I'm wanting to add an IP Address filter for Facebook Bot traffic (when creating ads they hit each URL to ensure it's active) but have not been able to find a definitive list, just a string to see the "most current subset". Anyone out there happen to have the static range of IP address?TIA-CHill

I'm trying to incorporate Target into my clients emails and we're creating a campaign in Adobe Campaign Classic that serves up 3 different creatives based on the time. Creative A will be show leading up to the event, Creative B will be shown on the date of the event and Creative C will be shown after the event.How can we fully QA all the versions of the email prior to going live? I'd like to be able to verify that all versions of the email are displaying and functioning properly. Any tips or leads on how to do this would be most appreciated. Thank you,Martin

Hi Team,As I have three Instances for aem one is author , publish and development, For this I have created three folders like config.author, config.publish and config.development and created three sling:osgiConfig node with the same name but multiple copies in each of the folder,And now with the help of data-sly-use  I am able to use the node properties.But the problem here is in data-sly-use i Have to give the complete path of the node which included config.author and so.I have diff configuration for diff env for which i have to change the path in every env.Please let me know how to use relative path and value of those propeties in my HTML.Thanks

I need to export the primary key (broadlogid) from the broadLogRtEvent schema for a daily log file extract. In the Extract file activity there's no option to export the primary key (see attached image).Adobe's online documentation states "It is not possible to export unique identifiers (primary keys) of log resources." However, there must be a way around this using a different approach.Does anyone have any ideas on how to export the primary key from an Adobe out-of-the-box schema?Thank you,John

Good morning,I have a technical question around best practice with building segments.I have an offline trait from my data warehouse, for customer’s product holding and 3 other traits for lifecycle. I want to segment the customers with product ‘A’, into 4 product lifecycles. Early life, in life, recontracting window and out of contract.For early life, recontracting window and out of contract I have made positive inclusions, however for in life I have removed all the other options i.e. ‘AND NOT’ for early life, recontracting window and out of contract. (Negative inclusion)My assumption is that Product A has 10m devices, if I remove 3 options, say totalling 4m, then I’ll be left with 6m. This does not seem to be the case as I’m seeing good volume in all other segments apart from in life.The acid question is – do you always need to make positive inclusions rather than assumed inclusion by removing all other options? (i.e. does it handle remainders?) Many thanks,Pete

HelloI need to add a custom field to the tags on my project. I haven't found documentation on how to do that. I found that the dialog for the tags is here:/libs/cq/tagging/gui/content/tags/tagedit, I successfully added a new field there but it is not being persisted, I found the js code that sends the request to persist the data in tagedit.js, the data seems ok, but after an ajax call I lost track on where the actual save is being performed.Any help would be appreciated. To summarize the question, besides shadowing /libs/cq/tagging/gui/content/tags/tagedit and adding the field I need there, what do I need to do for the data to persist correctly?

HI,What could be the reason for having a difference between first launches metric Vs (Unique Visitors segmented by visit number =1) and  time dimension at a day level. In theory it should be same or closer. however I am seeing a big difference (almost 80% more unique visitors than first launches)Varun.

Afternoon AEM Team,We have a real head scratcher here. Our UAT environment is growing in size at a phenomenal rate. It grew 13GB just today while sitting idle (although it did do a re-index after TAR compaction). It added 52 TAR files to the segment store in just one day!We did a TAR compaction which only saved maybe 8% of disk space.We have a total of over 1800 TAR files  and the segment store is 151GB.When using the Disk Usage utility (/etc/reports/diskusage.html) AEM only reports its size as only 70GB.I guess my question is, what next? it's out memory so barely responsive and we need a steer on things to try in order to understand what is happening.

Hi All,There are certain PDF's being indexed by Search and Promote that do not have title in PDF properties set.So by default Search and Promote takes PDF file name as PDF title.Is there way to override PDF title with some custom metadata property in AEM and have search and promote use same or using index connector with feed having title and pdf url mapping to override search results.One way found is to use metadata injection and update title specifically for all PDF's before crawling begins.Any suggestions will help.

Hi,I have a query, and then a split activity to split based on the trigger segment locale. Now I need to count of records in each of these split subsets stored in a separate targetData variable. How can I achieve that?Tried adding an enrichment activity in each of the split subsets to try and get the count of primary key (or countAll). But throws an error not a single-group group function.Tried checking the "GroupBy" and also Group data by targeting dimension element in advanced properties. Then getting an error groupBy function is not allowed here.Any help is highly appreciated.Thanks,Vignesh

Hi Everyone There's website divided by PC & Mobile version created separately through AEM -PC version has the major domain as: example.com.cn-Mobile version has the sub domain as: example.com.cn/mobile -Both version share the same structure and content If need to implement Adobe Analytics through launch for both site, while creating the web property, is the example.com.cn domain enough or need to use other method to implement mobile verision separately since sub-domain is not supported?Thanks!

When we download an archive to do a manual deployment, the pair of files in the root directory are also duplicated in two sub-folders, the PR subfolder and the BL subfolder.Why is this the case?

Hi Community,Want to share resolution of an issue I was facing with AEM 6.3 regarding wrong bundle binding causing components not working as expected. Problem - Component configuration bound to launchpad:resources/install/0/org.apache.sling.scripting.core-2.0.44.jar where as per AEM 6.3 it should be unbound. Due to this wrong binding component doesn't get activated with correct OSGI config. Cause - In our application code which is running fine on AEM 6.1, we were using Configuration conf = sling.getService(org.osgi.service.cm.ConfigurationAdmin.class).getConfiguration(configName);Whenever a page was loading, the above code is being executed. Above line return Configuration object which has bundle location set to some default valuelaunchpad:resources/install/0/org.apache.sling.scripting.core-2.0.44.jarFix- Set the bundle location to null in the code as follows. Hi team!My name is Marina, I’m working in Dentsu Aegis Russia, and some of the clients that my team leads use Adobe Analytics installed on the website.I’m not sure if I name it correct but here in Russia we call it “dynamic parameters”, we’re familiar with the usage of them in Google Analytics and we need to figure out if it’s possible to do the same with AA.What we need: We have campaigns where lots of different creatives are being tested, and in order to be able to measure the effectiveness of each of them we need to see the analytics among them. Hi Adobe Experts,I have integrated ACPCore and ACPAnalytics in my project (libACPCore_iOS.a, libACPIdentity_iOS.a, libACPAnalytics_iOS.a, etc). I find there's an exception in the console:-[Reachability reachabilityStatus]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x6000016aef40Our project also calls Reachability api. And we are using version #3.2. I don't see a class method named 'reachabilityStatus' in its code.Now when my code wants to call ACPCore.trackPage() or ACPCore.trackAction(). It throws exceptions (the app can still run). But I am afraid the request was not sent successfully. In the log, it shows:Analytics Request Queued (ndh=1&cid.&AVID.&as=0&id=2E5BEECE85030EC5-60001185C00005BF&.AVID&.cid&c.&a.&AppID=...Does that mean the request was not sent? I have been asked by my boss if we should be sending emails from a different domain than our main website.  He wanted to know if this would help avoid issues with Google and our website domain reputation.  Not that we have a problem with it, he just doesn't want it to become an issue. He has noticed that reputable companies use email domains such as:  websitenameemail.com.   So it's our domain+the word 'email'.   I would think to do this and if we have landing pages that are on our regular domain, but our from email is a different domain it could look spammy by email filters. We are new to Marketo, so I appreciate anyone's insight into this.   Considerations, best practices, etc.
