Hi All,I have been following Adobe Experience Manager Help | Reading Adobe Experience Manager OSGi Configuration Values  for reading properties in my code.When i runt he sample provided it runs fine and gives correct output but when i integrate the same nodes and classes in my project, my service doesn't get registered on activation of bundle.Since this sample uses the deprecated felix annotations i tried modifying it to current standards , now my service is registers but the activate method is never called.I also saw one acs sample code on github SampleOsgiR6AnnotationsImpl.java but unable to understands if it is related to my requirement, since i dont see any connection with osgiConfig node.What i need is able to read properties based on different run modes in my java file on bundle activation.Can anyone please suggest for the same.

Hi,We are using the Adobe campaign classic hybrid instance of the 8978 version.We are unable to see the Monitoring logs under the Home tab. When I click on web@default, I see the following message.In the Command Prompt, I used "nlserver monitor -missing" to check all missing process. One of which was "syslog" . Next, I used the command to start the syslog - "nlserver start <MODULE>@<INSTANCE> -verbose" which gives the following error: Only one usage of each socket address is normally permitted.The error seems like there is a conflict with the socket address. I couldn't find anything within the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Neolane\NL_6\TRACE_ADDR.Any idea how we could resolve this error? Thanks,Ishani

Hi,I am new to forms and need help. Was creating some new form copying some existing forms. However, the rule editor is not working sometime.Its stuck with message "Getting rules..", its not showing editor after hours also. However, when I create new form from start its working fine.I am using service Pack 6.4.3 and AEM 6.4.

We are trying to upgrade from AEM 6.2 to AEM 6.5 for our platform, does anyone have API comparison list between 6.2 to 6.5.

Hi everyone!We're in process of upgrading environments as well as code base to support AEM 6.5. When I install our project's bundles which use uber-jar 6.5.0 (either apis or apis-with-deprecations type) to a clean AEM 6.5 instance somehow authoring UI of SPA pages appears to be broken: I cannot change edit mode while on a page and Content Finder control is hidden. However all the bundles are in active state, I see no errors in error.log as well as browser's console. Nevertheless, if I'd change uber-jar back to 6.4.3 everything works fine. Could anyone give me a hint on that?Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone!Just wondered if anyone has had the situation as follows and what can be done to fix it:Data layer updates with new valueLooking in the console shows that the new value is there in the Adobe objectHowever, checking the image request in the network panel (in IE11 developer tools) shows that the values for certain eVars and props haven't been sent back to AnalyticsWe're getting through a bunch of unspecified values in our reporting and it looks like it's related to Microsoft browsers so wondered if there's any known issue or extra development work required to remedy this situation.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As per site https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/forum/reporting/how-sitecatalyst-calculate-total-time-spent-onAverage Time Spent on Site = Total Time Spent/ (Visits - Single Page Visits), Can I apply similar logic for Time spent on Page calulation as below? Average Time Spent on Page = Total Time Spent/ (Page Views - Single Page Visits) Can Single Page Visits be obtained from SiteCatalyst directly or can I use the formula below?Single Page Visits = Bounce Rate * Page ViewsPlease advise whether this approach is correct to Calculate Time Spent on Page or if there are some other way of doing so then please share.Thanks,Aditya Tarun

We have a sandbox where some elements of the Experience Cloud are managed by adobe but we are struggling to get real time data from Adobe Analytics into Audience Manager. We have server side forwarding enabled and we are using Adobe Launch. Data is flowing into AAM but it is not real time. The latest data is always 2 days old so the real time report is always blank. Could this be something to do with the Adobe configuration or could you point me to a specific document that may help. I have trawled though many documents but can not find anything that will help.

In our Adobe Launch rules I often use the innerText on elements such as buttons. Although our website is UK only, we frequently get customers accessing our website from abroad and translating the page. My innerText is therefore sent to Adobe Analytics in a variety of languages. I wondered if anybody had found a good way round this?There are obviously a few options like a lookup table...but none that seem particularly easy.Any ideas?

Hello,We have migrated to the Adobe Experience cloud recently. Now, whenever I am trying to login to Adobe Analytics using the https://marketing.adobe.com/ or http://experiencecloud.adobe.com/,I am unable to log in. It takes me to the URL Adobe Analytics Login where an error is shown telling Could not find Analytics account for the company that is linked with this experience cloud account. And when I click on the link to take me to log in to Experience cloud, it just keeps refreshing automatically but never logs in. This issue is being faced by a few of my other colleagues too. Can you let me know what the issue is and what is the solution so that I can log in to Adobe Analytics as before?Thank you.Regards,Harini S

I want to deploy various plugins such as:getTimeParting,getDaysSinceLastVisit,getLoadTime,getPercentPageViewed in Adobe Launch.I am adding this in Configure Tracker Using Custom Code in Adobe Launch inside /* Plugin Config */s.usePlugins=trues.doPlugins=function(s) {    /* Add calls to plugins here */}But it is stopping normal Event based rule and Page load rule to send Adobe Analytics Beacon call. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Can someone explain how to custom configure launch to capture downloaded brochures?  I would like to track what they downloaded (evars, events and possibly props)  Pictures are welcome.  BTW, Adobe Analytics is capturing the downloads, but I want to add them to custom events/vars

On AEM 6.4.0, following the document to setup Asset Link , we did the followingUnder "Apache Jackrabbit Oak External PrincipalConfiguration" DISABLE "External Identity Protection" (attached screenshot)Make some changes to User propertiesEnable "External Identity Protection"After enabling, AEM is down and shows error as:HTTP ERROR: 503Problem accessing /. Reason:AuthenticationSupport service missing. Cannot authenticate request.Did we miss anything? Is this a known issue? Should we try to manually restart AEM?Appreciate any help.

Hello,I have a webpage, abcd.com which has a form asking users to sign up. I want to know how many people ended up filling out the form through this webpage: There are two ways I tried to do this:1.Fill out form is Any (since there is only one form on this webpage)Referrer constraint is abcd.com2.Fill out form is Any (since there is only one form on this webpage)Webpage constraint is abcd.comI get different results using either of the smartlist. Could someone help me understand how adding a referrer constraint is different than webpage on which the form is published?I used Referrer because when I click on Activity logs on some other form fill outs, I see Referrer being captured as a form element which was usually the webpage on which the form existed

We have Adobe Campaign 7.0 with LDAP authentication.After I login, When I click on the url and also in the Preview of Subscription and Unsubscribe in Web Application, I get the errorXSV-350012 Invalid login or password. In AEM 6.3, we are doing AEM- LDAP integration. While searching I have found “Adobe Granite SAML 2.0 Authentication Handler” which we can use for LDAP integration. Also, we have three other LDAP osgi services to connect to LDAP [“Apache Jackrabbit Oak LdapIdentityProvider”, “Apache jackrabbit oak DefaultSyncHandler” and “Apache jackrabbit oak External Login Module”]. So, I have two questions -1. I am trying to understand which one to use? Should I use SAM2.0 Authentication Handler or the LDAP services? 2. Also, once we define the OSGi configuration, where is the handshake mechanism between AEM and ldap which picks the credentials from the form and validates against ldap. Any pointers will be highly appreciated.
