I have been trying to use Adobe Out-of-the-Box metrics for Analytics. One of them is 'Mobile Carrier' that helps to identify visitors profile using mobile devices to visit the site. However, when used it the dataset showed breakdown that consists of 'None' segment in it. Wondering what this 'none' segment is representing since it shows a significant number of viaitors in it.Would appriciate if someone can explain how the 'Mobile Carrier' works?Thanks.

I am creating a webinar, and am currently adding smart campaigns to send emails when someone registers, attends, misses, etc. When I go to set up the flow in the smart campaign, drag over "send email," I then can't find my email in the drop down. All of my emails are created in the event, yet their names are not populating. Has anyone had this issue or know how to resolve?

Hi all, I'm having a CSV file that is full with URLs and some parameters, i want to Crypt those parameters using the function encryptDES and then export that file but with crypted parameters. My question here is if there is a way using workflows to take datas from CSV file and crypt them then export the datas crypted to a new CSV file ? or if there is other way to do the same thing without workflowThanks.

Hello community!!I have created an email program that is compossed by two assets. Two emails. One of them is a test, therefore I want to have it deleted, but I do not want to delete the whole program as there is an email that I want to still keep. I know that the asset is "used by" the email program, and when I go to the "used by" in the email program, it says, "Not used". As I've said, I do not want to delete the program, just one of the assets.

Hi All,Is there any way to drag and drop an image as a thumnail for a page in page properties in 6.3.Recently i migrated my application from 6.1 to 6.3.we had this functionality in 6.1 but now we have only option to upload a thumnail but we cant use any asset from dam for thumbnails.Any idea?? I recently created an email bounce management program and I want to make sure the soft bounce emails are being categorized the right way. In order to set the program up, I need to know what the Marketo soft bounce email re-attempted delivery protocol is.Essentially, I want to know how many times a soft bounced email attempts redelivery, and over what time frame this occurs. I've seen a few different answers for this question, but have been unable to find anything in the official Marketo Docs.Any help is much appreciated!
