Hello,I'm reading help documentation regarding creating audiences and am a bit confused:If I want to target mbox profile attributes (which I think = profile parameters?), should I choose Custom or Visitor Profile when adding a rule? What's the difference between them when it comes to target profile.xxx=yyyIn Visitor Profile doc, it says You can target custom profile parameters and profile script (user.parameters) but I see no problem doing it in Custom category?Thank you!

I'm trying to connect online + offline sources where a quote taken online is converted offline via the call centre. My unifying variable is a Quote ID [available as an eVar]. If I wanted to setup an FTP with just below dimensions and metrics, would this work? Dimensions: Date, Quote ID [existing eVar] Events: Offline conversions [new custom counter event] and Offline Purchase Total [as a new custom currency event]. We don't want to merge the purchase into our e-comm report but rather just show it as a separate event , when we want to analyze. Is the above possible? Hi there,We're looking at sending to an imported list on a daily basis, and we want to ensure that should recipients appear on that list on consecutive days, that they do not receive multiples of the same email.This send will not be reconciled with our main recipient table, so our usual 'filters' that stop this from happening for other deliveries will not work.We can see that the recipient data from previous ad-hoc list load sends is stored in Adobe Campaign, we're looking for guidance on how we can configure a new query to look at list-load delivery recipients, and use the delivery code for these deliveries to hold out those who have received already for a set amount of time.Thanks,Andy

Hi,     I need to create a technical workflow, Which should give the result of Top 10 Time consuming workflow based on last time execution.For that, I used query activity, and queried from targeting dimension Elementary Task (XTX) that status not in 'finished'. The result from query activity will be multiples for each workflow. I need only the last execution. On based the which criteria I need to deduplicate? Please suggest me.Thanks,Ramprakash.

HI, we have an issue with server time. On the current time is added 1 additional hour. No changes made with timezone or users timezones. When we set time for example 12:00 in the form, save it and open again it is saved as 13:00 and this is making a problem with scheduling tasks. All times are saved in DB with increased for one hour. There are not changes on the linux server and DB as well. Last change was integration of real time events (pipelined) which passed fine, therefore question is: Is it possible that connection between AC and Adobe Cloud somehow jeopardize time?Regards, Milan

Hi There,I was cleaning my database and came around multiple leads whose email address have been changed in the last year due to some company acquisitions or few have joined the new company. So i downloaded all that data and starting working on correcting them in an excel sheet but now before uploading that i have few questions:     1. I f i upload that data with a different email address will Marketo create a new records?          1.1 If so; is there a way to over right the current data value in a bulk way?     2. If i add existing Marketo ID column will that help?     3. Or should i update the leads via Salesforce?Hope i clarifies my question.

Hello,I'm struggling with a component content tree issue that I've got on my custom component.I'll attatch a screenshot to make it simpler My custom component named "Calendar Card Item" is injected via:data-sly-resourcetwo other components are added inside it - Button and Text. Unfortunately, in the content tree they are not below the Calendar Card Item, they are not nested. Is this a known issue?I add like this:<sly data-sly-resource="${'button' @ resourceType='test/package/components/button'}"></sly>I tried replacing sly with div and adding a custom css class but it did not help. Does anybody got an idea what am I doing wrong?

We have a Target use case where we have to use audience library as audience in adobe target. We have created an audience/segment in Audience library. after saving it, the status is shown "Collecting Data". So, we have the following query:1) Once the status of the Audience/segment(in audience library) changes to Completed, only then can we use it as audience in Target.2) How long does it take the Audience/segment(in audience library) status to change to completed?

Hi all,We are trying to setup Preview Publisher so that approver reviews content on this preview publisher before pushing to Prod Publisher.So the workflow will be like this:1. AEM Author Instance ----SUBMIT CONTENT FOR REVIEW -------> 2. Preview Publisher --------AFTER APPROVAL (push preview publisher version to prod pub) -------> 3. PROD PublisherQuestion here is:Say On 1-Nov-2019 from AEM Author instance page1.html (now its version 1) is submitted to "Preview Publisher" for review. While reviewer is reviewing on Preview Publisher - someone went in AEM Author and updates same page page1.html (now its version 2) . Now approvers approves the page1.html (version 1) . We want page1.html (but version 1) which was pushed to PREVIEW PUBLISHER to be pushed to "PROD Publisher" and not page1.html (version 2).Is this possible ?I know we can lock page1.html if its put in workflow to PREVIEW PUBLISHER - so that no one updates that till its apporved from PREVIEW PUBLISHER
