Hi all,We have an external account configured to connect to MySQL. We've had to recently change the credentials so I've updated the account and password. Testing the connection also seems to be working fine. However, using the generic query editor on a schema that uses the account still tries to use the old credentials. Do I need to have the server rebooted or something?Thanks,Erik

In a situation like the screenshot below where the goal is to enter a Canceled Client into an Engagement Program with 3 emails every 30 days until they convert or unsubscribe. If they do neither, I want to re-enter them to go through the same program again. And then again.What is the best way to accomplish this - knowing that a lead can only be a member of a program in an engagement stream once.Knowing Marketo essentially reads streams as:Emails - have they received this email before (yes or no)Programs - do they have a status in this program (yes or no)How can I "allow" re-entry into a Program and/or what is the best way to do so?I assume I need to clear Membership Status in some fashion - or maybe just clone the nested program (Program A) in the stream and simply put that one (Program B) after it so Marketo skips Program A and sends lead to Program B. Not sure that would work though as Re-entry into the Engagement Program stream would still need to happen.This same Program Re-Entry w

Very new to adobe analytics and trying to figure out how to load or pull in offline sales data to count towards our total revenue and orders. For example: In July we sold 10 widgets online for $100 total. But 5 more people filled out a form online and a sales rep sold them widgets for an additional 5 orders at $50 total. Adobe as is only can show $100 & 10 orders. How can I bring in the others to show TOTAL = $150 and 15 orders?If it helps, the offline lead sales are completed in Salesforce. I saw something about bringing in customer attributes from our CRM but it seems like a data feed/data source would be easier?

when i am making the hideInNav propertys as "true" then that particular page path is not reflecting in the breadcrumb. I can make this poperty as false but i have another cmponent associated with it. So how can i overcome this issue. Thanks in advance

Adobe Campaign Version 6.1.1 build 8767We have a workflow template that we have been using for about a year now.  The basic process is as follows:1. Because some of the data for our recipients is not in our Campaign instance, we load an external CSV for each send.2. On our Unsubscribe landing page, we have a token of {{lead.Email Address}} in order to show which email the visiting person is registered with.When I try to unsubscribe from a Marketo email I received to my company email address (company@domain.com) I am taken to the unsubscribe landing page. But the email that I am registered with (as displayed on the lp by the token) is my private email address (private@domain.com). Even though the email came to my company inbox and I clicked the link in that email, Marketo is still "seeing" me as my private email (private@domain.com).I believe this is why many of our customers are complaining that they have unsubscribed several times but still continue to receive emails.Can you help me understand why the above is happening?Thanks,Lukasz

Seems design option missing from tools console (/miscadmin) in AEM 6.5, is there any other way to create design page and upload fonts and icons.

When clicking the full-screen button on our real-time dashboard the html doesn't scale properly giving us slider bars up & down and left and right. We have tried changing screen resolution, different browsers, and zoom levels with no luck. The Real-time dashboard scales correctly on computer monitors set at 1920x1080. The issue is when connected via HDMI to a television monitor at any resolution, even 1920x1080.

Hi Team,Production author outage happened two days ago. We can see update_asset transaction took more time around 169 sec also the most time consuming 50.8%. We have noticed that around 50 assets were uploaded on that day. We are not able to identify the root cause for this outage. In order to prevent these outages in the future what precautions we need to take. It is an AEM assets application.

EDIT: Looks like one actual solution here might be to get an SSL cert for our landing page domain (zozi.mktoweb.com CNAME'd as go.zozi.com) and use that URL in the loadForm call. Looks like that is possibly by contacting support: Add SSL to your Landing Pages - Marketo Docs - Product Docs ​ I will update this part of this post if that is the solution we go with / if it solves the issue.As some of you are aware, Firefox now gives the option to enable tracking protection at all times (even outside of Private mode). Many users (like my self) choose this option while installing the browser, meaning it is on all the time. This means any request to marketo.com will be blocked by Firefox if the user has chosen that option during installation or is in Private Browsing mode. Hi, Just getting my feet wet with Adobe Classic and am confused about how Classic installation works with Cloud Messenger and/or Mid-Source Server.We are working on Hybrid type installation.All the documentation talks about only mid-source server and portrays mid-source server infrastructure as being responsible for email deliver, hosting campaigns (mirrored pages), tracking, bounce mail etc.Documentation has no reference to Adobe Cloud Messaging. So, is Cloud Messaging same as mid-source server infrastructure ? If so, in Hybrid approach, using Cloud Messaging, does the email recipient always goto Cloud Message server for campaign pages, opt-in/out etc ?  Will the email recipient ever have to get to the "client infrastructure" ?Appreciate help.-Tony.

I need guidance in terms of :Should we host the AEM content services on the same domain as my website like : www.example.com/content-services/. or should we host it with subdomain or separate domain like www.apis.example.com/. Hi,I am re-creating one of my old dashboards into a Workspace Project.I would like to see the top 5 items in a simple line chart (last 2 weeks trending, daily granularity). The goal is to see if a new item comes into the top 5, for example due to a peak in traffic (non-static top 5).But in Workspace, the 5 items refer to all data of the report suite, not the segment‘s top 5.I know that I can drag-and-drop top 5 from the left (column) but that is not ideal because then they become static…Is there a way to get top 5 (non-static) of my segment?Or is there an existing idea, where I can vote, to get this option?Thank you,Stefanie
