Hi, I am doing a generic link tracking across my website and tracking it as follows on click of that link,s.clearVars() var linkName; s.linkTrackVars = 'prop1,eVar1,events';s.linkTrackEvents = 'event1';s.events = 'event1';linkName = "linkclick";s.prop1 = s.eVar1 = s.pageName+":"+linkName;When I check under the Console->Network tab, it shows the image request is getting cancelled followed by a subsequent image request firing. Although the beacon is firing, the data is not getting mapped to the eVar or the prop or the events. This in turn is resulting in report data showing up empty. Please do help!

I have a form with a hidden field country, and it is pre-filled with "Taiwan"However, all leads filled out the form got a country value "China".The only reason I can think of is the form locale setting. It only allows me to choose from "china" or "Chinese" when language is Chinese.Is this the reason for the form to perform this way?

Hi,I want to add a classification parameter to my data source in Power BI. Currently I employ the default Adobe Connector. But the classification is not available. I know that to upgrade to AEM 6.4 or 6.5 you need to do a lot of restructuring to get things out of /etc. Does AEM 6.3 support those restructuring changes? As in, if, on my custom code, I start making the restructuring changes needed for 6.4/6.5, moving things around and changing the references in code, but still run 6.3, will things keep working or will things start breaking?

When does Marketo dedupe contacts? Whenever it is queueing to send them an email? I have an email campaign and my smart list is set up to pull in contacts from two separate lists in my lead database. There may be some overlap between the two lists. When I send the email from this campaign, will it dedupe those contacts or not?Thanks!

Hi,One of our clients is showing iframe of other contents of the site if users hover over certain sections. As a result of this, the iframe is causing sencondary page load calls on top of the primary call for the page on which the iframe is hosted.I want to suppress this call. We are using DTM. Hi all, I am aware that AEM is capable of playing videos, If I want to use AEM to show a house to a buyer, if he clicks left button, system should take him to show left side inside a room. If he clicks right button, system should take him right side inside the room. Is it possible to create such an interactive experience using AEM DAM? Hello,this is my first time using the "External Signal" in Adobe Campaign Classic and I am completely lost...My goal is to get a signal from an external database as soon as the loading process for the tables is finished. This signal triggers an import workflow in Adobe Campaign. I know how to refer to a workflow within Campaign but how can I catch the signal of an external event?I found sth like this PostEvent(sessionToken, workflowId, activity, transition, parameters, complete) but I am not sure which parameter needs what info or if it is even the right code...Some hints would be really appreciated!Bella

I have imported the file from Browser export, then updated the content & I am trying to upload the file using the Browser import. But I am always seeing file size is too big use FTP import. The file size is 4.73MB.  Is it really too big ? Please let me know the acceptable file size limit for Browser import.

Hello, I have a segment that has been building for many months and as of today it has a total segment population exceeding 55.5 million (App ID does not Exist). Combine this segment with AND Web Orders Exist the population, as one would expect, drops to 1.9 million. My question is, what is the fastest way to combine these two segments (with an OR) to activate on as soon as possible? Should I combine the traits into a segment through AMM or build it in AA and share it or does it not even matter?When I look at App ID does not Exist in Analytics it only shows 2.5 million uniques for the past 90 days so there' s a significant population from months past (TTL is set to never expire). Hi,I'm trying to load data from a file to profiles with extended attributes. When I try to send an empty value in a text column i'm getting Unauthorized empty column error.Please find the configurations I did below1. Data type: text(100)2. Empty value management: Generate Error3. Error processing: Use a Default value - 9994. Value Mapping: Source - 0, Destination - 999 By using this configuration, Ideally the value should get mapped with a default value which is not happening in my case.Please let me know if my configuration is incorrect.

Hi,Based on the documentation, Launch doesn't support IE10 and below in case of the client-side libraries.For various reasons, we have some pages that are running in IE7 and IE8 compatibility mode. It means that even if a user opens a page like that in the latest version of IE, the browser will act like IE7 or IE8. Therefore, Launch won't work on these pages.What options do we have if we want to continue to support these pages and collect analytics data on them? (considering that DTM will go away soon)Thanks

I have a website that has been built in Angular. As there is no full round trip between page loads, using performance.timing metrics is unreliable. performance.timing.loadEventEnd for page 1 and page 2 will remain the same as only content is refreshed.If I were to use performance.timing.loadEventEnd - performance.timing.navigationStart as a metric, it would be grossly inaccurate number for page 2 as only page 1 would have full round trip.If performance.timing events are unreliable, what data can I pull from Angular and should this be passed as a dataLayer object to read in Adobe Launch?Thanks.

Hi All,I have created a component which has a list value being returned from Java. Everytime I author the component the value obtained in the html is null. In the logs it gives a null pointer exception. The values in these fields are coming from tagging in AEM. How do I place a null check condition in the component? Our current deploy to Production takes around 3 hours, I would like to get some feedback on how we can improve this to reduce it to less than 1 hour.We have 16 AEM publish instances in 2 data centers.  We install AEM packages using http requests.  We use Akamai to cache the static pages.  Here are the steps to our deploymentRoute all traffic to DC1 (data center 1).Deploy AEM packages to publish instances (8).  Deployment is done all at once.  We have multiple code packages.Restart all AEM publish instances.Clear dispatcher cache.Testing is done.Bring up AEM publish instances in DC2 and route all traffic to DC2.Repeat Step 2 - 5.Bring up DC1.Clear Akamai cache.Some challenges we run intoSome of the AEM instances are unresponsive sometimes and we have to restart them.Some of the packages does not get installed.  AEM is still using the older version.QuestionsSince AEM restart the bundles after each package install, we thought of combining all of the code packages into 1 large package.  An

Hi Adobe Team,We have a need to pass the parent page URL as a custom query param in our URL destination. Our URL destination is fired from within the iframe dest5.html that is injected by Adobe on the parent page. We have tried capturing the referrer URL on server side but for all the requests received on server side for URL destination it logs referrer as dest5.html since URL destination is fired from dest5.html.
