What level of effort is traditionally involved with upgrading to Launch from DTM? Are developer resources required? Does clicking the "Upgrade to Launch" button in DTM transfer over rules and configuration to Launch? Is there anything we need to change in AEM configuration is we use the setting "use same satellite tag as DTM"?

Hi,I am facing issue in editing any page in AEM author -> Sites.I get the below like screen on opening any of the page in author for editing. For exampleI want to pick 'File SMS Extract.csv' or 'File Voice Extract.csv' from SFTP and not 'File Email Extract.csv' from FTP.I have tried using filters like File [SMS|Voice] Extract.csv , File (SMS|Voice)* Extract.csv. Hello,We have a lead nurture campaign where we holdback 10% of the inbound leads from receiving email communications. We have it setup where it says "If Random Sample is 10 remove from flow". We do this to calculate revenue generated from the people that received the email and compare it to those who do not to see how beneficial the campaign actually is. How would I go about generating a list of the Random Sample that was actually removed from flow?

Hello Marketo friends, I'm hoping someone out there can help me with an issue I've run into with a web form using checkboxes with boolean fields.I want to make sure that the email alert I send based on the form being filled out only sends the fields that are checked at the time of the form fill, not historical requests. Scenario:In testing out my form initially, I selected checkbox "a" and hit submit. Email alert shows that I selected checkbox "a."In the second form fill-out, I selected checkbox "b" and hit submit. Email alert shows I have selected both checkbox "a" and checkbox "b." Any insight would be helpful! Thank you in advance!

Hi All,As we all know, Adobe Analytics will only store historical data for so long, so we are curious what other customers do with the data that will be purged from Analytics.We're exploring the Data Feed export option, however are struck by the challenges this raw data provides with regard to formatting it in a way that can be useful for analysis and long term trending. Since we can only limit it based on the date range and the fields exported, we can't apply rules that could help us organize it properly wherever it lands.So here are my questions --1. Do you export the data before it's purged? If so, do you use Data Feeds to accomplish this or another method? 2. For storing the data, do you put it in a data lake never to be referenced? Or do you restructure it somewhere?3. Is this an in-house process or do you work with a third party to make the data useful again?Thank you for sharing!Robbie

Our organization uses the DCS API for on-boarding of CRM data (for various reasons, we're not permitted to use the AAM file transfer mechanism).  DCS is fine for qualifying a user for rule-based traits, but how can we disqualify a user?  For example, suppose we have a trait User Gives Consent for which a given user is qualified and later that user withdraws their consent.  To comply with GDPR rules we should disqualify that user within 72 hours.  But how?If we limit our User Gives Consent trait to a lifetime of 72 hours then okay it'll expire, but then we need to keep refreshing the trait needlessly for all those (possibly millions) of users whose consent doesn't change.  This seems like a brute force solution.  Has anyone else got a better idea?  I did hear rumours of a DCS API upgrade coming in 2019 that would include a trait disqualification feature.  Here's hoping!

Our dataLayer contains keys with a '.' character, e.g. { foo.bar: "example" }. I can't access these values as I would expect, using %event.detail["foo.bar"]% through the UI. This does work as custom code (option 2 in the docs reference above). Am I missing something or is this unsupported?ThanksTom

Hi,I was trying to use Logon method instead of static token (MC/password) provided by Adobe for messaging center, I got the 403 Forbidden and XSV-350012 Invalid login or password when I use SOAP UI for the testing. According the Adobe document below, it seems like the server URL https://serverURL/nl/jksp/soaprouter.jsp needs to be white-listed in the url permissions section of the serverconf.xml file. I am confused, I thought my computer IP need to be white-listed in the security zone area in serverconf.xml file. Can anyone clarify which IP or URL need to be whitelisted and send me the sample code to be added to serverConf.xml?Thanks,

I would like to better understand the intended use for customizing the default metadataschema to add additional out-of-the-box Standard Tags form fields.  I have been doing some testing with it and am confused by the results I see:I’ve customized the default metadata schema by adding a Standard Tags field to it.  This new field maps to a custom property (for instance:  ./jcr:content/metadata/myTags).  After doing this, the out-of-the-box Tags field no longer works properly:It doesn’t display all the that were previously saved to cq:tags It’s no longer a tag picker field (see 2 screenshots following)2. The out-of-the-box Tag References feature doesn't seem to work for tags saved in custom properties.  For instance, in the screenshots below, I've saved the "Grayscale" tag to the custom property "myTags".  Yet, there is no reference displayed for it in the Tags UI:3. Hello,I would like to know how it is possible that when I break down a specific Tracking Code for "Entry Page Original" that there are pages the visitors enter that we never promoted in a social ad.Mostly 90% is the page we promoted but the other 10% are sites that we never promoted in the ad. How is it possible that those Pages are listed?The goal is to break down the Trackingcodes, what the first Page visit from the visitor was.Thank you for your help.Best Regards

Is there step-by-step instructions posted anywhere for setting up campaign tracking for digital advertising?  Our company hasn't used it before and I'm new to the Adobe platform, as well as haven't setup campaign tracking before.  The company I was at before we had our own tool that generated the tracking information without us having to set it up ourselves.  Is there any overview or resources available that clearly describes the steps to setting it up? Thanks!
