I have been trying to select a new FB lead form but it doesn't seem to appear on the marketo smart list. Is there any reason for this? Any step that needs to be done on FB to make sure this shows? Is there a  sync time frame that we should expect?We also trying to to add custom fields to our lead form but we seem unable to retrieve them in marketo. Is there a particular way we would need to enter them in FB for them to be visible in marketo?We tried using the API name without success. Is there a particular syntax to respect for it to work?Thank you for your advice!

We're implementing adobe on our first app and having some problem. I had the dev create a contextdata "login state' with the contextData key value pair of "login state": "loggedout" for the login screen. The eVar "Login State" exists and can be used, but it only returns "unspecified". What causes it and how can I fix this?

Hey All,I'm trying to do some A/B email testing based on reciepient time zone and i'm running into a bit of a brick wall.  Essentially, I want to test and see if a specific hour delay based on the time zone of the recipient results in higher open and conversion rates.  I could do this via a split to delay activity based on recipient state but it seems like there is probably a more elegant way to achieve this.  Has anyone ever experiemented with this using a javascript activity or javascript within the email delivery itself?Thanks!

Marketing wants to know how many product views, orders, etc. came from visits originating from a specific email or link.For example:Marketing sends 1000 emails with the link www.mysite.com/promo1?campaign="free_ship_email"150 users click that link in the emailDuring those 150 visits, there were 320 product views, 145 cart adds and 12 orders resulting in $3000 in sales.How do I report on this in Workspace? I am guessing I need to capture this value in an evar, which expires after visit, and add a filter for evar="free_ship_email" but I am not sure where to go after this.FYI, I use Adobe Launch, not DTM. Any help is appreciated.

We launched an A/B/C Test in Adobe Target Premium on 21/11/2018. The traffic allocation was set to 33%/33%/34%When viewing the reports in Adobe Target it shows that 30.22% of visitors saw the control, 40.87% Experience B, and 28.9% saw Experience C.Why is the distribution of visitors different to what was configured in the test?

There is a bug when I create the report in Adobe campaign, Can anyone help me to resolve it?1. I created a filter with date type, I choose a date in calander, and then click "Refresh", everything works good.2. But when I try to remove the date entered, There is an error alerted like below.3. After I click the "Yes" button and then click "Refresh", the date is still there. I have then question how can I clear the date for the Date type inputs? Did I doing something wrong when I create the filter? Or this is a bug of Adobe Campaign? Thanks!

We are building out a COE workspace in our Marketo instance to house our best practice templates. I've imported several best practice templates into our COE workspace and I've shared the folder that they're housed in with our other workspaces. However, even though I've shared the folder, I am unable to clone any of the programs across workspaces. I am getting the below error message each time I try to clone.I've submitted a ticket with Marketo Technical Support and they're saying that it could potentially be a coding issue and a datafix might be required, but I wanted to check and see if anyone else has or is currently experiencing this issue or if there are any potential workarounds that might be worth trying.Thanks,Courtney

Hi,I am looking to send out a communication via Text and Email to our customers that includes that persons policy number. Unfortunately our legal department will not let us send the entire policy number digitally. We are permitted to send the last 4 digits however. Is there a way with Velocity Scripting where I'd be able to null out the first 7 or 8 digits of this persons number?Example - A persons policy number is 077063253. With Velocity Scripting can I get it to show as XXXXX3253, or is there another way where I can change the data value to a new field to only include the last 4 digits where 077063253 is changed to 3253 on a different field?
