I need help. In the past, I had used converters to program emojis into the subjects of my emails. For example, I've used these converters in the past:https://blog.teknkl.com/yes-you-can-use-emojis-in-marketo-subject-lines/?marketo-nation=tools.bluestatedigital.com/kb/subject-line-assistantAnd they worked wonderfully. Now the email subject is displaying the UTF code when I send instead of the emoji, or clear box. Has something changed? Is this not supported anymore?

Here's the situation; We want to send a message to 80,000 toal contacts, but send 20,000 per hour at the top of each hour for 4 consecutive hours. This is to control the flow of inbound leads in this direct inquiry campaign in order to enable our reps enough time to quickly respond to each with a folow-up phone call.I figured this would be a pretty simple thing to do, but seem to be missing how to set this limit.Any ideas?

I have a predicate map that I am adding a orderby value to and sorting ascending on that field using orderby.sort.I need to sort ascending on that field, while also adding a "nulls last" sort so that any sortable values will be sorted ascending at the beginning of the list, while all items with a null value in that sortable field will then show up in the list after that. How can I accomplish this?Example:currentParamMap.put("type", "cq:Page");currentParamMap.put("orderby", "@jcr:content/publishDate");currentParamMap.put("orderby.sort", "asc");I have tried to add a second orderby via 1_orderby and 2_orderby and included the two sort values as 1_orderby.sort "asc" and 2_orderby.sort "nulls last" This does not work for me. I can sort by one or the other, but not both. Can this be done?

ExempleNous avons une table "devis" qui possèdent l'intégralité des données "devis" rattaché directement au profil. Nous pouvons bien cibler dessus mais nous ne pouvons pas intégrer des champs de cette table dans nos emails.Nous avons bien la possibilité d'intégrer des champs de notre table magasin en personnalisation, c'est l'unique table. Un client est toujours rattaché à un magasin.  Avez-vous une solution ?

Hi Team,I have setup CUG in my local environment. I have created 2 groups and 2 users. I assigned the groups to 2 pages say page1 and page2. Now user1 accessed page1 and after login user1 is redirected to page1. Now the user1 accessed page2. He is getting "Page not found" this might be because of 404 response code. 404 is when the accessed resource (ideally page) is not available. But here it is there but the user (user1) doesn't have access to the page. We would like to display message like "Access Denied/ You don't have permission to access this page" something like this. How can I differentiate these 2 scenarios?Please help me in this.Thanks,AryA

I confirmed in Marketo that nothing has changed. Why?

I am setting up a program and need to display a closing date. We have a field in the lead record that indicates when the promotion ends. The problem is this date is padded because we may allow for stragglers to have an extension to take advantage of the offer. #set( $lead.autoPreApprovalExpirationDate ) I want to tokenize the date but subtract the padded days. So, for example, the lead record would indicate a lead has a date of March 8th to complete the application, but I want to token to display the last day of February. is there a way to say "look at this value, and display 8 days earlier?"

I was testing around our Marketo-Salesforce sync, and I noticed something peculiar.  When I update a record in one system, it will update to the other one fine when I do it once.  But when I update the record again after the sync cycle, the record does not push.  Is there a limit to the frequency records can sync between Marketo and Salesforce?More Details: An example: I changed a field in Salesforce and the record updated in Marketo in the next cycle.  However when I updated the same field on the same record a little while later (after the first sync cycle completed), the record does not sync at least for a little while.  Not sure the exact time frame when it works again, but I know that if I update the record the next day it works. I also tried changing another value visible to the Sync User and it still did not push.I noticed the same happens when I change a record in Marketo.  If I update a field, it will push to Salesforce the next sync

Hi there,There's been a couple of times when we've scheduled a smart campaign with an email attached, and for some reason the email deployment doesn't go out at the time we scheduled it for.For instance, I scheduled an email earlier today to go out at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon. I included our staff list in the email. We have yet to receive the email and when I look in Marketo it says it's scheduled to send at 1:30 p.m. (it is now 2:05 p.m.) and that it hasn't run yet.The list is not that large and most times when we schedule deployments they do send out at the correct time. But this has happened once or twice and I thought I'd start investigating :)Does Marketo run behind sometimes if you have a lot going out in one day? How far in advance should you schedule something in order for it  to deploy at the correct time?

Hi Experts, I am having an weird issues with marketing channel reporting. The issue is around paid search detection. I have the below rule with paid search and it is the first one in the rules list. But, all the traffic for this campaign is getting captured into natural search. Is there a reason why ? Paid search is an out of box marketing channel. does it only detect traffic which matches "adobe paid search" detection rule. 

I am struggling to find enough detail information on system tokens and how they work.I am looking to apply a date/time system token to a flow step.Essentially this is the flow step:Change data value to in Lead Status to Sales Accepted LeadChange data value in Sales Date/Time Stamp to Current Date (date of sync).From what i have read you can use a system token for Date/Time but I can't figure out how to call it out in the flow step or where I can even find the system tokens.Any body - done something similar? I can do a trigger on teh CRM side inlieu but would prefer the flow steps to all reside in Marketo.thanks

Hi All,I'm trying to create a component which has a multifield. Inside this I have a dropdown, based on selection of a value in this I want to show/hide two textfields. Currently I'm working on AEM 6.4 version and I want the same to be done using Coral UI 3 dialog structure.
