Our lead lifecycle processes leads first through the Inside Sales Reps, then gets qualified and moved to Sales.  As such, I would like to use my Lead Scoring to alert the ISR (another field on our SFDC Lead object, which is also synced to Marketo) when the scoring reaches a specific custom defined threshold.  But, the only options for Send Alert that I am seeing are to either the Sales Owner or the Account Owner.  Has anyone encountered this and figured out a work around? I even thought that maybe I could use a token for the "to other emails"  but I don't believe that will work, or at least I don't know for sure if this will work.Thanks for any help anyone can offer here.

Hi, colleagues.I nee to track different values inside the single variable. For example, on one of our pages user can select up to 6 devices to purchase. And for each of the device user can select number of devices. For example user can purchase two items of Device_1, three items of Device_2 and four items of Device_3. And I need to store it in variables in single hit. So, I don't want to put all values of devices in the string with some delimiter and use this concatenated string as a single value of the eVar.I would like to have separate value for each purchased device. Also, i need to store number of devices purchased into the second variable and be able to detect how many devices of each type were bought.I think guys from e-commerce market do this every day )) Could somebody describe me best practices? P.s. We use Launch with datalayer architecture. Thanks in advance!

Which maven archtype should I use for AEM 6.3 with sp 6.3.3 

Has anyone ever integrated AEM with Marketo before? We are considering the option but are wondering how much implementation work will go into it. Any feedback would be much appreciated. 

I have been trying to convert the fragments in to an experience fragment, the moment I am doing it, the content or images in are getting disappeared or being not visible to me, Please find the screenshots below of the error. Hello All ,Every time i do a package installation in my AEM instance the pages go blank including the we retail sites. But when i restart the instance the pages come up fine. Below is the error we are getting on package installation. We are using AEM 6.5 version. Hi,Previously in AEM 6.3, there used to be forms blank template which can be selected to create a form ( cq:template=/libs/fd/af/templates/blankTemplate2). Now i dont see this template anymore after upgrading to AEM 6.4.6.0. In the upgraded version, we have to a first create a template from create template wizard and use it for form creation (cq:template=/conf/aarp/settings/wcm/templates/<custom template>) Wanted to confirm if this is the case. We have all the forms created based on previous experience and now the authors are not able to do certain operations (move, copy etc) with the form. What are our options here? 

I have an audience as shown in this screenshot:But when I open a link like www.foo.com?cmp=baz|trt|meg, my experiment doesn’t run.If I open www.foo.com?cmp=baz%7Ctrt%7Cmeg, then my experiment runs as expected.Does anyone know why using "|" doesn't work even though I've setup the audience as shown?

We have installed MSI on our sandbox environment. We do not have any issues on the lead and contact object to display the information, however on the Account and Opportunity object, although we can see the email, web, interesting moments and score change, the stars and flames are not lighting up. Any ideas what might be causing this?

I discover that you can use Launch in AEM 6.4 to work on a page that you want to publish or promote later in AEM. When i created a Launch option and tried to edit the existing content I noticed that I could not edit or choose the "wrench" icon on any component. Is there a way to edit the exist content on a page once you create a Launch to promote or publish later for a specific date?

Hello, I have a table with a set list of card values and I want to assign them to my inbound population.  Both tables don't have a field I can join on in the traditional sense.  If a card value has a promotion history id assigned to it then it can't be used.  I heard a cross join could be used but I am not sure of the java that is required. Any ideas?

Hello, I am trying to utilize custom fonts within our email templates/deliveries. However, the custom font is not displaying properly within the ACC client inside the preview, as well as the actual email send. I have the CSS within the email html within a <style> element inside the <head> section, and using the @2375939-face rule. The src:url is referencing a public url.example:@2375939-face {font-family: 'myFont';src: url('https://font_url_omitted.net/myFont.eot');font-weight: normal;font-style: normal;mso-font-alt: 'Arial';} Are there known issues with doing this method for email deliveries? I also have the font files (eot, woff, woff2, ttf) themselves, but am unsure where and how to store them within the adobe server and/or client, and how to reference them within the delivery template. Thanks in advance,Kevin
