Good day, I want to set up a recommendation where the last bought products of the individual user are listed in descending order by date. The intention is to create a rebuy reco ("Do you want to buy this articles again?") for frequently bought products. I can see in the debugging mode that the previously bought Ids are included in the product request, but I am not able to create a critera for that. I only have the possibility to address the very last bought product, but not the "last bought products"   Thanks in advance.

When retrieving an AB report through  /{tenant}/target/activities/ab/{id}/report/performance, the response lists all metrics and reporting audiences, but there are no visit & conversion breakdowns for them. Is there a way to dig deeper by passing the metricLocalId and / or reportingAudienceLocalId in the request?(Or any other approach, of course)

I want to remove old Entitlement services and Identity providers from the portal but the Delete option is greyed out.I notice that there is a number in brackets (1) beside the services where delete is greyed out and guess this could be the reason.However, I cannot find any projects that are using these Entitlement or Idp services.

Hi,  I recently ran an A/B test on two versions of the same page - an english version and a chinese version - the results were pushed to Adobe Analytics. The results are the opposite i.e. the chinese version shows that the experience B (experiment) was the winner, whereas in the english version of the test, experience A (control) was the winner. The winner is based on a conversion metric..Point to note: the chinese version of the site receives significantly more traffic and conversion. My question: - In such cases, what are some of the recommended decision rules to consider for determining if the test was successful or not?- The answer may be that it depends, but what is the thought process or better approach to deciding if the test was successful or not? We have an on24 integration and I have a request from the education managers to receive a list of webinar (Registered, Atteneded, Attended on-demand, No show) following the event.    The only way I can think of doing this is sending an alert on Program status change but would prefer to subscribe them to a list containing all the members the day after the event - is there someway this can be done?

Hi all, We use the sentence : "this email was sent to {{lead.email address}}. If you wish to unsubscribe....." When the email is received this token info displays in blue, whereas our other links are an orange-ish colour. How can I change how this token renders? I am looking a the HTML and it isn't an <a href= > so I can't style the link.   We use #ea6c11 as a link colour..   Thanks,   Lucas

I am using AEM 6.5 Assets and need to explore Video Smart Crop Feature.I have created and applied the video profile to one of the folders where I uploaded a sample video.I see the smart crop option, but no crop profiles appear in the dropdown. Can someone help as this a new feature and I couldn't find any help doc article.  

Hi! We sent out our first few marketo emails. Previously we were using mailchimp. For both platforms, we have the sent via [platform] and have not utilized DNS setup to have the emails come from our domain. We did not have any reports of subscribers unable to open links in our mailchimp emails, but have had a report regarding our marketo email.    The person who was unable to click the links in our marketo email:  - is able to click the links in our previous mailchimp emails - is able to open the links when I send them without the marketo tracking link - the error:   Thoughts on how to fix this? Or workarounds? Perhaps making a plaintext version more easily accessible? I don't want to remove the marketo tracking, but I also (obviously) want everyone to be able to access our email links. Please let me know if I can provide other information that would be helpful. Thank you!

Following are the steps which I performed by following Adobe help docs:Created a Content Fragment Model by navigating to http://localhost:4502/libs/dam/cfm/models/console/content/models.html/confAdded multiple data type elements to the model for e.g: Single Line Text, Multi Line Text and Date & Time.Created a content fragment using the above created model and filled the contentI have created a page and added the OOTB Content Fragment Component which is under General component group.I configured the Content Fragment Component by choosing my Content Fragment path (Which I saved in above step#3).While configuring the content fragment, I could not see the "Display Mode" option. Whereas Adobe documents and videos says, this "Display Mode" option will help author to set either "Single Element" or "Multiple Elements". I'm using RTE with Coral UI Multifield, and I'm having an issue with it. It's working fine in local AEM 6.4.3 instance but it's throwing following error in another AEM 6.4.3 instance on saving dailog. The field dosen't support FoundationField#setName Anybody else having this issue?

Is there a way to make individual values in a drop down unavailable once it is selected?  Example:I have 1 drop down list with names (Black Widow, Captain America, Hawkeye, Hulk, Iron Man, Thor) set on global.This list shows up 5 times in 5 drop downs If 'Iron Man' is selected in the first drop down, it becomes unavailable in the following drop downsThis is just an simple example, and I know this could be done using a switch case, but in my actual requirement, I have roughly 100 items over 3 dozen drop downs, so that would not be something feasible. Is there something I can do? 

Hi, Our current project has AEM 6.1 in production with SAML authentication handler for user authentication. Also it has single site to serve for WEB, Mobile and Tablet (mobile responsive site). Currently client wants to move to OAuth. But during migration , want to keep both SAML as well as OAuth for same site. i.e. if user access page1 on WEB do SAML authentication while when page1 access via Mobile do OAuth. Please suggest whether its doable in AEM 6.1 if yes, any solution approach.

Hi folks, I was struggling for a while to figure out how to apply some sort of order (sort) for groupings. My objective was to be able to group a task report by Planned Completion Date, and then ensure that the grouping was displayed in a logical sequence when the report was run (e.g. the oldest Planned Completion Date in the first grouping). Hey Community, Was wondering if any one ran into this issue where one person is in one activity and is working on a few experience and another person who doesn't know the other person is in the same activity working.  The last person to save it keeps their work while the other loses their work that they did.  Anyone know a way of preventing this outside of just communication between the users?  I have not seen anything in Target that would let you know that someone is in an activity currently so it will prevent you from changing it from another user. (Almost like a checking in/checking out state, of the activity being used.)  Would save my team a lot of headaches in the future. Hope that was clear.Thanks.

Hi Experts, I was working on one activity that was already live and reporting suite was Adobe Analytics. I had to change the experience name from "A" to "B" which I did, after that I saw two experiences in analytics report(workspace) and their was the discrepancy in number which i thought will go after some time, but today when I checked I am only able to see the new experience. Please help me.

i have a technical question , you can address it when the time is right. in At.js versions 1.8 and before the tag use to include the name of the mbox = target-global-mbox by default. but for at.js 2.2 and above has removed the need to add target-global-mbox as a mbox variable. Would you know why

I'm a bit new to Target and trying to build some guideline docs.  Can anyone point me to a 'best practice' on when to choose a regional mbox over global mbox?  

While testing my personalization activity, I've created test mboxes and parameters using Adobe.target.trackEvent(). After doing this several times, I want to reduce the clutter (excess mboxes and parameters) that appears in my audience rule settings. How would I go about deleting the mboxes and passed parameters that I no longer require? Also, does there happen to be a limit on the number of mboxes that I can pass?
