Hi, is there any issue when using in-app in journeys? I've created In-app in campaigns and seems ok but I'm facing some issues (in-pp not being displayed) for in-apps in journeys.thanks.

I'm currently in the process of integrating a web channel into our AJO implementation. Following the guidelines outlined in the 'Web Channel Prerequisites' documentation, I have successfully configured the web SDK. To test this setup, I've been utilizing Adobe's provided Luma enablement site and injecting tag scripts using a debugger. I've accomplished creating an audience using the edge segment evaluation method, and I can confirm that data is flowing from the website into the AEP datasets, with profiles being successfully added to this audience. However, when I attempt to use this audience in a web campaign with the debugger enabled for the site, I'm not observing the expected changes on the website page as specified in the web campaign configuration. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter and any insights you may have regarding any steps or details I might be overlooking ThanksSankar

I created two schemas: Customer (XDM Individual Profile) with an attribute called Booking ID (Non-Person Identity Name Space) and Booking (using a Custom Class also named Booking) with the Booking ID (Non-Person Identity Name Space) as the primary identity. I also established a one-to-one relationship between the Customer (Source Schema) and the Booking (Destination Schema) based on Booking ID. Created Datasets and enabled profiles. After ingesting the data into the datasets, I was able to view the profile, but no Destination Schema Attributes were visible. My reference was Define a Relationship Between Two Schemas Using the Schema Editor | Adobe Experience Platform So far, I have been able to create an audience using the Destination Schema Attributes, but I need to utilize them in Personalization. In another post, I'm trying to use dataset Lookup: Personalization error when using datasetLookup in ... - Adobe Experience League Community - 778968

Using global validation rules to block the free consumer email domains using the list marketo provides but how does it identify whether the email matches as there isnt a default field for email domain. Is it email "contains"? example with 123.com being personalAlex@123.com - BLOCKEDAlex@realcompany123.com - BLOCKEDOr is it "email domain is"Alex@123.com - BLOCKEDAlex@realcompany123.com - APPROVEDor is it "Email ends with"Alex@123.com - BLOCKEDAlex@realcompany123.com - BLOCKEDDoes anyone know how Marketo matches this? as I dont want to block honest company email domains by telling them Marketo thinks they are personal domains.

Hi. I am having a problem with arrays in profile attributes and need guidance.I am performing a proof of concept of arrays on profile attributes applying mapping functions. I have an XDM Individual Profile schema that, among its fields, there is an array of strings. In the same way, I have a dataset based on that schema.I am using the Local File Upload source to upload CSV files.  Hi all, I'm trying to use a Filter Expression as a Journey Condition in Adobe Journey Optimizer. I want to compare now() (or nowWithDelta()) with a profile date field, like this (anonymized paths):  now() < #{ProfileGroup.profile.campaign.expiry_date} But I get the error: The expression is invalid: The expression has not a valid structure Observations:now() returns dateTime and the profile field is date.Using toDateOnly(now()) or toDateTime(toString(...)) also fails.Helper functions like toDateOnly() appear in the editor but are not highlighted in this context.Other users seem to be able to use similar expressions in journey conditions.Question:Is there a supported way to compare now() or nowWithDelta() with a date profile field directly in a Journey Condition Filter Expression without creating a calculated attribute or modifying the schema?CC: @mohan_dugganab @satheeskannak

Hello, is there a way to limit a freeform table such that only the first 10 (or 25, or 50--basically, any number you define) shows? I'm not talking about clicking on the number that controls the number of rows shown. Is there any sort of filter I can create such that *only* the top 10 ranked results of a given dimension are displayed? And no...I do not want to manually filter the top items I'd like to display since this dimension changes a lot from day-to-day. I ask because I want to create a horizontal bar chart where the metrics for the Top 10 are listed in descending order. But when I sort the metric by highest to lowest, it returns the last item (the table has 150K+ rows). The first screenshot shows what I want to include in the bar chart, but in descending order. The second screenshot show what happens when I sort by descending order.

Hello,I'm currently working on an analysis on Cart Abandonment rates and I'm trying to isolate Cart IDs which match the following conditions:The cart (represented by the Cart ID) is comprised of only a single item, andthe item = a specific value (in this case, Product SKU = Professional Membership)The goal is to see compare abandonment rates of carts with multiple items versus those with a just a single item, Professional Membership. The following screenshot shows Cart ID broken down by Product SKU. I'm trying to capture ONLY instances of where the Cart ID returns a single row. Any ideas on how I can achieve this? 

The journey is triggered by a custom unitary event, the idea is to limit the volume of profiles to receive specific communications. Therefore, I want to place a profile cap condition (or a percentage split) to separate the profiles and make them advance to the correct email comm. However, I see in the documentation that to be able to test this conditions the only way to do it is with at least 1000 profiles... Note: I've tested using profile cap = 1 as condition to move to alternative path when reaching the limit but the behaviour has been nothing but accurate (works sometimes but not always).1. Is this accurate or I'm missunderstanding something here?2. How would you test the described scenario? Appreciate any help on your end. CC: @Mayank_Gandhi @SatheeskannaK

If I set the dev pipeline to run on "git changes" and I made 3 changes (3 merged requests) to the branch in a 3 minute interval. Is the dev pipeline running 3 times as well to deploy those changes? Thanks!

My thought is that the best practice here would be if a product is viewed after applying a filter as a Y/N, as counting total products viewed might indicate that the customer was not able to filter deep enough to find the right product.We currently do not have an event implemented to track this, and I'm hoping that I can use a combination of product list filter clicks, product list tile clicks and a product view in a sequential segment and/or a custom metric.  However, as I build this out, I'm getting stuck with a visit segment that includes product views that occurred from this specific click path AND product views that happen from another finding method within the visit, rather than the simple Y/N.  Am I thinking about this the right way?  Has anyone solved this already?

Hi, has anyone had any issues that prevent the custom HTML presenting for some returning visitors. It is working for me but not for our website developer. I'm checking their browser, making sure they are not incognito and if they have ever had the custom HTML. they have previously submitted 3 forms, so they should be adequately cookied. thanks

We are seeing a rise in 'generic android device' within Mobile Device in Analytics.And a decline on knowing the actual device make and model.Have Android devices stopped sharing the info to identify this, like Apple?Or is there some kind of issue.

Hi, We have many security/groups created under PR and PN node, and we have added many users into those groups manually under both nodes. This is under use from many years, and also currently we are utilizing this for adding/removing people, but from past week we are facing a issue. We created a new group and checked same thing occurred. Issue description: The users are getting removed from the PN instance frequently. The created group is present but the users are getting vanished. This is creating a huge impact.But its working as expected on PR instance. So, please help regarding this. Thanks,Shreyas.  

My company was migrated to Adobe Admin Console this past February. I am positive I had the ability to delete user accounts from our Workfront environment, at least until this morning. I had a counterpart add a new user but entered a misspelled email address. She re-entered the user into the Workfront user system with the proper email address and renamed the first incorrect account as "Delete lastname". When we both try to click on "permanantly delete" we get an error message the says: ERROR User deletion is not available. If you want to delete users please useAdobe IMS instead.The first incorrect account is not represented in the Admin Console. I reactivated the account and still see no way to "delete" just remove, which puts me in the same situation.I contacted support and was told this is all expected behaviour. So if we mistype an email address we just collect a group of "deactivated" user accounts that we can not delete from our systems like an Admin might want to do?Has anyone els

Hi everyone! I just realized that we can't use custom tokens {{my.*}} in the Design Studio tab. I have over 200 forms in that section, and I need to add a field and a label to each one. What's the best way to do this, besides manually editing each form one by one? Thanks!

Hi, we are experiencing issues with one form that sometimes and to some users returns "Submission failed, please try again” error. I checked this blog and could not find two forms on the page. The website with the form is here: https://conscia.com/se/event/hur-bygger-vi-framtidens-datacenter-2/ The issue appears randomly to only some users (different browsers, different OS) and there is no pattern that we could identify. We have multiple other Marketo forms across the website, but the issue is present only on this form. We opened the ticket with support, but they have not come back to us yet. In case someone has any hints on what could be the cause of this error,  we would be very thankful to know. Thank you, Matjaž 

Hi Team, We are using PDF Viewer Component on AEM Cloud service.There we also have used the config org.apache.sling.caconfig.impl.override.OsgiConfigurationOverrideProvider~pdf-viewer.cfg.json where we add PDF Client ID that we created from link https://acrobatservices.adobe.com/dc-integration-creation-app-cdn/main.html Now, the issue is I need different Client ID's per domain to make the component working on all the Author and Publisher environment, so I need to create 6 Client ID's which is also create 6 projects in Developer Console, so is there any way where we can use the same client ID for all environments Author and Publish instance. Thanks,SD
