Our users have a really fun habit of almost never marking their tasks as complete or logging their time within a month of when they actually work on the project. We also don't let users change the status of their projects so that projects don't disappear from people's time sheets before they enter their time. This makes it difficult archive projects because A) We have to check to make sure that every person on the project has logged their time and B) We have to go through and mark every task as 100% complete before we can archive the project. Not only is is extremely time consuming for us to mark every single project complete, but incomplete projects mean we can't trust our reports and they clutter people's work spaces. Does anyone have any suggestions or experienced a similar issue?

Hi,On 6.1, I've noticed that admin group users can edit a page which is locked by workflow lock payload process without unlocking that page although the user who started the workflow cannot edit that page while being locked by lock payload process. Is it a correct behavior? Thanks

We have observed that the LDAP query for groups is not triggering consistently as observed in loggers because of which Group Sync failing [only users sync is successful ]. Has anyone successfully added an "Add to Calendar" button to their email deliveries allowing the recipient to click and apply the necessary info to their personal calendar? We provide a list of 3 to 6 available drives from which the recipient can choose to donate, so we'd like the button to register the information of the single drive they select. We believe we could do this by uploading a default or template ics file into the Public Resources folder which calls on the fields within the email delivery that has the necessary scripting for the button via JavaScript. Has anyone already accomplished this or something similar?

Happy Friday !! Does anyone know if there is a way to stop users from deleting tasks from their projects? We have users who continue to delete tasks that had time tracked to them. This causes issues because when a task is deleted from a project after time has been tracked to to it, it changes the hour type to "project time" We have tried telling our teams over and over to not delete tasks but they are simply not listening. I am hoping there is a setting somewhere or a trick someone has where we can lock it so that users can not delete tasks from projects. Thanks for any help/advice. Thanks,Erica

AEM 6.5 running with Quickstart (tested already as a service, too): all bundles started2. Installed SP3 and the related Forms for Windows (6.0.122)3. One of our users would like a column added to his task report that displays the date the predecessor task was completed.The standard list of column options does not include this. Do any of you have a text mode way of accomplishing this?I come from a design background and not coding so this is my weakness. Hi all,I have a case where I want to deduplicate some data on the email in order to only have unique profiles in the dataset. As the title suggests, sometimes my activities don't run in Incognito mode, and by sometimes I mean it's domain related. For example running an activity on the Denmark market (www.domain.dk) works in incognito, but when I copy the same activity and translate it for use in a different market, France in this case (www.domain.fr) it doesn't work.Now I know this isn't a target issue, it's probably something on the website blocking it, I'd just like to know what it is and if there's a way to get around it?

Hi there, I've come across an issue while using various attribution models and different scopes with my Marketing Channels.  The thing I can't fully grasp is the "none" bucket when using a "visit" scope because the "none" bucket does not appear in my normal Marketing Channels report (using the same metric related to application submits)."none" value shows up only for First touch and Last touch so my theory here is that on visit scope, no First touch nor Last touch could be identified. In other words, these channels were identified beyond the visit scope. I would greatly appreciate any ideas on this.Nonetheless, when using the visitor lookback the "none" bucket does not appear which leads me to the conclusion that might support my theory about the First touch and Last touch not existing within the visit lookback window but they must naturally appear within the visitor lookback window.Thank you for reading this, Have a great day 

Hi all, We are using Javascript code for sms delivery. The URL used in the script is different for development and production. So I am planning to save the URL in option and this will be called in JS code using getOption(). When triggering sms delivery using the Javascript Iam getting below error " getOption is not defined" Same code I tried in Workflow using javascript activity, I can able see the option value in logInfo(). Could you please tell me what will be the issue. Thanks,Ram 

I'd like to further customize the CTA buttons within our Marketo emails. My hope is to make a simple change to the border-radius of the buttons so that they more closely reflect what is on our website. I am hoping to get some advice on how to go about customizing a button element? What are the steps you'd go through for this? Ideally, I would like to continue being linked to the Template I am using. I know sometimes when you edit the code directly, Marketo will unlink the template (which in turn closes access to the modules in the email builder.)    Thanks in advance! 

Hello, the targeted audience going into the delivery activity has multiple segment codes. For example, 100 people with 50% segment code A and 50% segment code B. I'd like to have a control group of 20% for EACH segment. So of the 50 people labeled segment code A, we'd like to have 20% in control group (10 people), and of the 50 people labeled segment code B, we'd also like to have 20% in control group (10 people). Total send would be 80 recipients (40 from each segment code) and 20 recipients in the control group (10 from each segment code). Is this possible to do in one delivery? My only other thought is to do a split for each segment (random sample of 20%) and give them a label of "control" in the target data and then in the delivery control group configuration select anyone with the label of "control". I'm trying to avoid reworking the workflow to add in the splits for each segment and then union everything back together again to input into the delivery. Thank you in advance for any

Hello Team - We are using AEM 6.5, After creating the experience fragment, I get a pop-up dialog for successful creation with "Done" & "Open" button, if I click the open button from there, I get a dual header like the below and not able to use the menu options. But the same opens perfectly when I open the experience fragment from the folder (Using Edit option). Could somebody throw some light to resolve the issue. @smacdonald2008 @arunpatidar
