Hi everyone,We currently send most our emails out using Marketo and will be migrating our operational emails over to SendGrid with a pre-exisiting Tableau integration as well. I currently use the Marketo activity logs to keep an eye on email sendouts and troubleshooting issues for a record in Marketo but was wondering what dashboard/logs other companies are using that need just one place to view a lead's email history?For instance, Is there a way to populate the email sendout activity from SendGrid into Marketo or is it best to use Tableau to view all chronological email data for a given record?

We have customer profile on our website where the customer can update his mailing preferences.The form is on Marketo and the updates are pushed to marketo as well but i have recently came across a case that i'm as yet unable to solve.An old customer went to his profile and updated preferences/subscribed to something.He got pushed to Marketo all right, with a flag "unsubscribed = FALSE, but bc it's a really old record he wasn't in Marketo, so marketo created a new record.So far so good, but, it turned out the marketo "remembered" he has been unsubscribed long time ago, so what it did, it changed the unsubscribed value back to TRUE with a system flow action: System flow action for 'Change Data Value' triggered Wed, 30 May 2018 08:33:24 -0500my question is how do i override this system flow action if the "re-subscription" happens AFTER the initial opt-out and and person is no longer in Marketo by the time it occurs i thought about creating a counter-campaign like "original source = that a

Hi,We have an email template that is triggered from an external service interacting with Marketo. The service will send some input to Marketo to set the value of certain tokens, e.g. my.City, my.SenderName, etc.. In the template we want to have a picture of the person sending the mail. All the pictures are stored in "Design studio"->"Image and Files". What we would like to do, is to retrieve and insert the right picture based on one of the tokens we are going to update. I've looked at email scripts for a couple of days, but I don't see how I can point to the image in the template or update it's URL. Can the modules the template is made of and their components (an image for example) be referred to in some way in the script (something like moduleName.imageName.url)? And would this be the right approach?Thank you,Gianfranco

We have a very simple custom page template, and when creating a new page and choosing this, then adding an existing form, it consistently marks the "comment" field as required, even tho this form field is not required. This custom page template is attached. And note that this form was simply cloned from an existing form which DID have the comment field required.

Hello!We recently sent out an email for a webinar program where we use {{my.tokens}} to populate the body copy of all our emails and landing pages. Inside one of the {{my.tokens}} we used a {{lead.first name}} token that did not populate. I am having a hard time finding any information that talks about this, but are you unable to have a {{lead.XXXX} token inside of a program specific {{my.token}}? Or did this just fail?Rachel

I am using Continuous Delivery and trying to access targetData which I have queried in previous activity. However, targetData is not access in delivery template of continuous delivery. How do I access targetData in delivery template of continuous delivery?If I use below script in my delivery template, the output is a in below screenshot. Hi Team, Hope you’re doing good !!  One of our sites has a DTM implementation We are facing issue with the data Elements created are not working when I debug by using the satellite object _satellite.getVar(‘errorCode’) & _satellite.getVar(‘abc’). Hi Everybody,I want to send an email that includes a count of profiles that satisfy specific criteria.  Is it possible to create an additional data element, that counts the number of profiles in a query and include this in an email to a specific address?For example run a query that selects all profiles which have been modified in the last 30 days.  Count the number of profiles and include this number in a scheduled email?Kind regards,Bart

Is there a way to see those who qualify for an email but are kept from receiving it due to daily/weekly communication limits? Can a report or alert somehow be created to monitor this? This has been especially important for our onboarding emails for new customers. We'd rather not make these emails operational, but at the same time we'd like to be aware of those who don't receive certain emails because they've been pulled into other Marketing emails, and thereby crossing the communication limits. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The Core Form Options component has a dialog field called Source which allows you to select a list of nodes from the path browser to make up the options in a dropdown list.I have a node of jcr:primaryType = nt:unstructured with multiple child nodes of the same type that have String properties for text and value. When I try to select the parent node from the dialog, it does not show up in the path finder. I am able to manually enter the path to the parent node in the dialog field, and the dropdown list correctly populates, but only in authoring mode. When published, the dropdown field does not show on my page, presumably because it cannot resolve the path to the node.Are there certain properties I'm missing on the node(s)? What do I need to do to get this to work correctly? I am on 6.4.2.

Hi AEM experts,Need urgent help. I have a scenario.On modification: When I make changes to my experience fragment(which renders my header), the changes are reflected in header for all the pages in author environment.On replication: When I replicate the experience fragment, the changes are reflected to Publisher. But it does not reflect in dispatcher, all the pages reflect old header until I go and delete whole cache folder in my dispatcher. I believe cache invalidation request is not associated with experience fragment unlike content fragment.I have implemented SDI/SSI in AEM 6.3 sites for my header component. Which resolves this issue but then I am concern about the performance of the site.Because I believe for every page request dispatcher will render whole page from cache but it will by-pass the header component request(As it is SSI) & header will be rendered from Publisher.(Is this understanding right)So every time my publisher will be engaged for only header component.

Is there any on-platform way to increment or decrement a lead score based on another score?For example, let's say I have ScoreA = 10 and ScoreB = 3. I would want to Change Score A such that it's decremented by ScoreB and is updated to 7.I think I could just build a webhook to do this, but at scale it would be a little slow, and I wanted to see if there was any way to do this within Marketo without flooding our queued campaigns with webhooks and potentially slowing things down.

Hi -I am trying to restrict system/console url in the publisher by applying the filter in the dispatcher something as below/0001 { /type "deny" /glob "*" }/0204 { /type "deny" /url "/system/*" }But still, I am getting 500 error instead of the 404. Anybody have any idea what I am missing? Configuring Dispatcher

Does anybody know if Adobe Launch automatically handles the setting of linkTrackVars and linkTrackEvents for s.tl() calls?I thought the Adobe Analytics Extension might have some way of handling this by couldn't see anything that told me either way.I could write some custom code to be executed, but was unsure if this was the intended/recommended way in which this should be handled?Any help much appreciated!

Hello community,I am trying to move the clientlibs from etc to apps. Earlier approach to call the clientlibs was direct script injection in the component like<script type="text/javascript" src="/etc/clientlibs/my-project/component/mycomponent/jslibs.js"></script>.all was working fine.After I moved the clientlibs under apps and make a sly call js loads likeetc.clientlibs/my-project/clientlibs/my-project/component/mycomponent.min.ACSHASH24436eac1f3c5be6401c52f956a34f99.jsBut this will not get all the script in it. This is the problem.Meanwhile if i make a script reference to the new location it works fine.What could be the issue?

Hello,I have realized that from March 2 till present, there has been a spike in Visits from 'Unspecified' under the Tracking Code metric. Before this, Visits were attributed to their respective Tracking Codes with only a handful under 'Unspecified'. This jump from March 2 is tremendous and our Tracking Codes are not receiving the number of Visits that we ought to be. This is happening globally under Paid Search, does anyone have an explanation for this issue?Regards

I'd like to create a report that will show me all form submission, including ones created in Marketo but used on our website. I want this report to email the results of all form submissions in the past week to a group of users. Can this be accomplished? I have yet to figure out how to create this report to be emailed. I have a smart list created that provides me the information I want but I can auto email the results weekly.

Hi,I'm fairly new to DTM, and believe I'm close to figuring out how to add an event to track clicks for a section on a page.  I'm trying to track clicks in the "Featured Panduit Products" section of www.panduit.com.  I created a "Featured Product Clicks" dimension (Event Based Rule), however the name of the event seems like it defaulted to the name "Error Page Message".Also, should this be created as a Metric instead of a Dimension?My original post can be found here:  DTM Tagging I followed the directions provided by the response, but still cannot tag this section of the page.Any advice would be appreciated Thanks,Robert

Hi there, new to the group and hoping someone can help.I'm trying to implement Google CM ad server tags and they're broken out into global snippets & event, I set up the global snippet to fire on all pages (and this work) and at the top of the page while the event tag to fires on action (page load, button click, etc).  When I use the DTM debugger I see the event rule fire in the Chrome developer console's Console tab but I don't see the code actually execute and it's not tracked in the Network tab, is that normal? When I try to fire Facebook or other publisher tags it works just fine but for the life of me I can't get my Google CM tags to fire in the new gtag format.Those are the rules and both are implement as non sequential HTML tags.Thank you.

I have a smart list created that will show me all form submission based on a time frame. However, I'd also like the results to show me the actual date/time of the activity for the form submission. How can I do this?
