Hi all,Am having a very frustrating error regarding iOS push notifications. Adobe Support were not able to assist on this one.We are trying to send Push notifications to a new version of our iOS app.However, when we try to send a message, we receive the error: Error 'Connection or unexpected error' when generating frame to sendOur app devs are unsure as to the cause of this, as are the Campaign team.Does anyone on here have an idea what the fix is?Please note - this latest version of app is pushing to Android just fineThanks all

I cannot figure out what I am doing incorrectly. I can apply the Units Metric to a Category value and get the correct result but when I try to build a calculated metric using Units and a segment for a category the results don't match. Example I have 2 categories for products; Flights and Ancillaries. When I use the units metric against those I get the correct results Flights 1768 and Ancillaries 581. However when I try to create a calculated metric for just Flights Units (Category=Flights segment) I get the total; 2349. I think it has something to do with the fact those categories are always purchased together even though I am sending in separate products variables with the purchase event.Seems like this should be a simple metric to create but I cant seem to find the magic formula

Hi,We are using Adobe Search & Promote to crawl our pages There is a search field on the  page component which is including the top Navigation links as well in the Search crawling and giving results that are not expected, We are handling the crawl entry point to noindex which ideally should not crawl the navigation links text, still we have the issue, Please let me know if there is a way to avoid the Top Navigation from the search scopeThanks,Ganesh

Hey, i have configured Adobe IMS configuration for Launch and also created the cloud configuration under /conf. The launch script is not loading on author but it is loading in publish instance. I have published the same config and page from author instance to publish.Any idea as to why this is happening. I am running AEM 6.5.1 for reference.

Hi All,I would like to understand on what way this .sync or .overwrite file works while doing the below case Here I have a small scenario for your understand.Step 1 - We have created the XYZ onboarded trait name with expire set to "0" conditions along with rules update (i.e.) "usera==1".Step 2 - Instantly we upload the offline .sync file to that location, after 48 hours user "A" has realized under that XYZ onboarded trait. Step 3 - Since, the user "A" is no more in our system after several days. we would like to remove that user "A" from the existing XYZ onboarded trait and the conditions from the file are set to be "usera==0"My Query is?On what way we can remove that user "A" who already realized on the existing XYZ onboarded trait long back and please note that conditions still on 0 expire.Is it possible, If we use .sync file to upload with the "usera==0" or If we use .overwrite file to upload with the "usera==0" or both will work or not?Hope you understand my question !Thanks,Vijay

I need to create a new file delivery process using adobe analytics. Files will be residing in network drive folder location. I need to pick this files and transfer it to an FTP server .This job will be a reccuring one. Which is the best tool  in adobe analytics to do this task ? Hello, We use the resource resolver factory settings to hide the internal links for our visitors but for some reason they don't work correctly anymore. Our website is multilingual site and when we open any of the languages home page the link in the logo is full, no hidden as it must be because we are using the resource resolver settings. For example: sub.domain.com => OKsub.domain.com/en/home.html => OKsub.domain.com/de/home.html => NOK and show the full path to the link => sub.domain.com/content/sub-domain-com/de/home.html where the link should be sub.domain.com/de/home.htmlAny idea how to resolve this issue? We have got no response at all, so this form is obviously not monitored by anyone.Please, let me know who is responsible for the Nordic market. I need to count raw data from deliveries, to aggregate all recipients who were sent, clicked and opened an email. I need to present these metrics based on the country of the recipient, not the country of the campaign that sent the email.  So individual recipients have received more than one delivery, but i don't care, I just need to aggregate the recipients by country and then calculate the open rates and click rates.  So the question here is how to aggregate, based on primary key the number of emails sent to each of these recipients.  Please help!!

Hi guys, i'm newbie here, as you can see on title of my question, i´m a bit stuck on implementation visitor Id, i cant really understand how it works the configuration on development code, i created a new report suite as a first step on analytics, second i set it up the property on mobile services and activate the option "visitor Id service", but i cant see any value on custom variable correlated to this, so i´ve searched in documentation but just talks about Experience Cloud Id Service, i know there it is different services this and "Visitor Id", for now i'm just want implement just Visitor Id, also i´ve readed something about "s_vi" cookie, but without success to have a clearly way to implement on android (mobile apps).Please any have some idea for getting start this development?Thanks in advance and so glad to be here on the adobe community.

Hi! How come I have different results when I build a segment from a fallout with Visit level and next hit comparing with a segment from flow report at visit level and next hit as well. Which one is more correct? I attach both scenarios. The number of visits who passes from one step to the other successfully, and both are created from right-click bottom over the graph itself, the first one comes from fallout visualization: The second one from a flow report (create segment from selection as well)Both are visits metric.Thank you!

We are using sling model exporters, and using .model.json for getting the json out of a resourcetype, but wanted to know what we can do if we want to expose whole properties and components.
