Currently I am working on new email templates. Since it is best practice to include a 'view as webpage' link, we will finally start using this within the new templates. But now I have a problem with this. Once a lead is created, fields like 'business unit address', 'social media links', 'contact page' and 'unsubscribe page' are filled with HTML so they fit with the email template. Every lead gets different links to different pages depending on their country and language. Within the email template we use tokens to populate the right business unit address, social media links, contact page and unsubscribe page. This all works when testing and sending emails. The HTML is transferred into the icons etc But.. We include a 'view as webpage' link in the email. If you open this webpage, you will see the actual HTML and not the icons etc.. Any solution for this? Thanks

Hi   I am configuring a webhook with method type as POST for the below URL's production: https://www.example.com   UAT: https://www-uat.example.com     For the prod URL, it is working fine in webhook as well as through POSTMAN but for the UAT url, it is working fine in POSTMAN but throwing error string as "www-uat.example.com Name or service not known" and no status code   Has anyone encountered this kind of issue before? Hi Team, I have a couple of questions about the open,email clicks, opt-out and email bounces. :  question 1 : through delivery parameters we can see the metrics like opens, email clicks, opt-out, reactivity rate etc., for a delivery. So these metrics are for whole delivery for example : if i have a delivery - "delivery A" which was been running through a campaign from Jan - May 2020 is there a way through which i can filter the counts of open, email clicks, opt-outs by months like "delivery A" for month of Jan how many opens/clicks/opt-outs, for the month of Feb how many opens/clicks/opt-outs and so on... i didn't found from and to dates on delivery table. So alternatively i am pulling all the tracking logs and filtering by month ( is it the only way to do it>) question 2: i found open, opt-outs, email clicks parameters on delivery table but there is no bounce rate or bounce count on delivery table. Where can i see the bounce count on a delivery ?

Hi,We are doing AEM upgrade from version 6.3 to 6.5. Also moving from Jboss to Tomcat.(AEM 6.5 author is on Tomcat). Hi Team, We have upgraded AEM from 6.4 to 6.5. We have a set of assets (PDF) created dynamically. While dynamic creation, there is no extension added to the node. Example a pdf will be created like a node "English" and can be accessed using the node "/content/dam/project/pdf/English". Asset type is set to : application/pdf. When accessed from dam the PDFs opened in 6.4 in all browsers.However in 6.5 with service pack the pdfs are not rendering only in chrome and bytecode, metadata is displayed in browser.Are there any changes or configurations which need to be taken care of. Hi, just wondering if anyone has used any AEM features to solve this use case.We have web articles we are allowing our users to see only for certain amount of views (e.g. 10). Each user has a unique URL to our AEM web page, where a Sling filter intercepts these requests and can identify who the user is (from URL encoded details), and the page ID they are trying to view. The user then gets redirected to view the underlying web page (asset) on Publisher instance. The challenge is each user can only see a specific page X amount of times.Cannot lockdown the specific page since other users can still see, and cannot lockdown specific user as they can still see other articles. Obvious answer is to built something custom, tracking readership in a Database and checking each time - although am concerned about performance of adding this.  Am trying to se if AEM has something out-of-the-box (ish) which can assist on this - maybe paywall type functionality, since use case is similar

Hello All - I have a dynamic component in the page. On selection of the drop down, The content needs to be refreshed/changed according to the selection. The component is basically a Multifield component with reference/path to the experience fragment Path/variation for each state. In the JCR node of the page, we capture only the experience fragment path and states, and not the actual content of the XF. I have asked for the suggestion in the other forum and I was asked to go for Ajax route. In my case, the content of experience fragment (DIV) should be replaced on the page  completely based on the user selection. The XF is stored as cq:page with node and properties and we don't have the complete DIV to replace the content. I don't think if iframe is one of the best solution to include the XF page in the iframe tag.  Whenever I change the state, I have to refresh the browser to see the updated content. Hi Team, I am working on a use case where I am accessing the Adobe Target API using Adobe I/O console in adobe campaign. As we know that generally when we create the token manually in Adobe I/O , it gets expired after 24 hours. Hi,We are using more i18n values in our project. Since the node type(jcr:primaryType) is nt:folder and jcr:mixinTypes is "sling:Message" while updating the values (locale wise)in /libs/cq/i18n/translator.html and while replicating using /libs/replication/treeactivation.html (from parent path), its taking much long time to complete replication of all nodes (of type nt:folder) under i18n since there is no lastModified property created (eventhough we check only modified option while replicating) I tried to add jcr:mixinTypes -- mix:lastModified to the nt:folder type node and when i change the value and save in translator.html, lastModified node is created for first time then if i again change the value and save it lastModified value is not updated. Can anyone kindly help on how to activate only the changed/modified i18n values?arunpatidar26, Ratna Kumar, smacdonald2008JaideepBrarThanks in advance!!Regards,Sundari.

1) On Opening page properties from siteadmin directly by right-clicking on page, if we try to add value in multifeild it doesn't work.2) After adding & saving values from sidekick again if we open it from siteadmin the value does not show up in page properties dialog.

We are building a site in AEM, the site will have both the satanic and dynamic content. Dynamic content resides in external content management system and can be accessed via REST APIS. The approach we took so far is to create custom components to get the content from external source. So, in our architecture, we will be having a page, that will have multiple custom components, which will then call REST API during rendering time. Is this approach correct? Is there any way to combine those multiple rest calls into one?

Hi All,Details as below :We have added a custom tab in the page properpties for one of our custom templates. One of the field in the custom tab is a non-mandatory multifield pathbrowser.In case that multi-field in dialog is not filled up, we would like to show an alert that this needs to be filled in later and continue to save the page properties without filling in that field.Tried various things based on the posts mentioned below, but no luck. hi team, After running Scheduled Page/Asset Activation workflow, I am not able to see existing workflow inbox messages. It is empty. Go to Tools -> Workflow -> Models -> Select Scheduled Page/Asset Activation and click "Start Workflow" giving some Payload.Once done, hit localhost:4502/inbox and check the inbox list is empty. But the list can be in seen via localhost:4502/aem/inbox since it is handled differently i guess. Could anyone please confirm on this.

We've been using Zoom as our webinar provider, and I noticed that I am no longer able to see any upcoming marketing webinars when I attempt to sync my event program to that Zoom event. I've spoken to support for both Marketo and Zoom, and neither has an answer for me. I have a second Zoom user for research webinars, and I can see events in that drop-down.   Both users are admins in Zoom. Neither has an error showing in the Launchpoint setup (I've re-authorized both). Zoom support has confirmed that both are setup correctly on their end, and they said that either a request is not sending out to Zoom for the information or a response is not being understood by the Marketo program. They requested that I ask Marketo support for logs to see what's going on on this end, which I've done.   When I go to select the event partner, I can select Zoom. For Login, I can select Zoom Marketing Webinars. This is where "Event:" should load a drop-down of all upcoming events for that launc
