In Report Builder 5.0, previously applied segments are disappearing from data blocks. If I open the manager on a workbook that should have segments applied, the manager shows that there are no segments applied. After reapplying the segments, saving the workbook and closing, the next time I open that workbook the segments will have once again disappeared from the data blocks. Is anyone else having issues with this?Also, sporadically (in RB) when trying to apply a segment, all of my segments will be missing from the drop down. This seems to be fixed by logging out and logging back in multiple times but is obviously not the ideal way to solve this issue.Is any one having these same issues or have any insight on how to fix them?

Prior to the big release, when a non-admin users created a Scheduled Send on a Shared Dashboard, the Scheduled Send showed up in the non-admin users Scheduled Reports.  After the big release, that Scheduled send no longer shows up in the non-admin login that created the send but in the admin login that created the Shared Dashboard.  So now instead of 40 different non-admin users updating their Scheduled Send in their login, one admin has to update all 40 Scheduled Sends per Shared Dashboard.  Was this an intended change or was this loss of functionality just a casualty of the change in the Scheduled Reports that came with the big release that no one realized would happen.  Has anyone else noticed this change?  

Hello there,I hope you can help me out here. I want to show my customer where the visitors of his website drop out. Since my customer is active in three different countries it would be great if I could compare the three different dropout-funnels to one another.All three countries are tracked in same report-suite so there is no way to compare the funnels via report-suite-comparison. Hi,I have trouble with my rule builder setting.Could you let me know the point to check?My consultant had set some rule builder in our SiteCatalyst report.And I copied his setting into others rule builder, checked 'Test Rule Set' and it was successful.But few days later, other rule builder of variables doesn't work that I never changed.And now, I tried make new rule builder with another custom variables,sample key was grouped successfuly on the rule setting window.But return to rule builder page and click "test rule set" it is always starting test and said "I think I had do wrong setting, so I want to know points to check.Best RegardsTomoko

Just wondering if anyone knows how to run a click-map report for multiple selected pages.  I can only see the option to run a clickmap report for the "Entire Site", or select one specific page from the list of pages on the site.I my situation, I have multiple pages on the site that have the same hyperlink in the same location on the page, so I am trying to gauge the volume of clicks on this particular link across all of the 15 pages that contain it.  Right now, I have to run 15 separate reports to get this data.Any information that anyone has is greatly appreciated!

Purpose of reporting: To see the success rate of password resets for users who have a compromised accounts.propX captures the error message: in this case “Compromised Account”s.pagename: “Id-and-captcha” is the 1st page to initiate a password resets.pagename: “reset successful” is the final page that lets them know they have reset their passwordIf I create a segment as this: Visit Container, s.propX equals Compromised AccountTo get to the report I am trying to run; can I run a pages report and see how many visits within this segment hit the "reset successful" page?considering s.propX - does not persist? is there a fault in the logic? thanks in advanceAsif

Hi,Our client wants to record visit ID in an eVar and we were looking for some kind of solution. Is there any way to do this with dynamic variables? And if not, maybe the concatenation of Visitor ID + Visit Number would work (also through dynamic variables).We would really appreciate some help on that.Thanks!

Hi,I'm seeing a discrepancy with "visits" to a particular page between a trend report and a fallout report.Reporting on specific page visits by trend broken down by day totaling over 2 months gives me 37,135 visits.With fallout report, this same page is at the bottom of the funnel and over the same reporting period I'm seeing 38,461 visits.Anyone else see this discrepancy?Cheers,Ed

 We are getting the below exception continuously more than 9 hours in logs as part of this functionality.  Functionality : Copying all pages from one country(UnitedStates) to another country(England) and adjusting references for all the pages using referencesearch API. We are passing single same resourceresolver to all method in this functionality to commit after write/modify operation. Using sling jobs in this functionality to make job execution as ordered. Observations:Initially error is thrown at /content/test/brand1/testpage/home/jcr:content/par/richtext/item1 for 2 hours. Later I deleted home page to stop this error and same error is thrown at /content/test/brand1/testpage for more than 6 hours. Question :I know this error might be multiple update on same node by different thread. In our code, this exception was catched in respective method and just log it for reference to proceed further(not throwing custom exception). But I don't know

Hello, currently our project is compatible with AEM 6.5.3 on premise, and we use java 8 to run AEM and build our project. We would like to check the possibilities of adapting the project for use in Adobe Experience Cloud. I've started by reading documentation and I have a doubt: 1. On the one hand Cloud Manager uses jdk 8 build environment: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-cloud-manager/using/getting-started/create-an-application-project.html#build-environment-details2. On the other hand local AEM runtime uses jdk 11: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/local-development-environment-set-up/aem-runtime.html I'm not sure how to interpret this fragments. Is java 11 required for running AEM SDK locally? Is it required to build project dedicated for Adobe Experience Cloud with java 11?If I build my project with java 11 will it be compatible with Cloud Manager? Any advice is appreciated

We are not able to access the /apps data in the pathfield if we give the rootpath=/apps in AEM 6.4.2. http://localhost:4502/apps.ext.json?_dc=1587623884633&predicate=siteadmin&_charset_=utf-8&node=xnode-34 always returns blank data. We have checked the permissions of the /apps folder and tried giving all the permissions to everyone group but its not working. Kindly suggest.Thanks,Ni**bleep**a Sikaria

Hi there.I've been doing some reading on html email design recently, and there are a few places (and a few examples I've seen) that say not to wrap each element of the email (or module in Marketo speak) in a table, but to wrap the whole email in a table, and just use Table Rows (<TR> and </TR>) to delineate each module.In attempting to do this, I've come across a bunch of problems with things formatting VERY oddly.I'm curious as to what other peoples experiences and approaches have been.in short, do you prefer  (grossly simplified of course)<!-- My modules begins here --> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <!-- My modules ends here -->or<!-- My modules begins here --> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> <!-- My modules ends here --> If the latter, do you have issues with TRs stacking next to each other instead of forming new rows

Hi,I have some custom segments created in adobe analytics and when I'm connecting this to Google Datastudio dashboard the segment name is available but the data is not displayed as the system throws up error. Any idea on how to fix this. I'm using supermetrics connector to connect the data directly to Datastudio dashboard  

If user choose to disable Cookies, will still adobe analytics can track the campaign parameters passed in the URL?

Hi All, We are using AEM Forms 6.5.4 and we are trying to use PDF Generator Service API for converting PDF to MS Word document.  We are referring to [1] to achieve this conversion . While executing method exportPDF2() we are getting error as [2] . I have created an editable page template under Tools > General > Templates. On this template within the Layout Container [Root] I have added a component in Structure mode which I have populated with content. The idea is that this component populated with content will show on all pages that implement this template. However, whilst this displays correctly in author, on publish the component does not show on the page. I have worked out that this is because the anonymous user does not have read permissions to the /conf/.../templates folder. Am I using editable templates in the wrong way, or do I really need to give read permissions to the /conf/.../templates in publish (I am very reluctant to do so)?

Hi everyone, I was trying to manipulate the lightbox form - form2.js - css position, the top, left attributes when it is displayed. We have a button in the middle of the page - height,width position - , and when we click on it, the lightbox form is displayed on the top position of the page so the page jumped to the top of it cause it is quite long. How can I change this behaviour so when I click on the button the displayed form is shown in the same position as the button. What I need basically is to manipulate the top, left and position css attributes of the form dialog. We need to know if there are any guidelines by Adobe Experience Cloud/AAM on Safari's ITP 2.2?ITP 2.2 cuts the first-party cookie’s lifespan from seven days to one day. As a result, the first-party cookies that Ad Platforms / DSPs will write because of Partner ID syncs (dpm.demdex.net/ibs:dpid=...) will be deleted after 24 hours. Hello World!!I recently came across a scenario wherein an eVar variable receiving the value of 0 (numeric zero) was classified as 'unspecified'. I searched for documentation to get this fixed and came across two possible solutions.1. Implement alternative values (replace '0' with 'zero')2. Using some processing ruleSrc: Using "0" in classifications I came across a possible solution which has been fixed for my test scenario and is working as expected. I concatenated with an empty character whenever '0' was encountered which solved it.I used a soft hyphen character (https://www.online-toolz.com/tools/character-map-unicode-symbol.php?chid=00AD)Hope this helps in your scenarios.
