Hello! We have the following setup for a campaign.- User completes a form requesting a license- Admin checks if the user meets the requirements and then uses a form to approves/refuse the applicant. The admins have to enter the applicant's email address in the form and they have asked if there's a way to have the field pre-populated with the applicant's email. The forms are on two different landing pages. Is this possible using Marketo? I imagine there will be some coding involved...Any help will be appreciated. Best, Bogdan 

Hi,I have a problem with transactional message.We have set up a process with API and when we call the event to push the transactional message occurs this error:“RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR:  column r0.scuscity does not existLINE 1: ..., R0.iCusMonth, R0.iCusYear, R0.sCusCity...^HINT:  Perhaps you meant to reference the column "r0.scity".”We had set the same process in stage instance and all worked fine.The problem is that in prod instance we don't have the field cusCity in the profiles custom resource, in stage instance there is this field.I saw in the Event Metadata that there is cusCity but I don't have this field in Profile custom resource.Why there is this dissaligment? How can I solve the issue?ThanksE.

I've set up data elements, global variables and rules in Adobe Launch on a new site. I'm sending it to a test report suite to test tracking before we go live, but I can't get any of the data to go in. We are pulling in all of our data from the pathing/query string parameters in the page url because they didn't set up a data layer. The debugger is detecting Launch and pulling in Page Info, and I've set Adobe beacons on all my rules and published. What else do I need to do to get the data going into reports?

On the page we have authored multiple components, so we need to read the couple of properties which are tags on the page and the components which we authored on the page. I'm trying to automate a few tests with AEM/Hobbes.JS and one of the tasks is to make sure that the color of the texts are correct. For this, I would have to check the value of the "Color" attribute of the CSS that's applied to the text. However, from what I've seen in the documentation, the css classes that Hobbes.js has only check if the DOM attribute has the desired CSS class, not if the values inside the CSS are correct. I've also tried to execute a custom function to reach the CSS through the execFct()  method, but the custom JS code didn't work on it (Even though the code was correct, and worked if I tested it on Chrome's console). Is there any way for Hobbes.js / AEM to check for values inside the page's CSS, or is that not supported?

Our marketing users are noticing that the email editor is a little bit slow in our instance. Namely, adding, deleting, and moving modules around can take 10 seconds or more. This is definitely cumbersome for larger emails. I was wondering if anyone else is facing a lag with the email editor?I will note that our instance is a little sluggish due to the number of trigger campaigns we have running at a time. We are currently working on optimizing that, changing trigger campaigns to bath campaigns where possible, however, since the Email Editor does not use/rely on database activity, I am not confident that optimizing our smart campaigns will speed up the email editor. Does anyone know if optimizing our smart campaigns to "speed up" our instance would "speed up" the Email Editor? 

Hi Community, I have a website that is fully e-commerce. Our users can purchase a monthly subscription online and or if there are technical issues that result in the user not being to complete their order, they are redirected to a lead form. My team is currently tracking these leads as purchases, which is polluting my order and revenue, average order value, etc.  I want to capture to capture the lead reference and be able to match the product the user was looking at when they were directed to a lead. I also want to tie the sale back to the lead reference and product once we have converted the lead to a sale offline. How can I approach this? I want to delete purchase event on leads, as my team is currently doing and only set a purchase event on successful purchases.

Created a content workflow model by referring default workflow model 'Request for activation' and its working fine when tested. But only issue i have observed is that publisher name is not gets reflecting in 'published' column of a page in siteadmin. Its showing publisher name as 'workflow-process-service' instead of actual user name(e.g. workflow-user-approver) who published the page through workflow.Refer the workflow model screen shot below.

How to generate and download a report of the asset tagged under a specif tag category?

Hi,I would like to know how to get a cross over report or traffic for the most important metrics like unique visitor, visits, etc. for a single user who visits two different domains(holds the same MID across both domains).For example, lets assumeA single company owns two sites A & B. There are web properties and visitor cloud id services already implemented for both the sites separately and analytics is tracked separately in individual report suites. Both the sites have mostly the same functionalities and user behaviors.I would like to see the traffic combined for both the sites for a single user. if a user visits siteA and then visits siteB, I would want to track the unique visitor count as 1 since it’s the same user across different domains/sites.I tried using a rollup report combining traffic from both the sites but it combines the unique visitor count for both the site as 2 (1UV+1UV) for a same user.If a single user visits SiteA and also SiteB, I would want to count it as 1 uni

Also I need an effective way of handling the versioning of those XDP files as well the fragments to be used in those forms.So Can I achieve those absolutely without depending on AEM workbench and AEM Designer(same as ALC designer but an upgraded one).?Is there an alternate way to achieve this without those software's.Regards,Sobhan

I'm in bit of a dead end, and what i've read in the documentation here has not helped me much.I'm using the suggester OOTB service to get results, and right now  it's working but it's fetching suggestions from all kinds of different unwanted places.The server on which this AEM instance will run will host multiple projects, so I need to have it suggest stuff only from my project, "content/myProject1".It's currently suggesting from "content/myProject1", "content/myProject2", "content/myProject3" and so on.I've went to oak-index and opened the cq:PageLucene, and I tried the following:added content/myProject1 as an object in multistring queryParamsadded content/myProject1 in queryParams and includedPaths tooadded content/myProject2 in excludedPathsAfter each change I reindexed and tried again. It's easy to trend Previous Page (not Previous Page Flow) in Reports & Analytics.  I use it all of the time to understand traffic changes that occurred to a given page.Is there a way to trend Previous Page in Workspace as well?  From the Flow visualization I can select one path and trend, but I need to see at least the top five previous pages at once over time like in Reports & Analytics.  Also I tried selecting "Try in Workspace" button from the trended version in Reports & Analytics, but it didn't translate the well.

Hi all, I have something rare with some deliveries, for example this delivery : The emails to send is 16, but processed number is 20 and succes is 19, which is completely wrong, after getting inside the delivery log i notice that the number of processed should be 16 and succes should be 15 : But, after i do a recompute of the delivery, using the "recompute all from the elementary tracking logs":the datas come back to normal.my question here is if there is a way to update those datas, using a workflow that get executed automatically everyday for example? The documentation mentions the following:An offer space is not a communication channel, it coincides with a specific exposition location on the channel. The deliveries for outbound won't allow you to select more than 1 Offer Space and therefore the only way to use the offer twice on the same delivery is repeat the script twice. Style system is not visible in component's toolbar for components which are embedded into another component (Component A) using data-sly-resource.  The parent component (Component A) is added as a default component at template level (Editable templates).For the same embedded components style system is visible, if I drag-drop the parent component on the page.Note : The issue exists in we-retail templates and in AEM 6.4 as well.Can anyone help me on this ?
