We are working on a segmentation plan for IP Warm Up. We are able to segment by domain and engagement fields but cannot find a tool within smart lists to put a cap on an audience besides 'random sample' which only supports percentages. Is there another tool/filter that would allow us to say 'select top 5,000 from List A', for example? Or any other solutions re: segmenting for daily sending thresholds? Thanks! 

We have data stored in a SFDC custom object that is 2 levels down to the Contact record (Contact --> Purchaser Profile --> Ticket) and according to Marketo, that SHOULD pull through in Velocity Scripting (it's only 3 levels down that's a no-go). But we aren't able to for some reason.  But if we go try to pull 2 levels down through a different route (Contact --> Order --> Order Line Item) we are successful.  The only difference I can see from pulling data from Ticket vs Order Line Item, is that the Ticket is a Look-up relationship to Purchaser Profile, whereas Order Line Item is a Master-Detail relationship to Order. Does anyone know if that makes a difference?  Thanks in advance!

We're trying to use the foreach directive in Velocity to list all the Order Dates that a contact had have, over time.  For example, Joe Smith placed an order today and one yesterday, so in the email I want it to list out both dates. I've used this script: <ul> #foreach ($Program_Order in $Program_Order__cList) <li>${Program_Order__cList.get(0).CreatedDate}</li> #end </ul>But in the email outputs, it just lists out yesterday's date, twice. So it's recognizing that Joe has 2 order records attached to it, but only populating it with the first order's created date in the list. What am I missing in the script?  Thanks!

Hello,I'm wondering if there are any API's to import audiences into the audience library from a source like for example google analytics (360).As a client of mine is using google analytics and would like to re-use their segments in the adobe experience cloud, i'm investigating possible options other then suggestion to migrate to Adobe Analytics to have the integrated adobe experience cloud features.Any advice?

An Adobe Target trainer told my client that mbox should be fired on pages where there are running experiments. This is apparently to reduce server calls, which would reduce licensing costs too. My client is using Target Standard. Firstly, my client is already using at.js through Launch. They’re not using the old mbox.js at all. So is mbox even a thing for my client? In Target’s interface, I see mbox referenced together with "Custom Code", e.g. when setting up a variation. So maybe it is still a thing even though they're using at.js? But in all of the Target implementation guides for both client-side JavaScript and also for Launch implementations, the guides just say to implement at.js in all pages. Then, in Adobe's pricing webpage at https://helpx.adobe.com/legal/product-descriptions/adobe-target.html, it states that Target Standard's license is based on Annual Page View Traffic.  Every so often, the ContextHub UI will glitch out and show like this. Hi Team, We had recently observed an issue while trying to login to one of our production environments. PFB screenshot for the same. The error got resolved post appending port number to the URL. However, I have been using the environment since a long time without the port number in the instance url. Could anybody please help me understand what might have caused this change and why has the port number become a mandatory parameter in my instance URL now ? I would also like to mention that this issue was observed only on one of my production instance. I am able to access the other instance without appending the port number in the instance URL. Regards,Anushka

Hi Team,  From third party we received few corrupted images to AEM and we are not able to use those images on page. if we open original node (under image node) in notepad it is displaying invalid session in a JSON format . I know it’s binary data . Now my requirement is I need to find  all corrupted images in AEM and send back to team to retrigger. how can I read the Jcr content binary data to text . Thanks for the support.

Hello, We recently migrated our sites from AEM 6.3 to AEM 6.5. In AEM 6.5 rename page is not working in touch UI but it works in Classic UI.  Is it known issue in 6.5 or am i missing anything ?  Thanks! 

I have a User Custom Form and am attempting to add a calculated field. I entered the following If statement but it is invalid : IF({Manager ID} = "5dae0209016d5a41c078ff1296c5ae63", "Design", "Media") I'm not sure if the field name needs to be written using text mode format or if it's another issue. Can anyone help?

Hello, I would like to edit existing Recipient fields to, for example, change the label or force a choice of specific values with an enumeration. In Campaign Classic this is quite easy, I can just create an extension and change anything I want by adding an attribute with the same name as the orinial field. Is this possible in Standard? I obviously can't edit the original recipient schema, and I can't add an attribute with the same identifier to an extension, because ACS automatically adds a prefix to it. Editing the xml of the extension's schema is also forbidden, even with sysadmin rights. Can anyone help, or is this just impossible? Thank you,Xavier

I'm building a custom report and haven't had much luck figuring out the expression for Actual Start Date + Planned Duration = Should have been done by date. Also, I'd like to display this just as a date. Any help would be great.

So asset is on live page with an expiry date.  However author has been told to update expiry date in the meta data.  Do they have re-publish the asset after they update the expiry date?  And what happens if they don't?

Landing page is mobile responsive.Problem- Content alignment setting is not given for Mobile in Marketo. Hence, I am facing content alignment issue.Please suggest how to resolve and I do not want to create guided landing page for now.I am using below landing page Elements1. Custom HTML for Java script2. I'm trying to create a segment of users who, within the same visit took an X number of actions. Is this possible?I have an unique identifier for each user. So, for example: a segment for users who downloaded 3 PDFs within the same visit.

We are currently collecting development and production data in the same report (we are in the process of migrating and collecting the data separately in the future). From DataWarehouse we can filter the internal traffic in the reports through the url page, but this is not accessible from the workspace. We currently have a marketing team that only has access to Workspace and wants to remove internal traffic from reports. We have thought about filtering by ip or cookie, but when using dynamic ips we believe that data will continue to be filtered into reports. We know that we can create an evar that collects this data, but we are in the middle of a migration and at the moment we find ourselves in a project, this would waste a lot of time. In addition we need to filter the data from three months ago Would there be a way to create a segment in Workspace that would collect the data from the url page that we can see in DataWarehouse? I work on a site where visitors can create an account and identify their business type. We capture the business type in a prop. When the user comes back to the site and log-in, their business type is not part of the information attached to their log-in. I created a visit segment to filter the data by user business type. I am worried since we only capture the business type during registration and not on subsequent visits that I am not getting accurate business when visitors come back to the site. My questions, should I the dev team apply the business type data as a call when the visitor logs-in? Or, is there something I can do from the Adobe side to make sure my segment allows me to feel comfortable when breaking the data down by my segments? Thank you

Hi! For one of our email campaigns, we set up a smart campaign that sends the sales team an alert email when a lead clicks on a link in the email. Since setting these up are somewhat manual for us, we were wondering if Marketo Sales Insight is a better alternative for sending alert emails to sales. Few questions about MSI:1) What happens when someone is put on a watch list? Can we add multiple people at a time to a watch list?2) Can sales get an alert email for activities from MSI? and for which activities? 

My client's media queries are based on the standard bootstrap media query sizes (576, 768, 992, 1200) and none of the existing emulators hit these marks exactly. So I created new ones based on /libs/wcm/mobile/components/emulators/ios/iphonex. I copied it and modified its cq:emulatorConfig properties, setting the device-pixel-ratio to 1 and the width and height to the approprtiate values.After this I updated the emulator list in /etc/mobile/groups/responsive/jcr:content and it works.The problem is that I've modified things under libs to get this to work. I've tried moving my custom emulators under a /conf directory, and pointing /etc/mobile/groups/responsive/jcr:content at this. This breaks the layout editor - the page refuses to load until I remove the custom emulators from the list.Has anyone successfully done this without modifying /libs?

Dear Team, Issue : I have a file on this path http://localhost:4502/assetdetails.html/content/dam/we-retail/en/activities/hiking/abc.mp4,​ when I try to access this video file by direct link like this: http://localhost:4502/content/dam/we-retail/en/activities/hiking/abc.mp4, Video gets downloaded . I know it is expected behavior.what if we need to open assets in Browser rather than downloading it ?Description:I am facing this  issue in AEM 6.5 (without any service packs). I tried all possible tricks with Content Disposition filter like check/uncheck flag , putting proper values in included resource paths , but still it downloads my video assets rather than streaming in browser.I am referring video assets through direct DAM link . May I request if someone can be able to help me out here . Thanks in advance.
