I can see the number for clicks on the preview button, but how can I get the number how often the preview has been downloaded or the clicks for unique users? I just want to know how many people has seen the preview of an issue.

I work on a very large site that utilizes MANY (in the thousands) proxy urls to access the same site, way to many to list in the s.internalLinkFilters list. Currently using the "auto exit link tracking," as the users are clicking around internal site clicks, every click they perform is being falsely tracked as an exit link. I am also not receiving these users traffic in the report data based on other internal server side logging and I think is also related to this problem.One option I am looking at is turning off the auto link tracking and writing some custom javascript to compare the window.hostname with the link they are clicking, if the two match track as link_o, if they don't match, track as link_e.I wanted to see if there is potentially another way to keep reporting all of these users traffic at internal no mater what proxy address they have and still have the ability to see the exit points. - We have a SharePoint application. The application captures analytics in one report suite.- On this page we have added a webpart that acts as its own application within the page and collects analytics in a separate report suite.  The webpart uses the same URL as the original application with a redirect at the end of it (#rediretpage).- The problem is that the page that contains the webpart is now being captured in the 2nd report suite, that is for the web part analytics and not in the initial report suite.  This action stops us from getting accurate page view and visit counts on the initial page.Does anyone have any recommendations to fix this?

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite in 2012 through tech soup. My Photoshop is crashing and says to reinstall. I go to the Adobe website (as directed by tech soup) and have a login ID and password but cannot find where to input this information. Help?

Hi, We have a website, that has a modal pop up display as soon as you enter the site (don't ask why), this pop up allows you to go to different branded pages of the same site.  When this popup loads Analytics seems to send a beacon, however, upon closer inspection, the data layer element for the report suite ID is blank but the hardcoded report suite ID is read OK.   When a user clicks on the pop up to go to other branded pages the report suite ID is read correctly, the same is true if the pop up is closed and a link on the page is clicked.  How can I ensure the data element is read before the popup is loaded? Many thanks.

We are migrating to new Adobe Experience Platform Launch for all our mobile apps, and the list of properties in Adobe Launch is growing.  I do not see any options to filter properties by companies, report suites, platforms, etc.  Can we get some filters for the property list?  Thanks!

Can you add an option to export the mobile code snippets on Adobe Experience Platform Launch?Often our mobile apps are developed by third party, and we do not provide access to Adobe Launch, so we have to copy and paste the code snippet out of the Adobe Launch.  It would be nice if we can export the whole thing to a text file or pdf file.  Thank you!

If you have programs in your nurture streams, do you have to mark the campaigns that send the email to use communications limits, or will it apply automatically because it is part of engagement?  I am hoping the latter, but wanted to make sure as we use programs throughout.  I know you don't schedule the campaign, so I'm hoping that the communications limits apply anyway.

I tried installing VLT on my local machine where i have AEM installed and running successfully.But it is not woking for me. Hi All, I have a requirement to export data dynamically in ACC.  Basically i have my recipients who can attend events from 1 to 10. So i can do a campaign today with 3 incoming events or 5 events. My question is there a way to generate an export dynamically of the recipients info + number of events using a JS activity?If yes, can someone provide a snippet of code? ThanksDavid

Hi, We have cases in duplicate records wherein 1 is tagged as Blacklisted and 1 as Customer.  How does the system picks which record to send the email to? Will Marketo based it to which segment they belong to (in our company's case, "Blacklisted" shouldn't be targted)? Or which record was first generated by Marketo (ID based)? Thank you in advance!

All the data feeds that are scheduled are not working and we're getting waiting to export status for the feeds. I'm not sure why we are getting this error. Please let me know if anyone has experienced this issue. Note: All the data feed after a certain time are not working. Best,Naveen.

This worked like a charm in AEM 6.3Following steps has been performed to achieve.Moved custom ContextHub form '/etc/cloudsettings/default/contexthub' to new '/libs/settings/cloudsettings/legacy/contexthub'Is there anything I am missing. After Update, I don't see any OOTB ContextHub, custom ContextHub or custom store loading.I tried to load default kernel.js location its erroring 404 error. Hi WF Community, Is there a way to run an hours report and see hours for a user associated to the different job roles they've had over their tenure with the company? For example: Jane Doe was an Account Manager from Jan 2018 - Jan 2019, and she logged hours during this time as an Account ManagerJane Doe then switched roles to Resource Manager come Feb 2019 - present, and she logged hours during this time as the Resource Manager I'd like to run a report, almost like a historical snapshot report, that would show hours grouped by the various job roles a person has held. Hi, I want to include segments in a calculated metric I am builder. This option should be provider in the container settings. However, it is not available. This is also the case with the formula option. Does anybody know why this option is not showing for me? The segments are also not included in the left panel, just the metrics are. Bart

So in a project report I am pulling a predecessor collection for each task and displaying some information - but I would like to also add a piece of information from the task itself (essentially I am trying to show mismatch between plannedCompletionDate of predecessors vs. plannedStartDate of the task you are on.
