Hi - Is there a way to apply a segment to clickstream data?  I couldn't find that option - and was wondering if it's a hidden feature that's not as easy to spot? Also, to that - is there any way to change the naming convention of the clickstream data file?  It seems to default to the report suite name. Thanks in advance!

Hi Team,We have done integration with AEM and Adobe Target (dtm with at.js) on local server. Required cloud configurations are set up on Page properties for DTM and Adobe Target.We could see that experiences are coming in the response of mboxes. But those mbox responses are not being rendered for some reason in preview mode or with ?wcmmode=disabled.Also getting below warning in console log - AT: [applyOffer()] mbox option is requiredNot sure what I need to do to enable that rendering of responses. Any help is highly appreciated.

Hello support team,I am creating a support ticket for an issue I am facing but it is automatically showing up under closed cases. The issue I am facing is I do not have the option to create workspaces and Partitions in my instance. I am the Admin for my instance and we need to create a new workspace and lead partition for one of our business units.I have created 2 cases for the same, but as soon as I create a case and click on submit, it is automatically showing up under closed cases. Additionally it is automatically changing the Priority level for the case. Below are the snapshot of the cases I created. Shouldn't the cases be showing under open cases till they are resolved, or even addressed?I do not have access to the support space, hence posting this here. This column needs to be of type NCLOB in Oracle DB since it could be more than 2000 chars in the listDefinition. It appears that activity map does not work very well across report suite - clicking a link on a page in one report suite does not fire that activity map link data on the next page load, which is in a second report suite.Is this configurable in any way for tracking across report suites in the same account?Thank you!

We are trying to set up a very complex triggered program from a SurveyMonkey survey. There are about 18 different emails a respondent could receive after completing the survey based upon how they answered. I have all of this set up but then realized it's nearly impossible to test because my record will have all of the answers stored in my record history. This will set off multiple triggers and the goal is that a respondent would only receive one. I know there are some workarounds like adding an activity date to the filters and using multiple emails. But given how detailed these programs are, I was wondering if there is anyway to simply clear a record's SurveyMonkey data? This would allow us to test this much easier. Or are any other ideas that anyone has that I may not be thinking of? Thank you!

Hi,I was wondering if there is a clever way to mark a question containing checkbox questions (more than 1 answer possible) mandatory that at least 1 checkbox is ticked.In the example: I can define an error message for Container 6 if no checkbox out of those three are ticked. I know I can make each single checkbox mandatory, but that's not the point and would be detrimental in my survey case. Thanks!

As the editable templates are introduced( but seems little confusing since it comes to just drag and drop for me), I am more versed to static templates since I am an HTML developer also. My question is which should be  actually used from version 6.3 onward and which one is recommended by Adobe also? I would require some detailed explanations on using the OOTB components in an editable page with parsys in action which will be very helpful. I've been looking around at various threads on the community and seems there are 2 main ways people are building Marketo programs for digital UTM tracking - either using "Fills Out Form" with a "Referrer" constraint OR using UTM values as fields. For example, if you want to track Paid Social through LinkedIn. We are currently using the latter - so we have the standard UTM hidden fields on our forms and we're using them as filter constraints like this:Wondering if that's the best method, or if using Fills Out Form with a Referrer constraint is better, so something like this instead where the UTM query string is specified in the Referrer.Pros/Cons to each method?

Hi All, As we know, how AEM has edit bar for components in classic UI mode, do AEM 6.3 have any edit bars for touch UI mode, instead having the floating dialog. Issue is web-pages which are having more than 10 components on page, it is hard to differentiate from one component to other until unless we do mouse hover on the components. If there is no edit bars available for touch UI, any other solution which can be implemented, which will help business authors to differentiate component in the page in edit mode(touch-ui). Hi,I have a Adobe Campaign instance configure where the tracking server and AC are running in the same Machine.The redirection of the links works and also the /r/test call.But the /log folder is not being created under redir and even I run the tracking workflow or run "nlserver tracking -instance:MYinstanceName -download -update" directly on the server none tracking record is being created.I checked the webmdl.log and didn't find any issue.And need some help, I'm quite blocked.The version of AC is V7 build 8857Thanks!

Hello,I would like to know if someone has already tried to put a Adobe Analytics in a third party Payment platform.To give some more context : We believe we are loosing Purchases in the last step of our buypath since some users decide to use a 3rd party payment, and after paying they do'nt come back to the confirmation page that issues the Purchase Event.Please, comment on this, Is it possible to add a single simple tag on a third a party payment site - without having to use a TMS for exemple ?Right now I'm not even sure we can send the adobe Tag without a TMS - and I'm pretty sure that the secure platform won't allow us to add a TMS in there.Cheers,Mario

Hi all,I have a conundrum that I hope you guys can help with.We have demographic score rest as discussed on this page:marketingrockstarguides.com/demographic-rescoring-marketo-2726/We have an AQL threshold of 100 points with 40 made up of Demo and 60 made up of Behaviour.We've noticed that some of our Leads are re-AQLing when their Demo score gets re-calculated due to a change in one of their Demo fields.Let me give you an example:1) We have a lead with a PErson Score of 120 points, 40 of which is demo and the other 80 is Behaviour2) One of the Demo field values changes, so he is pulled into our Demo re-calculation programme3) This programme, sets the person score to be the Behaviour score, so that it can then gradually add the necessary Demo scores back up.4) By doing this, the Lead drops to below the AQL threshold, as it is now at 80 points5) As the programme adds the demo score back, the person goes back over the AQL threshold of 100 points, thus triggering notifications to Sales of
