Hi everyone I'm using this endpoint to try and update the name of a Marketo Email program. https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/asset-endpoint-reference/#!/Programs/updateProgramUsingPOST Here's my Python code: updateProgramRequest = {'name': 'GA_190123 VIP Wellness Sale - German'} parameters = {'access_token': access_token, 'updateProgramRequest': updateProgramRequest} data = requests.post( base_endpoint + "program/5525.json", params=parameters ).json() I get a 200 response, so it's saying it worked - but all the parameters - including "name", which I am trying to update - look exactly the same. I confirmed in Marketo that nothing has changed. Why?

Can anyone please help figure out why can't I make a line graph in Workspace? I am able to create bar or other types but not line. I also tried trend selection, but not showing any data. Would appreciate any help, insights, thanks!  

Hi everyoneI'm trying to bulk update some leads. I have a csv file with Marketo ID in one column, and the field value I'd like to update in the other. I am setting up a program and need to display a closing date. We have a field in the lead record that indicates when the promotion ends. The problem is this date is padded because we may allow for stragglers to have an extension to take advantage of the offer. #set( $lead.autoPreApprovalExpirationDate ) I want to tokenize the date but subtract the padded days. So, for example, the lead record would indicate a lead has a date of March 8th to complete the application, but I want to token to display the last day of February. is there a way to say "look at this value, and display 8 days earlier?"

I was testing around our Marketo-Salesforce sync, and I noticed something peculiar.  When I update a record in one system, it will update to the other one fine when I do it once.  But when I update the record again after the sync cycle, the record does not push.  Is there a limit to the frequency records can sync between Marketo and Salesforce?More Details: An example: I changed a field in Salesforce and the record updated in Marketo in the next cycle.  However when I updated the same field on the same record a little while later (after the first sync cycle completed), the record does not sync at least for a little while.  Not sure the exact time frame when it works again, but I know that if I update the record the next day it works. I also tried changing another value visible to the Sync User and it still did not push.I noticed the same happens when I change a record in Marketo.  If I update a field, it will push to Salesforce the next sync

its fairly simple to get the pages under a particular location but i want to get those pages last modified date as well via AEM query.Any idea for the same ??

Hi there,There's been a couple of times when we've scheduled a smart campaign with an email attached, and for some reason the email deployment doesn't go out at the time we scheduled it for.For instance, I scheduled an email earlier today to go out at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon. I included our staff list in the email. We have yet to receive the email and when I look in Marketo it says it's scheduled to send at 1:30 p.m. (it is now 2:05 p.m.) and that it hasn't run yet.The list is not that large and most times when we schedule deployments they do send out at the correct time. But this has happened once or twice and I thought I'd start investigating :)Does Marketo run behind sometimes if you have a lot going out in one day? How far in advance should you schedule something in order for it  to deploy at the correct time?

Hi Experts, I am having an weird issues with marketing channel reporting. The issue is around paid search detection. I have the below rule with paid search and it is the first one in the rules list. But, all the traffic for this campaign is getting captured into natural search. Is there a reason why ? Paid search is an out of box marketing channel. does it only detect traffic which matches "adobe paid search" detection rule. 

I am struggling to find enough detail information on system tokens and how they work.I am looking to apply a date/time system token to a flow step.Essentially this is the flow step:Change data value to in Lead Status to Sales Accepted LeadChange data value in Sales Date/Time Stamp to Current Date (date of sync).From what i have read you can use a system token for Date/Time but I can't figure out how to call it out in the flow step or where I can even find the system tokens.Any body - done something similar? I can do a trigger on teh CRM side inlieu but would prefer the flow steps to all reside in Marketo.thanks

Hi All,I'm trying to create a component which has a multifield. Inside this I have a dropdown, based on selection of a value in this I want to show/hide two textfields. Currently I'm working on AEM 6.4 version and I want the same to be done using Coral UI 3 dialog structure. In 2017 there was a connector between ACC and ACS called PRIME.I can't seem to find any content or HELP documentation on this connector. HOW can we migrate or connect all our data and email templates into ACS form ACC?  Is this connector package still available and if not can we at least get the older version of the package and tweak the code to at least give us a head start so we do not have to go through full implementation of ACS?  There is an internal wiki mentioned below.Thankyou DETAILS:Adobe Campaign Prime: an offering based on the connection between Adobe Campaign Standard and Adobe Campaign v7 (AC7). Good afternoon,  We ran into an issue with out SMS provider where some of the messages are being sent out as gibberish.  They did confirm that they were receiving the messages correctly but when they were sending them they were not going out correctly.   Anyways Sinch just got back to us with this reply.  "After further review, we learned that the Adobe application has a setting which sends a DCS value of 240. This value results in garbled message content, as most carriers do not support this DCS value. While this is not a Sinch configuration, or setting, in effort to accommodate and bypass this scenario, Sinch set an override so that when a DCS value of 240 was received by our platform, we override it to 0; which is supported by the carriers." So I am wondering, how do we confirm that all of our messages are being sent out as DCS Value of 0 rather than 240, and why would some of our messages from an SMS campaign be sent to Sinch as 0 and so

Hi there Looking at this documentation (https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/asset-endpoint-reference/#!/Smart_Campaigns/deactivateSmartCampaignUsingPOST) it looks like there isn't a way to actually deactivate a scheduled smart campaign. Only a triggered one. Is that correct? I hope I'm wrong, but I feel I know the answer... Thanks.

I see in the documentation that Bulk Lead Import is a "createOrUpdate" record operation.Is there any way to do a "createOnly" operation? We are using a document scraper to bulk import leads and the resume scraper has a ~80% success rate and certain important values (such as phone number) sometimes does not get scraped and is blanking out values.I know I can block field updates, but we also do not want to update any fields from this process and we cannot block field updates from all of the fields we are scraping.

I'm creating an experience for new visitors to a page,. Does Target consider someone a new visitor per page or does Target only consider someone a new visitor per site/domain?    For example, I created an audience with these two rules: Site Pages Current Page URL contains https://www.somedomain.com/page AND Visitor Profile equals New Visitor.  If I have a Target experience elsewhere on the site that a visitor has seen previously and then comes to this page later, should they still see the New Visitor experience?  I'm having trouble getting consistent results.

Hi Is there any interaction between capacity typology and Delivery waves.  For example if I set an email capacity typology of 200,000 emails per hour and have an email with 300,000 recipients  set to go out in two waves of 150,000 1 hour apart, will the capacity typology take into account the waves or just work on the 300,000 and exclude (if set) 50,000 recipients?Many Thanks

On my guided landing page, I have created an element which has an image and a button (CTA).I would like to have the button dynamic, so I should be able to define the button text as dynamic content, and the button URL as dynamic content.The button (CTA) links to a whitepaper download pdf, but the URL is different for every language version ( Dutch - English - French - German )Both button label and button URL do not appear in the dynamic content section.

Bonjour, Je rencontre aujourd'hui un contre-temps sur Campaign.J'ai un événement temps réel avec plusieurs paramètres pour un AR de site et je souhaite enrichir cette événement avec une ressource personnalisé. Mon souci premier : impossible de sélectionné ma ressource personnalisé, Campaign ne me propose que les tables par défaut :  Alors que j'ai bien plusieurs ressource (table) personnalisé. Mon deuxième souci, c'est qu'avant tout j'ai déjà fais mes tests sur ma preprod et je n'ai aucun souci pour sélectionné mes ressource personnalisé : Je pense que je dois avoir une différence de configuration quelque part mais j'ai beau chercher je ne trouve pas où se trouve l'erreur. Est ce que quelqu'un à un idée ? Merci pour votre aide.

We used an update process to change ID values of event configurations. This was done to avoid deleting and recreating them. We changed the value from EVT<various text values> to something like '1707211'. That process worked, but after that we are no longer able to publish, we get an error of attribute or element 1707211 is invalid. When looking at schemas, I see ext:rtEvent _<Values we changed things to> all still exist even after deleting all event configurations and starting over. This includes the original values, the updated values and the values from the events we recreated. We still can't publish anything, custom resources included. Has anyone encountered this before? How can we delete the ext schemas that seem to be causing this issue?  Trying to publish the Event Configuration:The ext:rtEvent schemas created after we ran our update process on the IDs, these events have since been deleted but this remains.  

I'm creating a form for students to fill out that includes their graduation date. I need the "date of graduation" field to have a default value of "today", and cannot select a past date. Can someone help me figure out how to do this?
