Currently we have 300,000 marketable email addresses in our Marketo Instance. We would like to send email to them but in batches. For example first we send to 50,000 users and then we send next email to those + another 50,000 users.  What is the best way to do this? Shall we create batches in random? Or what is the best and simple way to do that.

I am a new intern and I need to integrate an Adobe Sensei service into my app. I tried to call the API directly an it gave me an 'API-key invalid' error. I tried to follow this document : https://helpx.adobe.com/marketing-cloud-core/kb/adobe-io-authentication-step-by-step.html.This document asks me to integrate the 'Adobe Target' API to Adobe io. But this particular API is disabled on my account (as you can see in the attached image). We use the Privacy Service API to delete user data as per GDPR. Today our requests stopped working. They now report a 403 status and error message "API Key is Invalid". Our API Key hasn't changed and I've confirmed it matches the API Key within the console.adobe.io. Can you help us understand why please? 

Hello, I need a help of the specialist of Marketo.  We have different forums of Marketo to treat our leads. For exemple, one form for validate lead and another to add a mission information before it can be send to CRM. Today, I have had an anomaly. I filled out one form and than I opened another form to add a mission information. In result, the information which was send by Webhook to our CRM represented the mix of information from the first form and the seconde. When I analyse Activity Log of person I see that there are information which was added from another form.   How is it possible ? I think that two forms were opened on my laptop in the same time. Can it be the problem ? Thank for any help !  

Hello! I'm new to using Marketo and I currently have an interesting moment set up where whenever someone clicks a link in an email it is marked as an interesting moment. However, I need to create an exclusion in the campaign that would prevent a spambot clicking on an email link to be marked as an interesting moment. I need to build a form to allow people to subscribe for an event, with the option that someone can subscribe 5 extra colleagues as well. What would be the best process for this? Do I need to create sufficient fields in the backend? ( I need First Name, Last Name, email )What happens when someone has been added as extra? Will the extra person be created automatically in the database as a lead? Will I be able to send some emails?   Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi,Any tips on best practices or personal experiences/challenges to share when integrating Marketo with GA? I have read through this great post on the Champion blog a while ago: Google Analytics and Marketo: Events and Forms and APIs, Oh My! It's great but there are also quite a few other posts about linking GA Client ID to the Lead ID via JavaScript to a form hidden field.What would be the most efficient way to do the linking between both IDs? Any cool solutions anybody would want to share that they achieved with the API and Webhooks?Thanks!/Erik

We are sending data from two websites to the same report suite and this has caused issues with marketing channels, as we need two sets of marking channel rules for each website in the report suite. I was told to set up a virtual report suite for one of the sites but it doesn't seem I can set up new marketing channels in a virtual report suite. What is the best way to fix this?  Should I set up classifications in the new virtual report suite?

Hello everyone! Hopefully, someone knows the solution to this, or could at least lead me in the right direction. We have forms throughout our website whether that be webinars/promos etc. What we want to do is have a "known visitor" form if they've filled out one of our forms in the past. Since there is GDPR want to make sure we're covered by adding an opt-in checkbox for email. I read a few discussions already and seemed to still be having issues trying to get this to work in the way I want.   So we have this regular form:   What we want to happen is more like this once we know they're a "known visitor" (yes, I photoshopped this haha):  If anyone can help with this, I'd be forever grateful!    Thank you for your time and effort 😄 -Michael

Unable to move(rename) asset to the same folder, the move button is disabled when I select the same folder as destination. Hi,I'm having HTML templates handy. is there any way to create a Email delivery with this HTML Template via Script or some thing else. Because i want this template to load dynamically. i don't want to do it manually to create Email and import this template and all. There is a personalized fields in the HTML Template as well. Please suggest me some ways to achieve this.

Basically what tables do I need to refer. Since I have my custom MTA, so picking up those logs and what tables to dump? broadlogrcp - Delivery success / failure Instead of going via import work-flow route, I manually inserted new entry in nmsbroadlogmsg table with mailbox full error against soft bounce event code, based on msgId, inserted similar kind of record in nmsbroadlogrcp with other details like success / failure and deliveryID. Now my expectation was in the background Adobe's job would insert the related entries in nmsdeliverylogstats but that wasn't the case, as a result UI didn't had the related reporting. Could anyone please suggest where am I going wrong and my understanding with the flow is correct? I did vice versa as well... like inserting first in nmsbroadlogrcp followed by nmsbroadlogmsg, but didn't succeed.

I have a form which otherwise displays properly but in Firefox it includes a horizontal scrollbar along the side of the form. Is there some coding I need to do so this does not display?Thanks

Any Idea what could be the reason    

For vanity urls, we have the redirect landing our our site with a url parameter of "refd" that has the referring domain in it. For instance, if our real site is "http://mysite.com" and we have a vanity domain of "http://myfancydomain.com" that redirects to http://mysite.com?redf=myfancydomain.com we need to set the s.referrer to "myfancydomain.com".  Custom code?

I don't know it is the correct place, but customer care recommended to post this here. Basically I have an enhancement request regarding the new Support portal (former daycare.day.com) within Admin Console. I often have the case that a reported issue was confirmed as a bug, got a internal Adobe CQ-number and will be fixed in a later release. When it will be included is not clear, and I as a customer are asked to check release notes. I would be really happy if I can get some notification in the ticket or via separate email regarding this since I do do not really track all my pending bugs to be fixed. I would appreciate if this can be done - this would be really customer orientated customer-friendly. Thanks!

Text on top of the form" default="Complete this form to register.">   When I approve the template file and use it in a landing page, they show up in different order, as seen below: The order should be 1, 2, 3.   Do you have any ideas how to fix this?   Best regards, Yavor

Email deliveries are happening via my MTA server, and I need to sync the stats with adobe reporting, what table do I need to refer for insertion so that the stats start showing up in UI? Any specific one under broadlog? I manually inserted few values in Recipient delivery log table, but it stats didn't show up on reports. Here's the flow in campaign classic where I am looking for the stats : "open delivered mail->select summary tab->delivery option(Right top)->Non-deliverables and bounces".Could someone please help...

Hi,Basically, I had two questions, since I am integrating my MTA server with adobe, upon delivery I need to trace back the stats back to adobe for reporting. 1. With resp to failure reasons, like mail box full, not connected, refused, unreachable, what table should I refer to insert the values? Would it be directly 'nmsdeliverylogstats'? Any other tables I need to take care?Because the delivery success / failures I am inserting in 'nmsbroadlogrcp' table and they auto populate in 'nmsdeliverylogstats'. 2. Is it possible to import / create work-flow in a way to insert the entries in above 2-3 tables at the same time? Currently, my work-flow just inserts entries into 'nmsbroadlogrcp'. Any reference for example?

Marketo can see contacts, but nothing else (we have 2 opportunities in sfdc). How can I sync/ see the opportunities in marketo ABM?  Thank you in advance Kata
