I have three separate AEM projects repositories, and two of those projects exports common different version classes to the OSGI runtime environment. Where can I check OSGI container already-installed classes and versions? Each of my AEM projects exports the same class library, but different versions.please and thank you.

As per Adobe doc, All the services are components but not vice versa. But when i checked in http://localhost:4502/system/console/servicesIt is showing as 6630 service(s) in total. and then i checked in http://localhost:4502/system/console/componentsIt showing Number of installed components: 3374.May I know how come the number of services is greater than the number of installed components?  

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out how I can set up product profiles that restrict or grant access to users to edit/update Report Suite configurations. Prior to the Admin Consol, I was able to select/de-select the "Report Suite (Write)" permission. Now, it seems like there is the "Report Suite Mgmt" permission for Report Suite Tools based on this documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/help/en/analytics/admin/admin-console/permissions/report-suite-tools.html) but it's not completely clear what this permission allows users to do. I really have two questions:1. What does the Report Suite Mgmt permission allow users to do?2. What are the best ways you've seen to set up various profiles that either restrict or grant access to edit Report Suites? Best,Brandon

I tried with miscadmin I tried with tagging option in new aem touch ui way .  In both cases it is getthing created under etc/tags by defualt while creation it is giving tag path etc/tag by default ..not giving option to chnage it to /content/cq:tags P.S. I know reading it in java is not problem becaue watever path whether etc or conetnt it wil handle .But how to create tag inside /content/cq:tags in aem ..any new tag . Please let me know the procedure to create tag in aem 6.4 which will get saved inside /content/cq:tags instead of saving inside etc/tags. 

Is there a way to track the Adobe Campaign Standard dynamic URLs in Adobe Analytics. So here is the use case and the challenge:Use case:We want to use target/context data to define the URL as a personalized field. The URL is defined in the upstream target data and in referenced as"<%=context.targetData.header_image_link%>" in the creative HTML/Designer.  Challenge:Since Protocol+Domain needs to be hardcoded in ACS to enable tracking, the campaign goes out with the actual URL customer is intended to land on. However, the tracking is not happening in campaign and the URLs are not being tracked.  Question:Is there a way to track the open, click etc. of these dynamic URLs in Analytics using tags or UTM parameters ? Has anyone done something similar or know of a solution to this use case ? @15163374 @3091090 @adobecampaigndev

I am trying to track custom Activity Map link clicks, it works fine until a user right clicks on a link and opens it in a NEW WINDOW. Is is reasonable to ask the product team to support activity map link tracking on new window by updating app measurement? Or does the tracking get too complicated? 

Hi, I am using AEM6.3 with sp2 package1>I noticed that for certain pages under page properties -> blueprint ->Current Live CopiesIt shows live copies for certain page pages it does show up even though present.What could be the reason  2>Now for the page which does not show up current live copies  Now if i set up standard roll out then it start's showing the current live copies  1>Could you please provide inputs as why this is happening 2>I would to find all the pages which are having this issue how to find out 

After Create the XF from dynamic template and create the variation of the experience fragment.The Component is fine there is no container class in the publish view but when I export to target in the target i am getting extra container class above the component html structure that create the UI of the component distorted.Can anyone have an idea about why it is coming in the target. Thanks

Hi Team, I just created a brand new AEM project (referring to WKND Tutorial) and created one template, component and few sample pages. I have used my custom component along with few out of box core component to create pages.After creating pages in author I tried “View as Published Page” option and everything looks good. Once done, I started a brand new publisher instance on another port and installed newly created project on publisher instance. we have a customer requirement to upload workd documents in AEM, they want to directly view the document in the page, do we have any OOTB component in AEM which can add the word document and users can see the contents of the document.

Hi Team, Can anyone help what would be perfect way to achieve this requirement:We have number of OSGi services in our project and divided into 2 sets.Based on a parameter passed during build, we need to enable one set of OSGi services and disable other set.For Example:We have OSGi service1, service2, service3, service4.If param == enableFirstSet ----> then enable service1 & service2If param == enableSecondSet ----> then enable service3 & service4 Also,I have tried below code in activate method to deactivate individual services  based on param but the problem is their attached OCD(configuration) still available in OSGi configuration tab as those configurations attached at bundle level rather than component level. context.disableComponent((String) properties.get(Constants.SERVICE_PID)); Any pointer will be good.

What is the difference between "Average Page Views per Visit" and "Page Views / Visits"? Both are out of the box metrics (though the latter is a calculated metric). Just wondering if there is a difference or why two exist.

Dear all,  I have a question regarding the Form Additional Informations.We want to have more information on the contact forms which are implemented on our campaign pages. In all of our contact forms there is a dropdown list with the name of some dealers. My client wants to see how many requests we have per dealer. Is there a dimension or a metric where we could select the link of the form and the measure  "contains" and the available names? Reserved variables are defined as "Reserved Variable - Indicates whether the data is captured as an event, eVar, prop, or classification in a reserved variable." When a Parameter is listed as Reserved Variable: eVar, does this mean:1. This parameter can only be mapped to an eVar2. Adobe will automatically create a new OOB eVar available in reporting when this parameter is implemented If 2. is true, does the new Parameter count against a licensee's limited number of Custom eVars?

I see how one can start a session with ACPGriffon. (eg -> ACPGriffon.startSession(url))How can one check for an active session? And better yet listen for session changes, such as disconnections inside the app/client? No documentation indicates this is possible, and the ACPGriffon.h file has no indication either. 

I need to export page as zip file programatically and i used Page Exporter interface and its export(page, resourceResolver, targetPath) method, but, its not happening.I found the zip file under /var/contentsync node, but that has only html in it, no clientlibs, no assets.I tried to delete the nodes under /var/contentsync, but of no use. ThanksAnkita A

 Hello everyone,does anyone know if there is a way to make the rendered html more readable?. I mean, properly tabulated and ordered.I'm using sigthly and the markup of each component is well tabulated on the app code.But I understand that the rendering engine is modifying that indentation and rendering an html that is not ordered and indenting.an example<html> <head></head> <body> <div><span> </span></div> </body> <footer> <div> </div> </footer> </html>instead of something like this <html> <head></head> <body> <div> <span></span> </div> </body> <footer> <div></div> </footer> </html> Is that posible without add an extra html processor or something similar to that?Thanks in advance

Hello everyone,I've got a specific question regarding Message Center in Adobe Campaign Classic. One of our customers would like to restrict the sending of emails through Message Center on his Stage/Sandbox environment. No matter what email is used in an API call to the Message Center, the outgoing emails shall all be sent to a specific inbox (e.g. sandbox-test@company.com). Can anyone think of a way to achieve this? Maybe setup a typology rule that overwrites the target email address of the initial API call? I know it is possible to restrict the email sendout on a ACC sandbox in general, I just have no clue how this can be done 🙂I would be very thankful for any hints. Kind regards, Marcel
