Hi All,I faced with issue with dispatcher cache.I see some strange requests to my site.E.g. /my-site.html/my-site.htmlIn case dispatcher cache wasn't created beforemy-site.html created as a folder in cache.Then when user tries to open /my-site.html I see that cache is not created for html file.Can it be fixed by some dispatcher configurations?Thanks,Alex

Dear All Experts, I bring another question today.We are maintainning a global website, now, we would like to understand:How many users and where user "change" the language during their visit.There is a prop named: LanguageCode.Usually, there is only 1 way user can change the language: click on the right hand side "language" icon, then select preferred language. (by directly type & change the URL will not change the language).E.g.: to know: how many users change the language to "TH" in their visit:To understand this, I create following 2 segments:Segment1. At "Hits" Level, Acivity Map Link = Thailand (It's the value of the link if user would like to change the language)Segment2. At "Visit" Level, "Language Code" does not equal to "TH" THEN "Language Code" equals to "TH".I assume the 2 counts will be very close, but the result is not.It seems to me only 44 visits changed the language by clicking the "language" icon and links, other 831 visits changed the language by other ways.So, I

Hello Experts,Since I posted a thread:Why "entry page" cannot match "hit depth = 1"  and it is answered.But I would like to ask a real case here to make it clear:e.g., a visit as below:Type URL > Landing on PageA > Click LinkB > Visit PageB > Search on Google (or type the URL) > Landing on PageC1. What's the entry page of the visit? (PageA, or PageA and PageC)2. What's the hit depth of pageC?3. Will pageC get a count on its' entries as well? (if pageC get its Entries+1, will it be entry page?)    Reason:I get following table: on our last level "content" page (like PageC), most them get "entries", but their hit-depth-1 pageviews are most 0, there are more than 500 pages  have same results.So, i supposed, user explore and try to reach the page (like PageC) while exploring inside the website, but cannot find the link to the pageC, then, user eventually entrered the page from search engine or a external referrer or type URL.Then, in above user path,

We know the revenue/pipeline credits are split evenly between all the contact roles under the opportunity, so it is very important for us the associate those contact roles with our Marketo program.But in some situations, the person we have touched (sent email, reach by advertising or met at trade show) is not the right person, or for some other reasons he/she pulled their colleagues into the conversation, so the colleagues are entered into SFDC by our sales as a contact role for the opportunity, without any previous marketing engagement. In this case, marketing will not get any credit for the potential opportunity. I'm curious to know how other people are dealing with this situation?

Hey all, how can I see when a form was last updated in Marketo and who updated it?With the form selected in Marketing Activities, I can see the date it was created and by whom on the Status tab, but it doesn't show me who last updated the form and when. How do I get that info?Thanks in advance..

Hello,Currently, I am using 6.3 version. To activate last modified date for any asset I have enabled the OOTB workflow( DAM Metadata Writeback) and updated an asset. So, after updating I could see last modified date but I observed there were large number of tar files being generated in the segmentstore of repository. Tar file size of 200MB-250MB kept on generating till I disable the OOTB workflow. It would be great if anyone can suggest me how to get rid of this issue.Thank You

I am trying to limit the number of times an IM can fire to twice per day. Currently, this is how I have the "Not Had Interesting Moment" filter set up:However, I'm still seeing more than two of these fire for a single person in a day. Is there any issue with this logic? While go through the adobe dynamic media configuration documentConfiguring Dynamic Media - Scene7 mode  I noticed we can configure which folder to sync with dynamic media servers. But I could't find that in my local AEM config. I'm using AEM 6.4.2.0 (AEM 6.4 + SP2). Anyone has any idea? but in crx I have noticed the hard coded default value which is /content/dam.In the Adobe document mentioned as below.In my local AEM cloud config Can anyone help me understand why it is happening?

Hi,We have created some custom server to server destination to share Audience Manager data to another system like CRM and HAAL on daily basis. While processing the file we have found many duplicate entries occurs in the outbound file, as we always thought the outbound files consist of only unique user ids and their associated segments. But this is something changed our perception. So anyone can help me understand why and how we getting this duplicate entry in the outbound file.ThanksKeerthivasan

Hi Team,I'm using AEM 6.4 ASSETS - Dynamic Media scene 7I have uploaded less than 2gb mp4 vedio files , they got uploaded and processed without any issue.But when I upload a video file morethan 2gb the asset is in processing state for a very long time and then got the error "Process Failed" .As per the log the issue is coming during the workflow steps in Dynamic Media Encode video workflow.Can you please let me know if any configuration change is required?Thanks in advanceSusmitha Sama

Hi,We are trying to fire an event on a page with a specific value but that value will likely change every few weeks, so I was wondering if it is possible to create an event multiplier based on a value that is set in a lookup table?The value we want to set is lifetime value and that number will change over time. We are setting this event on the confirmation page at the moment with a static value (for example 4.3), but if the life time value changes in a few weeks to 5.1, I want to be able to set this new value in the event but without needing to change it in the code. I want Adobe to look at a lookup table, see the value in there, and then multiple the basic event value of 1 by the multiplier.Is something like this possible?Thanks,Frank

What would be the best / most efficient way in velocity to automatically convert (ideally all or at least some) special characters to the equivalent unicode escape code, e.g.Ä -> \u00c4,ä -> \u00e4Ö -> \u00d6ö -> \u00f6Ü -> \u00dcü -> \u00fcß -> \u00dfI haven't found some built-in function that can automatically convert these characters and a simple$str.replace("ä", "\u00c4")doesn't seem to work in some initial tests and would also mean that I have to replace each character separately (unless there is some way to replace multiple characters in one go).@Sanford Whiteman maybe?Many thanks,Markus

Hi,The data I am working with requires a separate table that I have linked to the Recipients table, cus:contracts. This linked schema is required because a single Recipient can have multiple contracts tied to them with their own unique attributes. Because of this, it has been linked with a cardinality of 1-N.What is the best way to create a workflow that enables me to filter for specific contracts as well as recipient data? What targeting and filtering dimensions should I use?Do I need to use custom target mapping for this?

Hello All,I am trying to use the rte touch ui component in which I want to add paste options that were available as part of Classic UI.For example as highlighted in below image.I found from Configure the Rich Text Editor  that I can add the 'edit' property and value "*" to include the cut, copy, paste-default, paste-plaintext, paste-wordhtml.However in Touch UI I am not able to provide all the pasting options but choose from browser, plaintext, or wordhtml to be added as a value for property "defaultPasteMode". (See Configure the Rich Text Editor plug-ins )How is this achievable in AEM6 6.4 Touch UI? Or in AEM 6.4 Touch UI, can we provide all three pasting options as buttons when the rte dialog is opened?I noticed that in either of the links I posted above there are no visuals that suggest about the paste buttons in Touch UI rte dialogPlease suggest.Shubham
