We track 'products purchased' using a custom activity. It would be very useful if we could add a new record to a custom object when custom activity is logged (if it meets certain criteria).I had hoped it might be a flow step in smart campaigns, but can't see this when I tested it.Any ideas for this, or can custom objects only be updated via the API? (we use a custom CRM).

Hi Everyone, I have added CTA URLs at the bottom of the last page on some of our PDFs which are stored in Marketo Design Studio. I used the Sanford Whiteman blog post to create a Marketo redirect landing page so we can capture this engagement when people are clicking these CTA links within the PDFs.The redirect page appears to be working well on desktop and on android mobile devices however when we test on an iphone the redirect page doesn't appear, instead the lead is taken to our website. Do you know what could be causing this issue?The URL I use always starts info.blancco.com/Redirect-LP# and is followed by the PDF location.Please let me know if you need more information.Thanks,@@James

Hi all,I have an task, where I need to provide certain metadata values for assets in a given folder. To this, I've found this Configurable metadata - workflow step in AEM, but I'm having problems using it. Does any of you have some experience?In the Metadata values, I've tried to add this (a custom metadata attribute in our system): jcr:content/metadata/ds:validFrom:{Date}2019-11-21T14:33:48.000+01:00But when I sync the workflow, and re-opens the workflow step, my command seems to have vanished (see below)Does anyone know how to configure the workflow step?

On Nov 14th, we migrated from mbox.js to at.js.Before migration , the profile script was evaluating to true.  Now it is evaluating to false even if I fulfill the condition.  I checked this through trace. I did not make any change to profile script.Am I missing some configuration which might  required for at.js ?  I have activated this profile script under response token also.

Hello,when I look at the Target Activities Report regarding our recent A/B Tests, I have a varying amount of visitors marked as "unspecified". This number ranges sometimes between 25% and 80% (of unique visitors who are counted as "unspecified"). I am aware, that Adobe Target might take up to 36 hours until traffic is correctly classified regarding one of the experiences. But then, at least for a test which has been deactivated already 1 week ago, the classification should be complete, shouldn't it?Any idea where this comes from or how to solve it?

Does anyone have a recommendation for an affordable tool that allows you to send emails that are auto-populated based on the content of your RSS feed? I just looked at Digesto from Perkuto, and it is AWESOME, but we have never done an email subscription for blogs before, and we have no idea if anyone will even subscribe to our blog, so I'm hoping to find a more affordable option, potentially one that allows us to pay per subscriber. What tools are y'all using? And if you are using a tool that doesn't really integrate with Marketo (I'm looking at Feedblitz), is there anything I can do to create some sort of makeshift integration?

Hi, I am an Analyst at Viacom and I am working on a project looking at user behavior on our app tagged with Adobe Analytics. What I see in the data is that sometimes, 1 visitor ID is counted as 2 Unique Visitors on the same day, on the same device. I am trying to find out how can this be possible? Any help is appreciated. Recently the "Grand Total" aka "Report Suite Total" was added to Workspace reports, the light grey number that shows up under the total for my metrics. In Ad Hoc when I export my reports that number is included.  I am attempting to export a report I converted to Workspace and this number is not being exported with the rest of my data.  Is there a way to export this.  If not are there plans to add that in a future update?

Hi,I have a requirement to add additional properties for assets while metadata editor Save & Close action happens. The additional properties are created via a servlet. So I'm searching the path and js of this Save & Close action to call my servlet. Please help with this if anyone comes across this kind of requirement. 

My Last Touch Marketing Channel report is picking up appx. 20% of Paid Search under Natural Search.I have setup utm_medium params to identify Paid Search traffic [utm_medium=cpc].As you can see in below Workspace for Last Touch report, the breakdown containing cpc actually has a First Touch channel of Paid Search but still gets shown as Natural Search in Last Touch - even though it's Paid Search traffic.Can anyone please help with identifying what needs to be changed in my Marketing Channel Processing Rules for the Last Touch report to show correctly?Thanks. The processing order for my rules has Paid Search well above Natural Search.Processing rule for Paid Search - OR condition: utm_medium=cpc or matches Adobe's Paid Search detectionProcessing rule for Natural Search / ALL condition: medium does not contain cpc, source does not contain google and referrer contains the main three search engines.

Hello,I was wondering what analysts consider a best practice for when campaign tracking code should expire.I'm interested in this in addition because:If traffic came to the site under email.The campaign expired after 15 days due to campaign expiration logic.The same unique visitor came back to the site after expiration under Affiliate and convert.In terms of standard marketing channel logic does the first touch equate to email and last touch equal affiliate if the campaign tracking expired?Thanks,Tim

After Adding com.akamai.edgegrid dependency into pom.xml pages in AEM showing blank.I have added following akamai dependency into pom.xml<dependency>  <groupId>com.akamai.edgegrid</groupId>  <artifactId>edgegrid-signer-apache-http-client</artifactId>  <version>4.0.0</version></dependency>As this belongs non-OSGi dependencies so I have imported following java package into pom.xml<Export-Package>   com.akamai.edgegrid.signer.*</Export-Package>has anyone faced the same issue?
