In 2017 there was a connector between ACC and ACS called PRIME.I can't seem to find any content or HELP documentation on this connector. HOW can we migrate or connect all our data and email templates into ACS form ACC?  Is this connector package still available and if not can we at least get the older version of the package and tweak the code to at least give us a head start so we do not have to go through full implementation of ACS?  There is an internal wiki mentioned below.Thankyou DETAILS:Adobe Campaign Prime: an offering based on the connection between Adobe Campaign Standard and Adobe Campaign v7 (AC7). Good afternoon,  We ran into an issue with out SMS provider where some of the messages are being sent out as gibberish.  They did confirm that they were receiving the messages correctly but when they were sending them they were not going out correctly.   Anyways Sinch just got back to us with this reply.  "After further review, we learned that the Adobe application has a setting which sends a DCS value of 240. This value results in garbled message content, as most carriers do not support this DCS value. While this is not a Sinch configuration, or setting, in effort to accommodate and bypass this scenario, Sinch set an override so that when a DCS value of 240 was received by our platform, we override it to 0; which is supported by the carriers." So I am wondering, how do we confirm that all of our messages are being sent out as DCS Value of 0 rather than 240, and why would some of our messages from an SMS campaign be sent to Sinch as 0 and so

Hi there Looking at this documentation (https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/asset-endpoint-reference/#!/Smart_Campaigns/deactivateSmartCampaignUsingPOST) it looks like there isn't a way to actually deactivate a scheduled smart campaign. Only a triggered one. Is that correct? I hope I'm wrong, but I feel I know the answer... Thanks.

I see in the documentation that Bulk Lead Import is a "createOrUpdate" record operation.Is there any way to do a "createOnly" operation? We are using a document scraper to bulk import leads and the resume scraper has a ~80% success rate and certain important values (such as phone number) sometimes does not get scraped and is blanking out values.I know I can block field updates, but we also do not want to update any fields from this process and we cannot block field updates from all of the fields we are scraping.

I'm creating an experience for new visitors to a page,. Does Target consider someone a new visitor per page or does Target only consider someone a new visitor per site/domain?    For example, I created an audience with these two rules: Site Pages Current Page URL contains https://www.somedomain.com/page AND Visitor Profile equals New Visitor.  If I have a Target experience elsewhere on the site that a visitor has seen previously and then comes to this page later, should they still see the New Visitor experience?  I'm having trouble getting consistent results.

Hi Is there any interaction between capacity typology and Delivery waves.  For example if I set an email capacity typology of 200,000 emails per hour and have an email with 300,000 recipients  set to go out in two waves of 150,000 1 hour apart, will the capacity typology take into account the waves or just work on the 300,000 and exclude (if set) 50,000 recipients?Many Thanks

On my guided landing page, I have created an element which has an image and a button (CTA).I would like to have the button dynamic, so I should be able to define the button text as dynamic content, and the button URL as dynamic content.The button (CTA) links to a whitepaper download pdf, but the URL is different for every language version ( Dutch - English - French - German )Both button label and button URL do not appear in the dynamic content section.

Bonjour, Je rencontre aujourd'hui un contre-temps sur Campaign.J'ai un événement temps réel avec plusieurs paramètres pour un AR de site et je souhaite enrichir cette événement avec une ressource personnalisé. Mon souci premier : impossible de sélectionné ma ressource personnalisé, Campaign ne me propose que les tables par défaut :  Alors que j'ai bien plusieurs ressource (table) personnalisé. Mon deuxième souci, c'est qu'avant tout j'ai déjà fais mes tests sur ma preprod et je n'ai aucun souci pour sélectionné mes ressource personnalisé : Je pense que je dois avoir une différence de configuration quelque part mais j'ai beau chercher je ne trouve pas où se trouve l'erreur. Est ce que quelqu'un à un idée ? Merci pour votre aide.

We used an update process to change ID values of event configurations. This was done to avoid deleting and recreating them. We changed the value from EVT<various text values> to something like '1707211'. That process worked, but after that we are no longer able to publish, we get an error of attribute or element 1707211 is invalid. When looking at schemas, I see ext:rtEvent _<Values we changed things to> all still exist even after deleting all event configurations and starting over. This includes the original values, the updated values and the values from the events we recreated. We still can't publish anything, custom resources included. Has anyone encountered this before? How can we delete the ext schemas that seem to be causing this issue?  Trying to publish the Event Configuration:The ext:rtEvent schemas created after we ran our update process on the IDs, these events have since been deleted but this remains.  

I'm creating a form for students to fill out that includes their graduation date. I need the "date of graduation" field to have a default value of "today", and cannot select a past date. Can someone help me figure out how to do this?

In Workspace, I would like to create a YoY comparison column for across a handful of metrics for a specific month. When "This Month," I "Compare Time Periods" for "This Month Last Year to this Date Range." In doing so, it generates the correct comparison. However, when I adjust to look at the month prior, the Date Comparison column stays stagnant on the original date's YoY comparison. Is it possible to create a Date Comparison column that adjusts to the Panel date range or do I have to go in and manually modify the comparison dates each time? If so, this seems like a miss since Workspace is an otherwise powerful tool.

Hello, I have multiples OSGi bundles that use the same configuration properties.  Now I create a below service for each bundle:@ObjectClassDefinition(name = "My configuration service", description = "Configuration for bundle")public @interface MyConfig {           @AttributeDefinition(name = "My API:", description = "API endpoint for project", type = AttributeType.STRING)           String myPropAPI() default "....";...}@580286protected void activate(final MyConfig config) {         this.api_endpoint = this.config.myPropAPI();} Is it possible for other bundles to share this configuration service? Or  should I create a property file accessed directly by all bundles?   Thanks for any input

Hi, I am running a multi-page AB test (50 - 50). Reporting is A4T and date range is Jan 13 (start date of the campaign) - Jan 30. I have shown a screenshot of the numbers  I have included two metrics, both unique visitors. The second column is segmented whose screenshot is below  The login password and email link are the two pages on which the activity runs. How can the UV (first column) be more than the second? Those two pages are the only pages on which this test runs. Ideally they should be the same, but the difference is significant.  Is there an explanation to this? Vinodh

Hello all,I would like to use the same link in different CTAs in the same DEM and analyze in which position it performs better.I've tried to insert a code in Insert link > Advanced > ID field, but when it comes to analyze email link performance if I add the constrain link ID it doesn't show me anything. Instead if I analyze the campaign by Link I can see the results. How can I do it? I cannot found in help articles info about it.Thank you!

We trying to upgrade from AEM 6.3.2.0 to 6.5 but we are having some issue regarding one specific step.We can not find the PreUpgradeTasks inside JMX Console as described in here: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/deploying/upgrading/pre-upgrade-maintenance-tasks.html#install-configure-run-pre-upgrade-tasks We also tried to install (invane) PRE-UPGRADE-PACKAGE-CQ63 package.Has anyone faced the similar issue? OS: RHEL 7AEM 6.5.1ACS: 4.2.2 Is there a way to populate the list of editable templates in sorted order when I create a new page like what we have "ranking" in classical Template. 

Details: In author mode, when I have created a scheduled workflow, the following alert appears in a blue ribbon: This page is subject to the workflow Scheduled Page/Asset Activation. The issue is the ribbon never goes away ie post publish. Appearing before publishing is good as it lets other authors know not to lock the page which disallows scheduled publishing. However, hours or days after the publish, it should disappear? 

Hi guys, I am experiencing an error as below.It says "A system level error has occurred. user does not have access to calculated metric"I've tried to re-start my PC and repeated to re log in for several times and still doesn't work.Does any one know why I am getting this kind of error?I am pretty sure that I have access to the calculated metric that I am trying to use. Thanks! 

Hi everyone We have a bunch of people who have errored out upon Salesforce sync. I can see in their activity logs "Sync Person to SFDC" , with the detail of "Failed: Failed to update SFDC", with the error details. But how can I grab these people in bulk via a smart list? I've looked at filters, and I can see "was synced to SFDC", but there is no constraint I can use of "status: failed" or similar so I can isolate those where it failed. Any ideas?
