I have 3 sites in my AEM instance.- /content/staff (staff.myhost.com)- /content/customer (customer.myhost.com)- /content/others (others.myhost.com`)I have a page in /content/staff (example: /content/staff/en/sample-page). In this page, I have created a link to /content/customer/en/my-page-here.When I published my page, the link URL is displayed as customer.myhost.com/my-page-here and this is correct.The problem is that if I create another link on /content/staff/en/sample-page to a PDF that resides in the DAM area (example: /content/dam/customer/my-pdf-here.pdf) for the customer site, no rewriting is showing.The PDF link is shown as staff.myhost.com/content/dam/customer/my-pdf-here.pdf. Hi all,Recently I implemented target on my website using DTM. Website has experience cloud implementation. I am facing an issue with audience sharing between analytics and target. Segment been created in analytics is visible in target as audience but somehow a valid user is not fulfilling the criteria of audience in target only. I have verified target calls.. they do contain marketing cloud visitor id. It seems I missed some part somewhere in visitor syncing but not able to identify.Need immediate help in  resolving this .Thanks in advance.

As an organization, we are trying to use Adobe Target Premium for recommendations. This is my first time building a recommendation, so I am trying to build a prototype. The issue I am having is only the first recommendation ($entity1.name) properly displays information.   The design is coded to display 3 recommendations (entities). I am new to Recommendations, so my troubleshooting knowledge is limited.I have created:A sample feed with 14 products (CSV Feed). I confirmed it processed correctly.Multiple sample criterias. I have enabled backup recommendations. No exclusions.A 3 entity design, along with the Target sample designs.   I hardcoded the design, such as $entity1.name, $entity2.name, $entity3.name. It's not part of a function/loop.While building the activity, the "preview" properly displays information on all 3 entities, however, when activated to production or using QA links only the the first recommendation displays information. Hi Everyone,I have a ticket in with Marketo about this issue, but thought maybe someone in the community has had this issue and knows how to resolve.We have some landing pages we created for a campaign with gated content behind an embedded Marketo form. Smart Campaigns are sending an automated follow up email upon all form fills, but the emails are not consistently triggering.New users (previously not cookied) - Form completions are triggering the smart campaign as expectedReturning Users (cookied) - Form completions are not being captured in any activity log on the contact record, or in the smart campaign itself.Incognito Window, but submitting known email address: Works as expected, smart campaign triggers correctly.In other words, if I go to the page and put in my own email, nothing happens on the back end. After a recent upgrade to Cumulative Fix Pack 2 on an AEM 6.3, SP3 author, pathfield dialog selections are disappearing when the component dialog is re-opened.This was working prior to the fix pack update, so we assume it is related to this item from the release notes: Adobe Experience Manager Help | Release Notes: AEM 6.3 Cumulative Fix Pack PathField is not selected in the pathBrowser when re-opening the component. NPR-24177We are using the pathfield from under granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/pathfield.This issue appears to be similar to Re: AEM 6.3 coral ui 3 Touch UI - Entered Content Disappearing on multifield, After Validation Error of text field .Please advise on how this can be fixed.

Is there anywhere that I can show my non-marketo team samples or previews of all of the available Marketo Starter email templates? I'd love to not have to create a test email for each one if I can avoid it. Anyone seen something like this around the web or perhaps in docs?thanks

Hi, I tried implementing RTE Text styles as mentioned in this blog. Configure the Rich Text Editor plug-ins . Though it's working,  I see that for the styles which I have added (style nodes added under styles with external Styles sheets) allow multi-select. i.e., authors can select multiple styles for the same text. This is not happening in Classic. Is this the expected behavior ?

I was wondering if this concept every came up before. In our application, we would like to have as few templates as possible (potentially, even 1 or 2). However, we would like to create the concept of "suggested layouts" (think variations of a content fragment) which would essentially be one template, but with multiple 'Initial Content' layouts, so a content producer could choose a layout and have it prefilled with a set of components similar to how they intend to author the page.Can this be done without having to create a template for each one of the 'Layouts" or do we simply have the templates just as frameworks for the Initial Content?Thanks!

Dear All Experts, I bring another question today.We are maintainning a global website, now, we would like to understand:How many users and where user "change" the language during their visit.There is a prop named: LanguageCode.Usually, there is only 1 way user can change the language: click on the right hand side "language" icon, then select preferred language. (by directly type & change the URL will not change the language).E.g.: to know: how many users change the language to "TH" in their visit:To understand this, I create following 2 segments:Segment1. At "Hits" Level, Acivity Map Link = Thailand (It's the value of the link if user would like to change the language)Segment2. At "Visit" Level, "Language Code" does not equal to "TH" THEN "Language Code" equals to "TH".I assume the 2 counts will be very close, but the result is not.It seems to me only 44 visits changed the language by clicking the "language" icon and links, other 831 visits changed the language by other ways.So, I

What's the entry page of the visit? (PageA, or PageA and PageC)2. What's the hit depth of pageC?3. Will pageC get a count on its' entries as well? We know the revenue/pipeline credits are split evenly between all the contact roles under the opportunity, so it is very important for us the associate those contact roles with our Marketo program.But in some situations, the person we have touched (sent email, reach by advertising or met at trade show) is not the right person, or for some other reasons he/she pulled their colleagues into the conversation, so the colleagues are entered into SFDC by our sales as a contact role for the opportunity, without any previous marketing engagement. Hey all, how can I see when a form was last updated in Marketo and who updated it?With the form selected in Marketing Activities, I can see the date it was created and by whom on the Status tab, but it doesn't show me who last updated the form and when. How do I get that info?Thanks in advance..

Hello,Currently, I am using 6.3 version. To activate last modified date for any asset I have enabled the OOTB workflow( DAM Metadata Writeback) and updated an asset. So, after updating I could see last modified date but I observed there were large number of tar files being generated in the segmentstore of repository. Tar file size of 200MB-250MB kept on generating till I disable the OOTB workflow. It would be great if anyone can suggest me how to get rid of this issue.Thank You

I am trying to limit the number of times an IM can fire to twice per day. Currently, this is how I have the "Not Had Interesting Moment" filter set up:However, I'm still seeing more than two of these fire for a single person in a day. Is there any issue with this logic?
