Hi, Suppose Code field contain below data:0238LGTR I'm not sure how to find field equal to string, tried below logic but its showing error. When(case(@code Equal to String,'@code'), Else ToInt64(@code)) Please let me know how to find data is string or not if its not string then convert it to ToInt64. Thanks,    

We have a few cases where we need to store duplicates (same email address) in Marketo to sync them separately with our CRM.My question is;  what is the logic behind which of these the activity is recorded on when that duplicate email is used to fill out a form? Is it most recently updated, created or something else? I couldn't quite find the answer from testing. 

Hi , is there a possibility to change image references on page roll out? Use case : Same image has different expiry dates for different countries.We are planning to duplicate the image for countries and add respective expiry dates since only one expiry date is possible for a image.The challenge here is , image reference should change automatically on roll out of page from source to live copy like how it does for page links. any alternative ideas are welcome.Thanks in advance.

Hello! As the title questions, is it possible to dynamically populate segment code with data from a specific field? A simplified example scenario I am thinking of is if I have 3 sourceIDs and a secondary field with other data, let's say color. Is there a way to use a split or cell filtering query to select the 3 sourceIDs individually, and then update the segment code with whatever color corresponds to that record? So in the end, I could have cell 1 selecting sourceID 1 and the segment code would dynamically populate as 1-Black, 1-Red, etc depending on what is in that color data field for the individual record. And then I would be able to do that for each sourceID so I could just have 1 cell per sourceID instead of having to set up a cell for each combination of sourceID and Color. Thank you!

I have a widget called “help_links” in Help Center that is being tracked in Omega. There are multiple links that can be clicked inside of that widget, but I can’t figure out how to see which of those links gets clicked the most… It seems like there should be an easy way to do this, but is there?

Hi, First post, new to the platform so hoping so clever people can point me in the right direction! I'm trying to set up a personalisation block so I can convert a variable - but I'm struggling! I have an XML string, I'm trying to extract a cost value (e.g. £1,509.10) from the string convert into a number (1,509.10), so I can subtract 10 from it). Any idea how to do this. I've got as far as defining a variable for the XML string in the email - and I can pull out the variable and get rid of the £ sign with something like; <%= escapeXmlStr(ctx.messageMetadata.MainCost.CostAmount).substr(1,10)%> I'm stuck beyond this - any help appreciated.

Is it possible in Workspace to keep a drilldown configured for a table persistent to all rows?  I can apply a drilldown to all the rows in my table currently, but if I change dates or for any other reason new rows appear, the drilldown is not applied to the new row(s). I want the drilldown config to apply to all rows, even new ones that appear in the future (e.g. a new page is created on my website, and I want that page also to be drilldown by time on page). Is that possible?

I have created custom objects  named as CO and using custom objects (CO)field as a email script token in email for the field created "role". I want to populate based on condition if part of custom objects display role.Problem - Using if condition code it jumps to else condition only.

I'm in the process of turning on SSL for all of our landing pages. A lot of the templates we have in our instance have images embedded within them, all of which are currently logged on http vs https. While I am going into each individual landing page to update an HTTP -> HTTPS, do I also need to be doing this for any imagery on the page? Or am I only updating hardcoded URL domains? Any guidance would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi, I a creating a segment and having hard time to overcome flawed implementation with some quick n dirty: Hit 1 - AHit 2 - AHit 3 - AHit 4 - BIf I set in the Segment builder that State=A THEN Within 1 hits State=B with does Adobe check1) Hit 1 and Hit 2 = false or2) does it compare Hit 3 and Hit 4 which would mean that this Visit and Visitor would be included in the segment? There is unknown and varying amount of hits between state A and B and no way to control how many hits user sends before moving from A to B but just using Visit scope might lead to false positives. Thanks for your input!

Hi All, We noticed that the Old Gen Heap memory is getting filled up in JVM of our AEM instances at regular intervals. As a result, our instances were going into high CPU utilization mode when GC was triggered. After analysis of the heap dump we found that there is a huge accumulation of session objects under “org.eclipse.jetty.server.session.SessionData”. Web Sessions are not being cleared from server runtime memory.Our current site is only for logged-in users where the sign in is based on SSO. In the session we store the user information. It is created when user logs in and is invalidated when he logs off. We believe the session object pile up is because users don’t explicitly log-off, so the invalidate method is not called. We tried “Session Timeout” setting in “/system/console/configMgr” under 'Apache Felix Jetty Based Http Service”, but it does not help.Any advice or inputs on this scenario is highly appreciated. Thanks,Kiran

We are a financial services company, and we offer special reports on our website with financial guides and our take on market activity. We require readers to fill out a form with some basic information to access these reports, and they can also check a box indicating that they'd like an adviser to reach out to review their portfolio. If someone new to our database asks for a portfolio review, Marketo assigns them a lead owner so they can be followed up on. Some of our leads and prospects are older and not the most tech-savvy, and recently we've been seeing more and more people fill out 2 or 3 or more of these forms in very quick succession, probably without paying attention to what fields they're filling. When new leads do this, they run through multiple smart campaigns at the same time, getting assigned one lead owner, then immediately getting reassigned to another, which then has to be sorted out over email. I've been trying to think of a good way to prevent this using step

Hi all, I have a question regarding the profile merge rule choice as we just can't decide which one to choose. Our action plan is to target:- A first segment of our CRM Customers that we onboarded - we also want them to match with a login actionAND- A second segment of online customers not logged in but that visited specific areas of our website At the moment the choice of our profile merge rule is based on "Last Authenticated Profiles" + "Adobe Campaign - Person" + "Device profile" but I am scared it is not appropriate. What is the best option we should choose and why ? Many thanks,Val

Hi, When author add new components at Live copy page (For Ex: Inside any component parsys/responsivegrid of column_control..etc) Author should break the inheritance at Component level for the Live Copy page and needs to add the component. After that when Author do the the roll-out from "Source/Blueprint" page, newly added components content for Live Copy page getting removing.Please help me to fix this issue.

Hi,Calculated metrics seems to be missing from my metrics selections when I am building a new report in report builder.  This recently happened.  If I have an old report with calculated metrics, the data will still pull and refresh.  But if I go in and edit the request, the calculated metrics are missing.   Did something happen to it and how do I get this back?
