Dear members,Problem#1: I have uploaded the SVG images in DAM but it's not generating the thumbnails. Problem#2: They don't even appear when I search them in the side-panel(in order to author it on the page):Problem#3: When I copy the svg asset path from the dam and author it(or add it in the back end[crx/de]), it appears onto the page but when I open the dialog, it doesn't preview: Can anyone please help me with this? Hi there, I am creating complex document, where the amount of pages depedns from user. Also there is a lot of footnotes in it (placed in Master Pages). Some of them, which should appear when the normal text fild is visible, I made as exaple below (written at layout:ready on footnote subform).But I also have some footonotes which depend from dropdown list, f.ex. only when value = 3 it shows, else hidden. Is there any procedure to sort the assets in DAM by alphabetically while loading the page itself not by filtering options and also the same for site admin pages too.And we're using AEM 6.4 version

Hi All, we are facing issues in fetching rte custom plugins in the component when there is case of double inheritance in the component dialog. Following is the scenario We have a global module as shown below. 2. we have another module in which we have master text component which inherits the custom rte plugins defined in the Master project as shown in the below image. 3. In the same module (my project-1), we have another component which inherit a tab from the dialog of master text component for title subtitle and description. as shown in below image 4. Issue that we are facing here is when we drag and drop master text component in the page we are able to see all the custom rte plugins in the component dialog. But when we are including the custom component on the page, we are getting only default rte plugins and not the custom plugins defined in the global module. Please let me know if we need any special configuration for this. Thanks,Gajanan&nbs

I have a question coming from our BI Department and I am not sure I can answer them as I am not 100% sure, Quention below, Can you tell us the difference between the DELIVERY_CONTACT_DATE and EVENT_DATE in the delivery log? We are using EVENT_DATE in the delivery log, but when we match it to the tracking log, there’s opens or clicks with a LOG_DATE before the EVENT_DATE that’s in the delivery log. When compared to the DELIVERY_CONTACT_DATE, the EVENT_DATE seems to be different and it’s sometimes multiple days after the DELIVERY_CONTACT_DATE. I’m running some numbers to see how often it happens that I can follow-up with but figured I’d get this over to you to see if you had any insight. Thank you

In AEM 6.0, whenever I install any package it overwrites existing structure on the server. I am creating package and tried with different options such as merge, mergepreserve but it always overwrite existing contents while installing package.For eg: If  "testpackage" has /content/test/pages in it and target author instance has test pages /content/test/pages/existingpage. After installing "testpackage" on target author instance, I would like to preserve "existingpage" under content path /content/test/pages.How can I achieve that?I tried diffferent options provided in package manager but nothing worked - please find screenshot enclosed.

Hi, Similar question as inserting the lead.Id in the CTA url. I would like to insert the email address of the lead however I have tried 2 ways; and cannot seem to get the email address to show in the URL once the CTA is clicked.  I have tried creating an Email Script token, then selecting Email Address under Person>Standard Objects. Upon selection, it generates ${lead.Email} within the token. I tried placing the token into my CTA url however it did not work.  I tried removing the token and inserting the following:  ${lead.Email}{{lead.Email}}{lead.Email}                          into the url - all following my non-Marketo LP. (using bbc as example) - bbc.com/${lead.Email} however here I lose the email address in the url. {{lead.Email}} returns an error saying it doesn't exist. While bbc.com/{lead.Email} returns the following URL: bbc.co.uk/%7Blead.Email%7D?mkt_tok=

Is it possible to add a message box to a workspace project? We are linking to reports in AA through PowerBi and would like to display a message box to users to make them aware that they are leaving PowerBi. This should effectively pop up before the report loads. 

Hi All,We are using AEM 6.4.8. For the Assets(http://localhost:4502/assets.html/content/dam), the "reordering" of the assets is not working in List View. This behavior is not experienced in Pages(sites.html). Is anyone experiencing this issue? Let me know If anyone have similar Issue or anyone have any solution. Thanks,Prince.

Hi all,Is there a way that I as an Admin can see all workspaces from a particular user and even take ownership?I know one potential way to take ownership: I could copy it and then share it again with all other users, nevertheless I cannot see it if it is not share with me.Limitation: I cannot log in as the user, because the user has no rights anymore, hence I will only see a blank start screen without any modules.Any suggestions?Thanks for your help!

Hi,Since the release of Adobe Campaign Standard version 20.2, it is possible to do e-mail testing using targeted profiles. I need help to select the profile to use for testing.  I've followed the steps in the tutorial:https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard/using/testing-and-sending/preparing-and-testing-messages/testing-messages-using-target.html The profiles are targeted in a workflow: The email delivery in the workflow is 'paused', to prevent it from sending e-mails without testing. But I don't see the option to create a substition.What do I've to do to solve this problem and test my e-mails properly, using additional data added in the workflow? Kind regards,Björn

In which I am targeting the people who receive a Message center email and then we are planning to send the first email after 2 days (when someone receives that MC email), then the 2nd emailer after 7 days, and then the 3rd emailer after 7 days.Scheduler (runs daily) > Query (Recipients of an MC delivery with exclusions) > Wait (2 days) > 1st continuous delivery > wait (7 days) > 2nd continuous delivery > wait (7 days) > 3rd continuous delivery > EndPlease let me know if the below setup will work or we need to do anything different.Really appreciate all your help. One of our customer needs to understand  how to differentiate between the traffic coming from iPad & Mac post iOS 13. This is because we identify the devices on the basis of the user agent string. But, after the release of iOS 13 Apple has started sending identical user agent strings for both iPads & Macs.
