Hi, When am activating a page it is asking to publish referenced pages, assets, etc.Is there any way to get similar popup for deactivation also. Means need to deactivate referenced pages and assets when we deactivate the page.  Thanks in advance.

The CQ.Util.formatData(CQ.Util.eval('/apps/ax.json' ) is used in JSP but does not return the json file .should any configuration be done to make this work.Please advsie.The same is working on another AEM6.4 instances.

Hi. First of all, greetings to the members of this community. I am new to the tool and my knowledge is quite limited. I have a problem when the user tries to approve a Delivery. It shows me the error "SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'Validation' of service 'nms: offer'." I know that it is a matter of permissions, because an administrator can approve the delivery.Any idea what permission may be missing? Best regards

 We have Workflow process and one of the admin left the team. We disabled his account and guess what we received error above and workflow execution is stop or it did not moved ahead.  The Error we received is from Audit log :- XSV-350012 Invalid Login or password. Connection Denied. Unable to connect with login 'abcdef' Make sure the login is correct and account is not disabled. if you wish to stop the workflow use unconditional loop.  I have searched for xml definition file for user id listed in error and didnt find anything. I have also looked at alert activities and didnt see anything that mention about specific user.  My understanding was workflows are independent of users and as xml defination for workflow does not have that user so that confirms the activities listed does not have users listed specifically to authenticate. User listed is part of administrator group just as more information.  I have checked all alert activitie

Hi All,I am trying to get Active step of workflow running on my page.Basically the required information for this is present under /var/workflows/instances/ For this i am writing an OSGI service.In this using WorkflowSession API and trying to access workflow instances of RUNNING state with the help of method - getWorkflows (String[] states) - but i am getting empty array always. A(my subservice user has permission to instances as well) With the help of WorkflowSession iam able to get models(/var/workflow/models) data. But not instances. could you please help on this. Is there any other way of achieving it or please correct me if i need to correct in the approach.Thanks in advance.

I am looking to create a folder in DAM and impose restriction to it such that we can add only SVG images to it. Hence I am trying to create a metadataschema which allows only svg in images and planning to add  this as 'metadataSchema' property to my DAM folder so that this restriction is in place.Can some one help me how I can create a metadataschema which will allow only svg as image?We already have a metadataschema which allows jpeg and tiff. Can I create a copy of that? If so, what changes to make so that this allows only svg images?

I have created a custom component in CRXDE repository by coping and pasting existing component in AEM author. I am able to see that component in Tools -> General -> Components section in author instance. Is there any way to replicate the same on publisher as the component is missing in publish instance.   Thanks in advance

Hi,We want to fetch wcmmode value in our custom Javascript file, based on mode some condition needs to be executed. Is there a way to add a search box for Mobile Phone Number under Profiles in ACS?  The question is about the User Interface and not the API.  Mobile Phone number is on the Profile (Recipient) table and not the profile extension table. Thanks,  John

I'm not sure why this is happening. Any ideas are appreciated! I have a Nurture Program with a Default Program nested within it. The default program's smart campaign is used to send three different email assets based on if the record has interest indicated in a custom SFDC field. Screenshot below:                              Each email asset in the default program has a unique subject line (Subject Line A, Subject Line B, and Subject Line C) (and each asset is approved). However, when triggering, each of the three emails uses a new subject line (Subject line D) for all three emails. Interestingly, it is the subject line for the next email in the nurture series (02-Email-Programs) which comes after another nested default program in the stream (01.3-Special Promotions-Texas Fellowship).    Any ideas why my nested emails are not using the right subject lines when triggered? Happy to provide more screens

Is there a way to write information that comes in for a program via a form to a google sheet? I want to track traffic sources on a per program basis. I have the UTM parameters set up as described on other postings in this forum (first touch, multi touch, last touch). But I need a copy of the information for specific programs (so that the source information won't be changed or appended to the point of being illegible).    The process: We have a webinar registration global form. It is embedded on specific pages, for example a landing page for Webinar X. We use UTM parameters to track traffic sources, for example linkedin (source) ad (medium). If Person Doe (who is already a lead in Marketo/SFDC) registers for Webinar X, this information along with the UTM parameters gathered as hidden fields on the form, is immediately written to a google sheet. Then when Person Smith registers, their information is added to the row below Doe's on the same sheet.    Thoughts? Tha

Hi, i am facing a problem like not able to cache image renditions. Added a dispatcher for the author for performance improvement.In Dispatcher cache i have given statlevel as 4and the cache rule i have given to cache all the files under a project for example "react_aem_spa".and also under invalidate rule When i am trying to access http://localhost/content/dam/react_aem_spa/hiking_4.jpg the image is getting cached but when i am trying to access the rendition say http://localhost/content/dam/react_aem_spa/hiking_4.jpg/jcr:content/renditions/cq5dam.thumbnail.140.100.png  they are not getting cached. Are there any configurations specifically to do so as to cache the renditions as well.And also when i am trying to edit the tags in damadmin console for the image they are not being autoinvalidated. Can anyone let me know what has to be done. Regards,Sree   

Hi! One of our main interactions with our audience is in booking demos. These demos are booked through Calendly, which generates a Google Calendar invite. The person booking often forwards this invite to a team of people who accept the invitation and add the event to their calendars. The main person, the person who booked the demo, is added to our system automatically. Is there a way to capture these other people in marketo? Is this something integrating with Zapier could help with? As an example, PersonA (PA) books a demo via calendly. PA is added to SFDC via calendly and synced with marketo. Calendly sends PA a google calendar invite.  PA accepts and then forwards that invite to PB, PC, and PD who click "yes" they will attend and the invite is added to their calendars. Is there a way to get the emails of PB, PC, and PD? Thank you for your help!

Hi there,I was wondering if anyone has added Mkto Sales Insight to the Account page layout in Salesforce. If so, how does it differ from the Sales Insights section under the lead and contact page layouts?

Just seeking clarification on the nosamplecontent runmode.  Is this is one-time runmode used for the initial installation only?  Or, in order to maintain the "production ready" status, should it be used on every start of AEM for the lifetime of the instance?  If it varies by AEM version it would be helpful to know .  In this particular case I am asking for AEM 6.4.8.  Hopefully a simple question with a simple answer.
