Hello!I've an issue that is impacting our wkfs: we noticed that some delivery activities are running for serveral minutes before being sent to customers. The delivery templates are email templates with barely any personalisation (first name and some other basic personalisation). Here can you see a delivery with 800 customers that took 6 min to process. How can I see what's causing this? Is there a way to see the logs of a delivery in a wkf? When checking under "Journal" I don't get any additional info:In the delivery logs I cannot see anything strange either. It takes 1 min and not 6 min as in the wkf.Start of logs:End of logs: How can I troubleshoot and see what's causing this slowness?

HelloI would like to understand what all file formats does DM supports. I understand that DM is primarily for delivering media files like images, videos, audio etc. But can we use DM to deliver files like docx, xlx, ppt, pdf etc which are uploaded to AEM and synced with DM. Does that make any sense doing so?Thanks

Confirming, when configuring SMS there is only one message you can create under one configuration. Meaning, if I had 3 Keywords (STOP, LOOK, LISTEN) I can't create 3 separate Messages that correspond to each keyword. Anytime one of the keywords is submitted under the Short Code the same message will appear.  Please advise 

We have nurture email campaigns that we drop batches of data in to and, whilst we have an internal calendar of when campaign emails are scheduled to send, our sales team were asking if they can get a copy of the email or an alert that an email has gone. Issue we have is we only allow someone to run through a campaign once to prevent us re-contacting someone so can't just drop their email in the list, but when I tried sending an alert after the 'send email' flow step it obviously sends an alert for every contact that was dropped in, so they potentially get hundreds of alerts each time. Is there a way to limit it so it only sends one alert or that we can include their email in each run without allowing other contacts through more than once?

How to track different device types ( tab, desktop, mobile) in Adobe analytics for a setup if not using a web sdk setup.I am using data collection to implement the setup. 

I have been using Adobe workspace PDF scheduled reports for a long time. Yesterday, I started noticing that my workspaces which are scheduled to be sent to multiple users by email at an hourly cadence are being sent as usual by Adobe, but Adobe has stopped attaching the PDF of the Workspace. So, essentially there is no report attached to the scheduled email. I have tried to cancel the existing schedule and add a new schedule multiple times, but it isn't helping. Is this is known issue? And, is there a solution?

I see there is a native conector in AEP/CDP to Campaign, so you can send audiences to Campaign.However, I also encountered this doc where it says that you can query a segment and export that to Amazon S3 , from where Campaign can import that with a Import Workflow.So, do we need an Amazon S3 bucket or is the native conector enough?

HelloCan anyone with experience of SMS execution in Marketo help me please.We have had SMS capability built into our Marketo.This is the flow:Call webhook: Get 0Auth Token ( this gives the data to the third party between Marketo and the SMS sending platform)Wait 5 secondsCall webhook:  send SMSWe are having issues with the 0auth token running out before the SMS’s can send. The 0auth token only stays open for 900 seconds.But how many SMSs that are sent each time varies, I can see this is sometimes due to other processing happening in Marketo as it looks like webhooks are the lowest priority.Is this expected behavior? Hi, I created a sample AEM Forms project using archetype 54 and core components dependency. I am submitting form data to locally deployed servlet using 'Submit to Rest Endpoint' option.The form submission is failing with internal server error and I can see the exception like below in the log(I added separate logger for 'com.adobe' and 'org.sling'). Is it possible:- to write output to custom dataset? In UI available in only system dataset - in API dos I see that it might be custom - activate that dataset to cloud destination? Would like to confirm 😄 - is it possible to somehow schedule it to run it repeatably? 

Hi,I’m running AEM locally on my machine and I often need to upload a large number of assets (images, PDFs, etc.) into the DAM. Is there a recommended way to bulk-upload assets into local AEM? I know I can drag-and-drop in the Assets UI, but that isn’t practical for hundreds/thousands of files. Appreciate your help!

Hello! I have an interesting request to capture all tasks that were closed over the weekend, specifically between Friday at 6 pm ET and Monday at 8 am ET. I think I can find a way to do this using Fusion, but I wanted to check if anyone here had an idea for creating a report in Workfront to capture this. 

I want to see how many visitors were on a specific page between 10-10:30. In reporting,  I've filtered the time frame to look between 10-10:30 on a specific page. 1) If a user came at 9:50 and stayed idle on that page, will they be included in the total unique visitors between 10-10:30 in reporting? 2) If user came at 9:50 to the page and clicked on a CTA at 10:05, ill they be included in the total unique visitors between 10-10:30 in reporting?

Over the past two weeks, I’ve been encountering a recurring issue when editing dashboards in Adobe Analytics. After making changes, I receive the following error message: "Unable to save your project at this time. You may want to refresh your page and try again."Unfortunately, refreshing the page or closing and reopening the browser does not resolve the issue. The only workaround I've found is restarting my device entirely, though this isn’t a consistent fix either—sometimes the dashboard will save successfully without issue, seemingly at random.Has anyone else experienced this? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,We are looking into using content fragments together with AJO. We found a lot of documentation including a step by step of how to do this in the community here. The content fragment seems to be a reference, since it can also be edited directly from AJO but the documentation states that it is imported here.My question is : is it imported or a reference to the AEM platform ? If it is a reference, does each call to a content fragment count as a content request on the AEM sites licence ?If it is imported, how is the update managed ?Thanks in advance !

Hello Community, In our AEM setup, assets are synchronized with Dynamic Media upon activation. On the Author instance, the dam:scene7FileStatus attribute is updated to PublishComplete after activation. However, on the Publisher instance, this attribute remains as PublishIncomplete, which makes it unreliable for confirming whether the asset was successfully published to Dynamic Media. Given this scenario, what is the correct approach to determine on the Publisher instance that an asset has been successfully published to Dynamic Media and that its Dynamic Media URL can be safely used? Are there alternative attributes, APIs, or workflows that can help verify this status on the Publisher side? Regards,Rustam

I have had a SPA website running for the last 4 years. Recently, I encountered an issue where the homepage—or any page with child pages—turns blank. After debugging, I found that the SPA's out-of-the-box model.json does not fetch the responsive_grid nodes or the components inside them.To investigate, I copied the homepage and made it independent (i.e., with no child pages), and then tested the model.json response. In this case, it provided the expected output, including both locked and unlocked components.
