hi Community,  I wanted to see if any of you are aware of how to set up ACL rules so that a user can not make any add/edit/delete actions to folders themselves, but can contribute assets or pages to those folders?  I'd like to set up a role that can create our folder structure in Pages and in the DAM.  Then set up a separate role so that people can upload assets to those folders (in the case of the DAM) or create pages in those folders (in the case of Sites) but can not change the folder hierarchy in any way.     Wasn't sure if this was possible, and appreciate any help you can direct me to.

Hi Team, I have an DTM Implementation have an issue with Direct call rules variables persisting.I have two DCR Rules One with a Product which is Merit and other Product without Merit. When user clicks the Product with Merit it should fire an event 30 and its related variables varx.When user clicks on the product without Merit is should only fire the event30. The issue is when user clicks on the Merit product and later the user clicks on NonMerit Product it should only fire event30 but not the variables of the Merit Product. Will this issue can be mitigated by using the clearvars() If yes can someone help me how to use this. Help is appreciated ! Thanks,Balakrishna

I build an email in Marketo to support an event with a partner company. Their marketing department wants a PDF version so they can email to their prospective customer base. Is there any way to do this?I tried to download the HTML and then print to PrimoPDF but the email spreads to 2 pages, and I can't adjust the page settings to get the content to stay together.Any ideas?

Hi,  I have an use case to pop up birthday offers using offer interaction module in mobile App channel. For this I have prepared the soap call for identified users and its working fine by returning the response with proposition id and HTML representation. But i cant use the same SOAP call for anonymous visitors even though my offer space is linked with fall back mechanism to retrieve offers from visitors offer space . Hi everyone, I want to submit a situation like that: I've created a program with a form, relative to an event/webinar. I've also added custom program member fields to this program, but they are not fillable by form, because they have a post-event purpose (like the number of viewed sessions or minutes of attendance).   Then, I've got a script that parses a spreadsheet: it has email, # of viewed sessions, and minutes of attendance; when I've retrieved the lead ID, I would like to update my custom program fields (numberViewedSessions and minutesAttendance) by REST API.   It's possible to do that? I can update a lead by a POST to /rest/v1/leads.json and the status by a POST to /rest/v1/leads/programs/{programID}/status.json, but I don't know if there is a way to update those fields. Hello Everyone, We have successfully been using Jen's Usage tips from last years Summit (https://spark.adobe.com/page/hnYfQPThMu2dr/) to great effect in monitoring our usage of Adobe Analytics, however with the release of the Adobe Analytics App and the introduction of Scorecards I know my team have generated a number of scorecards specifically for our executive board along with access. As I have come to look at the usage this month I note than none of my exec showed as a logged in user in the User data and I cannot see a view of the Scorecard in the Log extracts for Usage > so my question is does anyone know how to get a usage log of the App and view the users logging in? Thanks in advance.

Hello,  I'm trying to set up an External Account where I would access an outside vendor's FTP to pick up files they post daily. The vendor says they would need OUR Public Key for them to load on their end in order for us to access their server. Can someone clarify the process for me?Step 1) Contact Adobe Support and have them create a Public and Private SSH Key for me. (FYI - Adobe is hosting our instance) Step 2) Provide the 3rd party vendor the Public KeyStep 3) Set up the External Account pointing to the vendors SFTP server - stp.******.com; Port:22; Authentication Type: Public Key: Account (is this the vendors Username); and make sure Adobe has the keys added to the External Account.  I should then be able to include a File Transfer Activity (File download) and point to the external SFTP, and grab the file placed in that directory.  Are these steps correct?

Hi folks, We are not actually using AEM Experience Fragments, but there are frequent error messages occurring during use on the author serverssaying that  " *ERROR* [EventAdminAsyncThread #1] com.adobe.cq.xf.impl.adobetarget.TargetVariationModificationListener Cannot derive user name for bundle com.adobe.cq.cq-experience-fragments [304] and sub service experience-fragments-service". I can reproduce this by doing a Move Page but there are many other occurrences also.So even though we don't use the Experience Fragments, maybe some of the feature's code gets exercised nonetheless?  I want to clean up the logs, so in the staging environment, I added a user mapping via the system console configmgr and the error messages went away.com.adobe.cq.cq-experience-fragments:experience-fragments-service=[experience-fragments-service] For the production environment, I am not allowed to make changes directly via the AEM Console ConfigMgr so I have to create "conf" files in the

In AEM page properties, we can set URL redirects. Adobe support informed that these are 302 redirects. Is there a way to override this so by default they become 301 redirects and not 302?

We have ACC on premise and currently we have only 1 server on which we did installations. I see another server is prepared and ready but it seems someone from Adobe said my org that ACC does not work 2 servers active. I am sure its absolutely incorrect as app at such a high level cant be running only on one server and if something happens to that server we lost ability to send email notifications.  I am still gathering the info, but it will be great if you have set up with more than one server, i request to pls help me with your archeture diagram and any special settings you did to make it work.  Meanwhile I will gather more info why Adobe said it can only work on one server. 

I'm looking to make a query where I target profiles who haven't opened ANY emails from x number of days ago.This is to be set up as a workflow with a recurring email to entice user's to engage with our emails.I understand that I need to query profiles that have no tracking associated to them but where I'm getting caught up is querying to 60 days ago. When using the simple mode for the query, it simply says "corresponds to the last 60 days", which to me means from now until 60 days ago. But I don't want to target profiles from yesterday, ONLY 60 days ago. The advanced code reads as follows, though I don't fully understand it:@logDate >= DaysAgo(60) AND @logDate < GetDate()  Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to understand why approximately one third of the messages are marked with "number of processed records=0" (in the nms:deliveryLogStats table). There are 40 duplicate telephone numbers that are removed. I am quite sure that all the 15k messages has been sent, since the logs of our SMS service provider says so.
