We have a product called "Dialog" that we would like to render a PDP at {site-root}/products/product/dialog.html but ‘dialog.html’ is triggering the Apache Sling GET Servlet's json renderer. Is there a way to bypass this? I’ve tried disabling the JSON renderer on the Apache Sling GET Servlet, but all this does is prevent the dialog page from rendering and throws a 404 instead.Since our PDP leverages sling mapping, I've tried creating a page at that specific location and it’s still rendering JSON or throwing a 404.And I also tried creating a specific mapping for the dialog product, but the GET Servlet seems to be taking precedent.Any other ideas?

I am getting a concurrentModificationException when I am trying to run a query. This is just reading the nodes and no actual modification is being done. Our environment configuration is 3 AEM instances cluster on Mongo. Exception details below. Hello,   I have an email template that usually works fine, but sometimes when I do an Email on Acid test there's this weird doubling effect on Outlook 2010 Windows 7. This only happens on that specific setting. Even Outlook 2010 (120 dpi) Windows 7 looks fine.  The odd thing is, it doesn't happen most of the time when I use the same template. It does seem to only happen on emails with dynamic content, although again, not every time. I don't think it's a glitch with Email on Acid since it's consistent with the same email no matter how many times I resend a sample. I've even tried cloning the email and deleting out all the modules, then dragging in blank modules and sending a test, but the same thing will happen with those blank modules. But it doesn't happen the next time I create a similar email from scratch with the same template, using the same modules. Could this be some glitch on Marketo's end? Has anybody else experienced this?  

Hi, I configured AEM to use Adobe Target. Our cloud account has Adobe analytics too. However, we'd like to use analytics' segments/audiences while targeting in AEM. But, only those audiences created within AEM are available to be seen and used in AEM.  How can we use segments published in analytics in AEM targeting? If we integrate only Analytics with Target (A4T), then we can only use the target UI for content editing. However, we want to use our full scale of content editing capabilities which AEM can offer. For which we are supposed to be using on AEM targeting. Thank you. Regards,Sri

I've created a project with the intention of using the Privacy Service APIs. So i've made a few small tweaks:1) Changed the endpoint to "https://platform.adobe.io/data/core/privacy/jobs?regulation=gdpr&size=100"2) Changed requiredHeaders to include ['Authorization', 'x-api-key', 'x-gw-ims-org-id']I've tried the request in Postman and it works fine, so I know there isn't an issue with the headers, but when I run it in localhost I get a 500 error:  Am I missing something obvious?Edit: I didn't mention that I'm just using the sample app that gets generated, and then in index.js I've adjusted the requiredHeaders & apiEndpoint values:    

Quick question - I am sure many of you have imported lead lists into Marketo (that are then synced over to salesforce). When importing a list of leads - I want to be sure if the record already exists in our Marketo instance - that some of the existing values are not overwritten - ie if Lead Source and Lead Source details already exist - they cannot be overwritten. I know under ADMIN in Marketo, when clicking to field management - I can block updates under certain scenarios but I don't see an option to block an update if the value already exists. I'm a previous HubSpot superuser - so I know in HubSpot you can adjust the sync between HubSpot and SFDC to not overwrite existing values (that you want to remain the same such as lead source) - and have one system be the system of truth - ie if the value exists in one system but not the other then use the one system's value. If anyone has had this experience please let me know how you resolved the issue - thank you! 

Our team, is working to export bulk activity from the given Marketo API. https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/bulk-extract/bulk-activity-extract/ Problem statement: - Email send program for A/B email test consider the ID to program id for example EBP0000 i.e 0000. So in that case when lead activity details will be pulled by bulk export  method then it will show campaign id blank or data will be not added for this activity. Please suggest.

Hi All, We internally has issues loading VEC campaigns in Target tool. We have tried to login outside firewall it worked. We have VEC helper installed too. I am able to see target libraries loading aswell. It takes forever to load and never loads.What could be the reason this issue. Is there anything we have to whitelist to get it work. We have tried several options internally, not able to get it work. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!

When we open recipient , we do see lot of GM specific fields. We want to add one more additional field. How do we add that ? 

At the moment we download our list in the format  tab delimited. Afterwards we import that list into excel and have to change the format of the column with phonenumbers from number to text.    Is there a way that we can change the column format already in Marketo.    Thanks for your help

Hi, I have a hidden field on a form that populates the related product when someone fills out a form, for example Product A. Now, if that same person fills out another form related to another product, Product B, I would like to collect the information on the hidden field as: Product A, Product B, Product C... instead of having the recent value overwriting the first one. Hi all, I would like to automate an export of a csv file generated from a workflow to a folder in my computer hard drive. I’ve already created the data loading activity and exported into my computer, however to avoid to export it manually every day I would like to automate that task,  I don’t how to set up the transfer file activity.Can someone please explain me how to do it ?is there’s another way to do this I am also open to suggestions. thanks

I made program member custom fields and use it for event program and the form.   Although, I could not find the result or data in each customer's detail information page. Is there any way that I can see this? Also, I would like to use this in mail as token.   Thank you.    

I have a form with a few fields where my users will enter content.  It is my intent to limit the amount to text entered, but rather than add a character limit, I would like add some word count counter feature with the field.  Something like (150 of 300 words used) so the user knows they are approaching the word limit.  I would prefer a word limit over a character limit as I want to provide guidance rather than forced limitation.Thanks

I re-drafted my profile schema and tried to re-publish the profile schema. While preparing I am getting the following error message.SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'GenerateCusResource' of service 'xtk:builder'.XML-110018 Error while parsing XML string ''(1:1) : Invalid document structure16384Cannot find the '' resource in the '' version API.Generating 'Profiles (profile)' resource.I even tried deleting the drafted profile schema and extend it again. But profile is not appearing in the list of available schemas available to be extended. In the workflow logs I started to see the error message "Cannot find the 'profile' resource in the 'head' version API.". 

We are using AEM Forms 6.5 for document conversion. We got this error when trying to convert a docx-file - 07:46:31,337 ERROR [com.adobe.pdfg.GeneratePDFImpl] (default task-14) ALC-PDG-001-000-ALC-PDG-060-001-Microsoft Word could not set the "ShowRevisionsAndComments" property. This could happen if the submitted document is protected. We tried with a password protected file but that gave us a different error msg. Any ideas? regards Tommy

Hi All, Is there a way to process incoming emails to a particular account, it seems there is an Email Inbound Activity in Classic (https://final-docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC/en/WKF_Repository_of_activities_Event_activities.html#Inbound_Emails). Anyway we can process emails from an inbox.Use case is to be able to unsubscribe profiles if they email a specific email address.Thanks

The sync between Marketo and SFDC  happens every 5 minutes but what happens if we have a new record in Marketo e.g. via list upload that corresponds to a similar record in SFDC.  How will the synch reconcile it is a record that already exists in SFDC?  Is it based on an email address match?   For example: Scenario 1: We get a new record for  Jane Smith, smith@yahoo.com in Marketo.  There is a contact called John Smith in SFDC with the same email address (smith@yahoo.com).  What happens?  Does the SFDC data overwrite the info in Marketo so that the new Marketo person/lead is now John Smith?   Scenario 2:  We get a new record for  Jane Smith, smith@yahoo.com in Marketo.   There is already a Jane Smith in SFDC but with an email smith@gmail.com.  I’m assuming nothing happens?   I think we want info to overwrite per scenario 1 because the email address is the unique person identifier and SFDC info “trumps” Marketo in

Hi all,   With the upcoming Retention Policy Change limiting the lookback period on sent/delivered to 90 days, I am hoping to pick your brains on a workaround for an inactivity trigger we have. Currently, we have a batch Smart Campaign in place where the Smart List looks for leads who are at least 180 days old, have been delivered at least 6 emails, and haven't opened any of them. From there, the flow moves them to an unengaged list.   I am wondering how to adjust this moving forward, knowing that the "Was Delivered" filter will only look back on the past 90 days, as opposed to the 180 days. I don't specifically use "Date of Activity" as a constraint but I assume it is implied. I also tried to apply the inactive example from the provided FAQ but I don't know that it applies to our situation. If it does, not sure how to adjust for our situation.    One way I did think of was adding any leads who are 'unengaged' at create date = 90D to something like a 'risk' lis
