Dear Members,In my current project some components are standalone( neither a child of  foundation nor wcm core component's) and some are child of foundation component so requirement is to migrate all those foundation components to wcm core components. After reading some adobe articles I reached on the conclusion that:There are two ways to migrate foundation to core component-1. If functionality matches then use resourceSuperType to refer the respective core component and write interface based sling model if customised.2. If functionality doesn't matches, at least write interface based sling model. Please confirm whether my understanding is correct or not.If not, please suggest an approach to accomplish the requirement. ThanksUmesh Thakur

Hi Guys,I hope you are all well?  I am quite new to Target so be gentle.  We have deployed Target through Launch, I am trying to load a web site into the VEC to create an A/B test, I input the URL all seems to go fine, I get the loading screen then nothing, just a blank page it looks like Target thinks the page has loaded?  below is what I have tried so far:I have used Requestly to change the response headers this makes no difference.Allowed loading of mixed content again no difference. Any advice?

We'd like to put an image carrousel or slider on one of our landing pages, but so far we're running into some dead ends. My original plan was to drop a carrousel HTML into the template and then host the JS and CSS on the actual page in 'html' boxes. So far not working. Any one have any tips?

I'm in the beginning steps of gathering data & insights regarding visitors to a few of our sites. I'll try to explain the situation the best I can for a No0b:We have 3 main sites, each with their own report suite. I also have a rollup suite that includes these sites (plus one other).I have an eVar on each site (plus the rollup) that captures the Experience Cloud Visit ID. I'm using the same eVar number in each if that matters.Each site receives a large amount of traffic per month; millions of visits each. If the volume was less, I would simply export all traffic with the needed data fields from each site into Excel or PowerBI and do a quick Venn or Crosstab to report on the overlap using Visitor ID as a "primary key" of sorts.I'm sure that we have visitors that go to all three sites in their purchase journey. Not only would I like to know the number of cross-site visitors to each site, but I'd also like to know a bit more about this journey. My question: What have you found to

Hey All, I've looked around the forums and couldn't find a clear answer on this, but is it possible to build a report/smart list to show how many times a lead opened an email? I've looked at one solution which is adding a string to the 'Opened Email' filter, but wanted to see if there was a way to actually show the number of times an email has been opened.  Thanks in Advance.

I am newer to Marketo and my manager has tasked me with setting up text only emails that will appear to be sent from specific Account Managers. I am unsure as to how to do this, and what other things I need to consider when doing so. If someone could point me in the right  direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi All,I tried Visual diff feature in an OOTB instance for geometrixx demo pages and it's working fine but its not working for my website components that are built using sightly instead of JSP.I am looking for a solution as what needs to be set on the website sightly component in order for it to display difference between versions in both Classic UI and Touch UIAlong with this I would like to know whether AEM 6.2 supports Visual version Diff feature for sightly built components or not. If it doesn't support then does AEM 6.3 includes this fix and resolve the problem?Thanks !!

Hello,What is the best way to install AEM Service Packs to AEM Publish Instanced; I have 6 publish instances.One of the ways I am planning to proceed is to:Copy latest service pack content package.zip fie in the ./crx-quickstart/install folder to running author.Monitoring logs for installation complete.Restart AEM Author on Installation complete.Replicate the Service Pack from Author -> Publish.Monitor all logs in all running Publish Servers.Restart AEM Publish, one by one, manually.What is the most efficient way?

Our portfolios and our programs have a custom form with a custom field that designates what division (Workstream) of the company that work belongs to. I am trying to build a project report that displays the program Workstream value if present, but displays the portfolio Workstream value if there is no program value. In the project report, the two fields are: portfolio:ClientWorkstream and program:ClientWorkstream (pulled via text mode). When I convert that to a value expression, I can’t get the values to return. Hi all,  We onboarded Marketo mid last year and have recently launched lead scoring and lead lifecycle programs. Our marketing campaign schedule has begun to ramp up, and I want to get more advanced with my reporting beyond what can just be pulled from program reports.  This is my first time in a Marketing Ops role, and I will be the go-to person on reporting every month. I have already been reporting on MQL, new names, traffic to landing pages, deliverability, database size, and health, but I am looking to start building out more structured reporting that will provide tangible insights for my manager and the executive team.  Would any of you be willing to share some of the things you report on each month or quarter to your exec team? What has been valuable? Also, if you could provide insights on how to pull such reports, that would be enormously appreciated. Hi All, Is there any way to dynamically display one Experience Fragment component from /content/experience-fragments based on the results we get by running a query?Example: The query result gives fragment path :/content/experience-fragments/test-xf In the below screenshot , instead of choosing an XF from picker, the path should be pre-populated with the above fragment path (/content/experience-fragments/test-xf) .  So here I need help to dynamically populate value in "Variation" Field in an Experience Fragment based on my query result. Can we overlay the OOTB js functionality?  or what is the best approach of achieving this? @kautuk_sahni  @arunpatidar @4490632 @veenavikraman 

We are migrating from Eloqua and are trying to mimic a simple drip campaign.  We would like a feeder to evaluate every hour to see if anyone in the DB has met our criteria and if so, add them to the workflow.  The workflow would include a series of emails.  So receive email 1, wait 10 days, send email 2, wait 10 days etc etc...  We are finding out that there is no easy way to have that feeder evaluate every hour and just add the incremental people who now meet the criteria.  This seems like such a standard function of most campaigns.  We would like to query the DB for anyone who dynamically meets a set of criteria.  Once the criteria is met, they need to go down the same path as everyone else that met that criteria.

Hi all, we have encountered something weird. One delivery email with attachment (ex. picture1.jpg) is succesfully sent. If you copy that delivery template in the workflow and edit new copied delivery template before workflow is saved in order to add another atachment (ex. picture2.jpg) then after execution only second attachment is sent. In case you first save workflow and then edit copied delivery to add another attachment then everything works fine and both attachments are sent. Any idea, why is first attachment lost in that case? Regards,Milan

I have a survey schema that has a bunch of normal attributes and a memo element. When I use xtk.session.Write with an XML object, the string & date attributes update fine in DB, but the memo elements are not getting updated and is blank.The form field values are stored in local variable and are substituted in the query in javascript. Any idea how to template in an XML element for variable values for memo element in the JS. When health checking my successfully installed bundle I will check the OSGI Apache Felix Console. I was told to also check the OSGI Services and OSGI Components tabs. Is see my services exist in both areas. What is the difference between OSGI Services and OSGI Components tabs within the OSGI Apache Felix Console? OSGI Services filters does not work with my FQCN; how does this work?

I want to get list of tags set on resource in custom properties (not in cq:tags).Values in these properties are set using tagpicker. I tried tagManager.getTagsForSubtree(resource, false) but it's returning values only from cq:tags and tagManager.getTags(resource) returns no tags. Can anyone help in this regards? ThanksRitesh

Hey everyone, I have an AEM project where a utility class is found in the core module and is referenced in the apps module in an asset.jsp overlay.
