Hey, Does anyone know if it's possible to prevent a scheduled send to go out based on the calculated list size? For example, my company sends an operational email that typically goes to under 1,000 email addresses on average. This communication is pretty sensitive so for now we send it manually each time and check the number of qualifying contacts. I'm looking to automate it, but want to prevent it from going out if it is going to send to more than X number of people. Any recommendations on doing this? I'm sure I could do it via the api by first pulling the list and checking the size and then triggering the campaign, but is there a way to do it within Marketo? Thanks, Sam

I'm trying to combine NEW Product X Trials ($lead.dMSSubscribedDate) and NEW Product X Subscriptions ($lead.dMSTrialDateTime) using "any" or "or" conditions utilizing the (||). If a Lead's Trial OR Subscription DateTime is in past 24 hours then that New Product Trial or Subscription = TRUE and will receive the corresponding Welcome content. I think this is an easy function within velocity based on how seamlessly the use of the "and" (&&) function was to utilize.The challenge is writing un-broken code. I have noticed the Adobe Analytics connector is sending across [delivery]/indicators/@sucess metric from a delivery rather than [delivery]/indicators/@sucessWithoutSeedsWe are using large numbers of seeds (~500) to monitor deliverability with ReturnPath platform, so low volume deliveries are showing low CTR% as seeds never click on anything. Anyone know why @8491463 is being used and not @sucessWithoutSeeds? 

I'm new to the details of AEM. I work on the Marketing side of our website so I make lots of one off landing pages and campaign Hero Sections that the Authoring WYSIWYG can't handle (I can't seem to do pixel perfect with a WYSIWYG). Is it best to just create a component for the page or section that needs custom HTML, CSS, and JS? Or is there another way that is preferred?  It seems like the components will pile up pretty quickly this way. 

I have a navigation for my site that an Experience Fragment would work great for but it's more complex than the WYSIWYG can handle. So, I'd like to just add my HTML to the XF. Can I add the custom HTML and clientlib styles/js directly to the XF or do I need to create a component and then add the component to the XF? 

Hi there, I have a question of how to import javascript that I have in the Adobe Campaign Classic to my personalization block. I tried to use "<%@ include file='javascriptTest' %>" to import, but the default pickup path seems not correct. So I am asking what is the standard path of the javascript path on the server for Adobe Campaign? (The path on the server which holds AC in our company is like ......./neolane/nl6/var/.....). Or If I can not import the javascript from the file including method above, which way can I use to import a js as a library to our personalization block? Hello,I have a campaign workflow that is scheduled to send a delivery every weekday. I am utilizing waves within the delivery to throttle the number of sends per hour. At the end of the validity period, any remaining deliveries need to be carried over to the next weekday.Is there a way to prioritize these carry-over deliveries during the next cycle of the workflow? I am trying to create a FIFO solution for deliveries that have waves and do NOT throw away deliveries that exceed the wave/daily capacities. Thanks in advance,- Kevin

We are getting new email templates designed. I have 2 email templates that are used by 100s of emails. Once the new templates are in use I'd like to retire the old templates so that they cannot be selected when creating emails. What is the best way to do this?From what I can see, before I can unapprove and archive or delete the old email template I want to retire I first need  to unapprove and delete any emails using the template.Am I missing something? This wouldn't be practical given the number of emails we have in the system. Please advise a better way if you have one!

We have a naming convention for our content stream emails as above that is YYYY.MM.DDThe content we had originally planned for today is going through some unexpected revisions and I was wondering if there was a way to change the name of an email that was already created, or is this permanent? We'd like to change one of these to 2015.04.09.This is strictly for our own view in Marketo (and not the email subject line). 

Hi,I would like to know if there's a way to easily delete language copies from a site.I've had the scenario where because of a server error or another reason, some files are not committed for translation and left as draft. When that happens, I have no other option but to cancel the translation job to create a new one, but that does not delete the newly created language copy from the site. Every time I have to ask my AEM IT admin to delete those language copies for me. Is that the expected behavior? Is there anything I should or can do differently?For info I use AEM 6.2 with CrossLang XTM as the connector.ThanksGuillaume

What's the deal with language copies - Do they do anything other than create an exact copy of the parent language branch? If instead of using the language copy option, if I just go to crxde Lite and create a copy of the language branch and rename the language node to the new ISO code, do I stand to lose anything vis-a-vis doing the same thing using the Language Copy option?

Hi, I am trying to add a new custom filter in the asset tab on the side panel of page authoring. I am not able to see it when I try to over lay and add a new node for the filter - /libs/wcm/core/content/editor/jcr:content/sidepanels/edit/items/tabs/items/assetsTab/items/filterPanel/items/search/items/searchpanel I am trying to add something similar to xfpath filter but from a specific folder of experience fragments. Has anyone done this before or any ideas on how to do it? Any ideas would be appreciated. PS - I have tried to look at the filckr implementation that was done here - https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/aem-authoring-extension-assetfinder-flickr. It was done a little differently than the xfpath filter. Thanks for the help in advance. 🙏 

Problem:When I tried to invalidate dispatcher cache using acs aem commons dispatcher flush,"/content/" is getting removed from the path and appending the remaining path to the doc root and trying to flush the new path which is not a valid path. Example:When I flush "/content/abc/home.html"  "/content"is getting trimmed and remaining URL is getting appended to the "/opt/aem/data" and the final url will be /opt/aem/data/abc/home.html which is invalid path in apache and the cache invalidation is failed.

Hi Everyone, Is it possible to filter on Activities that are scheduled for a future date? I'm using the "Activity Was Logged" filter using the constraint of Activity Date == "X Date in the future" and I'm having no luck. I absolutely have records in my CRM that have a future meeting logged as an activity that is future dated that I am trying to filter against inside a trigger program, but this filter is returning nothing. I tried "on or after" tomorrow's date as well and zero leads are returned.        Does anyone have any thoughts?

I'm trying to use Crypto Support in AEM 6.5 but the hmac master keys are no longer stored under /etc/key.It means I cannot just package the keys and transfer to target instance.I can see the hmac and master keys are stored in launchpad/bundles/.. But everytime we change the instance we need to add these files to bundles folder and restart the bundle which all times may not be suited.Need some thoughts on this.

Hi  I have been stumped by a question here at my company and I wonder if anyone could suggest an approach. My colleague wants to target an A/B test specifically at users of their-own profile pages. Let me give some context: Our website Mendeley has profile pages for our users like this one for Victor... https://www.mendeley.com/profiles/victor-henning You and I can view that profile, its public so to speak, but there is another use case, we'd like to optimise around users viewing their own profile's/ My question is how can I run an A/B test so that when Victor views his profile page, he is targetted in the A/B test?As said above we'd like to run an A/B test for users looking at their own profile pages PS:We track these views in Adobe Analytics,  "ownprofile:yes" in the (longer) value of content detail [v104]. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance     

Hiya, We're hosted on ACC v7 build 8894 with Postgres as our DB.  Since we don't have a pre-prod region, our end users build campaign workflows directly on Prod and play/test with it.  The testing on Prod results in large data sets being sent from one activity to the other, multiple running until they get the desired target list, saving interim run results .  Instead, we were thinking if they can limit these test runs on a subset of the larger data, it would result in faster workflow execution whilst still be able to give the end users enough confidence with the target list generated.  D'ya guys happen to have any thoughts around this or any easier way to achieve this? -wALF

We are hosted on ACC v7 build 8894. We have observed that, the transitions that spawn out of a Fork, are executed in the sequence specified and not concurrently.  This means if a workflow has a Fork spawning 25 transitions, all these 25 transitions will only execute sequentially and not concurrently.  Is there a config parameter that we can toggle to allow this to be processed/run in parallel? -wALF

Hey guys,We've built a subscription center and would like to update the Unsubscribe link in all our emails to go to that Subscription page.The Unsubscribe token is a default token from Marketo, but is there a way I can change where it directs so that I don't have to create a new token and go edit all my emails?Thank you!

We are loading in sales data via ACX file manager and Adobe SFTP. Currently works in PROD. We updated the data by adding 1 more column in the file. Testing in UAT and in UAT the Data Loading activity fails every time before it processes the file. Even AC support is having trouble with it.The file is a .gzWe are pre-processing it with gpg --decrypt <%= vars.sourceFile %> | gunzip -c <%= vars.sourceFile %>, but it doesn't even get ar enough to pick up the file.Any thoughts?
