I've been following the instructions to initialize a hello world Firefly app using the Adobe I/O CLI and running into a problem. I believe the app initialization is failing when trying to install the npm packages.The result is that the npm packages are not installed and so it's not possible to run the app locally. Following the instructions on Github I encounter the problem at section 4.1 step 6.It cannot find the package `@react-types/typography` on the npm registry. It shows a bunch of errors and then says `App initialization finished!` but when I check the folder, there is no `node_modules` folder created. Then I try to run `aio app run` and it fails with the following error: You can see that it failed to find the package `@adobe/aio-sdk` which is in the list of dependencies in package.json and hasn't been installed. Installing it manually throws errors saying it can't find other packages like `cloudevents-sdk` and `uuid` which are also on the list of depend

Hello everyone,we have 2 adobe campaign instances. Stage and production. In our production instance, we have an extra opt-out option which says "No longer contact by SMS/MMS" whereas in stage this option is not present.I searched the schema in stage and saw this field is present but it's not showing up in the recipient table.Production Stage How do I add "No longer contact by SMS/MMS" in the recipient table in my staging instance?Kind regards,Imran

Hi there, I have a use case where 2 different systems (each managed by a different agency) needs to use Adobe Campaign Standards API (for transactional messaging). Can someone advise the best way to set-up: Create 1 integration in the Adobe IO console to ACS and install a public key for each of the 2 systems within that integration.ORCreate 2 integrations (one per system) and install 1 public key in each integration. Are both acceptable ways? Are there any benefits of one over another? Thanks David

Hi,   I have an engagement stream with three pieces of email assets.  - Deployed once lead gen form is completed - Deploy 4 weeks after email 1a is opened - Deploy 1 month after email 2b is opened - If Email 2a is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later and follow the same cycle - If Email 2b is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later and follow the same cycle - If 2c is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later  - If Email 2a is not opened after 2nd attempt do not send again - If Email 2b is not opened after 2nd attempt do not send again - If 2c is not opened after 2nd attempt do not send again   How do I set up my smart list to achieve this: - If Email 2a is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later and follow the same cycle     Thanks in advance.  

I wanted to enrich the MirrorPageURL for each recipient onto the workflow after the delivery has completed so I can save it in an external system. I have a requirement to run Data Warehouse feed for last 90 days data and schedule it run every week. But in Data Warehouse tool, there is no preset option for running the feed for last 90 days. Is there a way to add the option "Last 90 days" in the preset drop down in Data Warehouse form?

The usual reasons for a campaign not showing up are that you just haven't waited long enough for it to sync or you forgot to make the campaign active. Not the case with mine but it is still not showing up. I thought maybe that it wasn't recognizing an ampersand (&) but I swapped that out and it still wouldn't show up.Any other common reasons that campaigns won't show up that anyone can think of?

Is is possible to dynamically include a component (using SDI) such that it gets rendered on head section of HTML? Does that cause any error, details on any such use case which anyone tried before will be of great help.

I could really use some help here. In looking at the API documentation it does not appear that AEM is providing the dates for initial upload and dates updated via API. We need to integrate AEM to another system and flag documents in AEM. That flag we have a way to do based on the type of document. However if that document gets updated the API protocol should allow for us to grab only new or updated documents since the last API pull from AEM. I do not see this in the API. Am I missing something? Can anyone provide insight or guidance on this?

When I am in page template editor, in structure mode, and configure the policies for allowable components in an unlocked container, where does AEM write that data to in the jcr? I am looking at the template under  /conf/mysite/settings/wcm/templates/mytempate and can't find anything in that part of the tree that looks like a mapping to the policy that I applied.

  Good morning,   We have seen a number of records (particularly this week) with GA Connector data (a 3rd party) not populating over to the marketo record using Cookie Value Data we have on our Marketo forms   The field in question really is the Event Enquiry field however others we have seen not firing are First Channel, First Landing, First Medium are all hidden fields in marketo that have gaconnector cookie values attached that doesnt seem to be pulling the cookie data over to the Marketo record. basically these fields tell us where the user is from (google, paid media etc)     I got a reply back from GAConnector   "We checked your website and it seems that you are using custom scripts to integrate with GA Connector. Since we have moved to storing data in localStorage instead of the cookies, you will need to adjust your customized code to get the GA data from localStorage instead of browser cookies."   To populate this data

Hi,I have a form that is using the out of the box accordion layout on a panel with 5 sub-panels underneath.When I load the form the first sub-panel is set to active and is opened automatically. This is useful most of the time, however I would like to know if it is possible to collapse all of the panels programatically (or via a setting)?I have tried using the guidebridge api setFocus to focus on a button at the button of the form when the form initialises, but this did not work (as I think the focus may be handled after the init?).I am also aware that I can setFocus to another panel (rather than the first panel), but this isn't what I am after.Can anyone think of another way to collapse all the panels on the accordion when the form is loaded?Thanks,Jim

Hello,   This is my 2nd post so please forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place. (If I am, kindly tell me where to direct this post).   I'm seeing some weird activity in several of our customers' activity log in regards to links being empty. In one example, a customer's activity log shows a click email activity type, but diving deeper to find out what link was clicked, all we see is an empty link. Below is a screenshot of the activity details.   In the email that was sent to this specific user, there is no empty link.   I'm under the assumption that this could be link scanners, but can't confirm.    Can anyone help identify what's happening, what's causing this, and how can we see what links are being clicked?
