In custom objects list, capturing the URL as a string data type with https:// but when adding UTM parameters the in the link UTM details are not captured. And I came to know that need to strip out the https://  part from before importing either in custom objects or in email velocity script. Can anyone have the email velocity script implemented to strip out the URL https:// ?    kindly,  share the any reference link to use $params  

Hi, I've implemented research project on using Jackrabbit Oak Lucene, Apache Solr and Elasticsearch in AEM 6.4 on We Retail project. They are all implemented inside the same project so I could measure their results. We have recently migrated to a Wix site and can't quite get munchkin working quite right.  I'm seeing  anonymous traffic in marketo and I'm also seeing traffic from known leads that had previously been in Marketo prior to the move to Wix.    However for my test I use a new device with different IP address, navigate to Contact Us (our marketo form) and submit. THis adds the lead and I see the lead has activity showing the submission of the form... but all traffic after this point is not associated and continues to show as anonymous.  I also made sure to disable Firefox tracking protection feature...  I have the munchkin async code copied from marketo (no edits) and using Wix Tracking/Analytics/custom code and added to the Head and loading on each new page.   I'll add that we continue to have our old site still live due to blog posts and other links we needed to maintain but the domains might cause an issue?  Originally mysite.com new site web

Hello folks,   I have a Custom Object that has some information stored say a list of 100 approved campuses across USA.   What I want to do is: When a Person is created, perform a check across this Custom Object and check if the Campus selected on the Person record exists in this Custom object, and if it exists update a custom field (text/string) on Person object.   Anyway to achieve this using the point & click features of Marketo. Dear members, I'm using AEM 6.4.4 and using wcm-use along with it. The issue is that my use-class activate() method is getting called twice. Anyone has faced this issue before? I tried debugging it but no luck how it's happening. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks,Bilal.

The only way I've been able to see if a proof has a decision is via the hourly/daily summary updates. I'd prefer to receive a notification each time an assigned reviewer sets their approval status.

Hi Team,  Quick question on FDA connectors in Adobe Campaign, Campaign users are using the FDA connectors to connect to external DB, since the tables they pull are too heavy, app server which is holding the DB are getting slowed down drastically when there is a parallel pull is happening.  Most of the time, the pull from external DB is done just for testing purpose.   So what i want to do is restrict the pull or limit the pull from the external DB when the connection is made. But i dont see any option where we can use any limitation directly in the connectors.  Can some one suggest me any work around or any best possible restricts to imply.  Thanks,Adithya So let me know if you have any work around or inputs for me on this.

Good morning, I have a testing campaign setup in targeting and workflows. It contains 7 different emails assigned to 7 individual email deliveries.Rather than having to go into each individual email delivery, click send proofs and assign the same recipients and do this 7 times in total. I am wondering is there anyway to link the 7 individual email deliveries to the same single/multiple recipient and send them all as proofs to single/multiple recipients? Thanks in advance 

Hi,I am running below curl function status check from jump servers to verify whether system console is up and running or not across many publishers. We have almost 50+ publishers running across different environments (Prod/Dev/DTQ/SIT etc..).Problem here is all environments doesn't have common 499 bundles active. Some publishers have 500 active and some have 497 active bundles and some other servers varies with count.  I am looking for a curl command that checks and confirms system console is up and running and also all active bundles in total are running. Hello everyone,We are currently migrating our applications from AEM 6.1 to AEM 6.4. One of these applications makes use of SQL2 to access certain nodes.While these queries give expected results in AEM 6.1, the same query gives 0 results in the 6.4 environment.The content nodes are the same as we built the content package from the already working 6.1 environment and installed it in the local 6.4 environment.e.g: SELECT * FROM [nt:unstructured] As node WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE (node, '/content/surveymanagement/site-confirmation-author') and node.[sling:resourceType]= 'wcm/foundation/components/parsys'The above query returns the expected node in 6.1 but gives no nodes in 6.4When I remove the "node.[sling:resourceType]" condition, it atleast lists out the relevant nodes. So it seems there is something off with the sling:resouceType condition. Is there anything that has changed in the querying syntax? I am unable to get any information on this elsewhere.Also, when I replaced the sling:resourc

We are using RTE in touch UI dialog using multi-field. Each time on adding field creates new RTE field in multi field. Now the problem is text entered in dialog field disappears when opening the dialog second time. Field is not getting auto populated with text saved in node.AEM version: 6.1

Hello All,I have a requirement that if an asset is modified in one AEM author instance and if it contains specific metadata, we need to send the asset to another AEM author instance. We don't want to write any code in the target AEM author instance. Our approach was to write a custom java workflow process to be fired on asset modification and use apache http client library to post the asset original rendition to the target AEM instance using assets api (eg http://localhost:4602/api/assets/content/dam/folder/asset.name). Has anyone done this before? Can someone share some code snippet to achieve this? In email template, module has been created and want to hide the email module when custom objects list is empty or not exists. For example- lead A is linked with custom objects list product so here in email I want to show email module but for lead B is not linked custom objects list product so here I want to hide the email module for lead B only. I've created a field to concatenate 5 fields to create an auto-populated job number. I need Agency Code, Client Code, Product Code, Year (2 characters only), and Job ID (a unique hand-typed string in another field). So far I have CONCAT(Agency Code,Company.Client Code,Company.Product Code) and that works fine. I need to add the last 2 characters of the entryDate year next, like 2020="20", 2019="19", etc. I can't use the expression "RIGHT({entryDate},2)" because RIGHT seems to only work on a string, not a date. There has to be an easy way to achieve this, right?I thought maybe I have to coerce a date to a string and then grab the right 2 characters but I have no idea where to start with coercion. Is that even a thing in text mode? Help! Thanks

Probably a super simple one this. Basically, I'm saving the price difference between two products. In the dataLayer it's a string but it would be handy to save this as a number so I can use it for metrics. How can I convert the value and save it to an eVar? Hi everyone!We're in the process of deploying Target using Adobe Launch. The suggested method in the documentation of loading the library at the top of the page and setting all the profile parameters and recommendations data at the same time is not suitable as the values aren't always available at the top of the page. For instance, profile parameters are populated by data layer values which aren't there until the DOM is ready and for recommendations data, the site needs to query a database to deliver the latest price.In DTM we used custom code that fired after the page load (using getOffer and applyOffer code) to set the profile and recommendations data, but this method now causes the 'global mbox is not allowed in mboxes' error. Firing another 'Add params to page load request' rule doesn't work either because it causes the mbox SDIDs to not match which messes up Analytics for Target reporting.I've been told by Client Care that there should only be one Target call on the page but looki

Is there a way without authoring again and pointing all the authored tags to new location?
