We want to be able to send alerts to sales owners and account owners based off of a download trigger, but don't want someone that owns both the person and the account to get duplicate email alerts - is there a way to set it up so that if the person and account owner are the same they only get one alert?

Is it possible to create datasource for a touch-UI dropdown using Sightly instead of JSP. If yes then how?

Hi,Quite new to Marketo so forgive me if this has a simple solution, but I couldn't find it.I have a Contact Us campaign, and a person who filled out the form in 2017 which generated an opportunity; the opportunity was lost. This month she filled out the same form and I'd like it to generate a new response because it generated a new opportunity. Right now it just exists as in a placeholder campaign so we can track it in the funnel, but in order to do correct attribution, it'd be great to have a Contact Us (Repeat 1) response or something like that.Thanks!EDIT: I found the field in SF!

Hi Team,I have a use case whereby I'd like to send SMS to someone who is not a recipient in the DB but his/her mobile number is tagged along with recipient's mob No in the variable fields in my targeting dimension.E.g.Customer NameRecipient Mob NoFP Mobile Number (variable field in targeting dimension)ABC98989898988787878787BCD45454545451212121212XYZ23232323239090909090Now, the target mapping OR targeting dimension/schema for my SMS delivery is configured to send the SMS to "Recipient Mob No"  which is all good , my requirement is to send the same SMS copy (which is going to Recipient Mob No) to "FP Mobile Number" as well with the same SMS text. PS: I cannot add “FP Mobile Number” column along with the “Recipient Mob No” column in the “target mapping”.Any help would be appreciated.

I’m trying to tie data from another product with my data inside of Adobe Analytics. We have Adobe Analytics javascript on our website collecting data and we use a third party tool to track how users interact with certain parts of the website. We’re trying to use the Adobe API to tie the data together.So far we’ve gone down the path of using the Data Insertion API, but it wasn’t quite right as it’s meant to be used as a replacement for the JS, from what I can tell. We also explored using the Data Sources API. Now the documentation for this suggests you can use a transaction ID to tie offline data with the data collected from the JS, we’ve tried this and it doesn’t match the data up. We’re now exploring using Visitor ID to tie the sessions together but we’re having problems uploading any rows with the Visitor ID column, Adobe just returns the error “Column header: ‘visitorid’ is not a valid column header”. Hey All,Is there an easier way of moving content from Prod to Stage without creating a content package in package manager and uploading and installing on Stage. We have a lot of data on over 6 different sites. As you know, content get stale and bad in Stage so about every 2 or 3 months we want to take the prod instance and install it as stage instance. I think perfect situation would be that we can take an image of Prod and bring it up as Stage. We would also like to backup content every once and a while and put it on a back up server.Any suggestions?

We're using experience fragments to produce HTML fragments that are consumed and displayed by an external application.  Since the html in that case is no longer being served by the AEM instance we need any assets to be referenced by an absolute path rather then a relative one.  I've seen some older blog posts that mention modifying the externalizer but I was wondering if that's still the only option and if so if there's better documentation available.

As my workflow is stopped for a few days long back in 2017,again it started working fine.But,i losses some  of the data transmission done during that period, after that  i recovered it from the database,now i need to add the data to the the server .Is it possible?if possible,give me some possibilities to do it.Thanks in advance.

I think I need, for lack of a better description, a next-level container...The same customer might visit under different Adobe IDs. Let's say I capture the customer account in an eVar. How can I segment on that account ID when the largest container available is "visitor", which is based on the Adobe ID?For example, separating Purchasers and Non-purchasers is not possible by Adobe ID, as the same account might do a part of the journey under one Adobe ID and another part under another.I am fairly certain it's a common situation, so there's got to be a solution, but I can't seem to figure it out.Any suggestions?

Hi, Currently in one of our script, we use _satellite.Logger.getHistory to find out the entire history of what has been fired on a given page with DTM. However, when we try the same with Launch, it doesn't seem to recognize it as a command? Could you pls provide some insights. Also it would be helpful, to know if there is any documentation on how to find out what rules, data elements have been fired on a page, based on the some actions that is being performed on that given page.Thanks,

Dear all,how can I convince ACC to send different follow-up-emails based on clicks on certain links in an email delivery?I set up a delivery in a workflow with several trackable links and an appropriate waiting time, but I don't know how to configure the filters of the following split activity. After a long search I found a thread in this forum, but the links to the related documentations are dead. I am looking to explore the push messaging/in-app messaging/SMS notification capability that Adobe can offer. I have gone through the materials although I have a few questions that would help me figure out my direction. 1. We have Adobe Premium account, Adobe mobile services but push messaging and location services is not provisioned. If I have to configure messages with geofencing capability to iOS and android devices, what extra products I need to have access to? 2. I was reading that Adobe Campaign has the capability to send push messages too. What are the exclusive features that Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target offers that we will not be able to accomplish with Adobe Mobile Services (sending messages from marketing dashboard) ?? 3.  Any highlights as to why adobe push messaging capability is comparable or better than other tools (like Urban Airship) in the market? Any extra benefit????Appreciate your feedback !!

Hi all,I think I'm overthinking what I need to do here.I have a scheduled query running every 15 minutes, looking for new profiles created. I want to send these new creations a recurring email, however if the time created is between 8pm and 8am, I want to hold the delivery until 8am so it is sent within business hours.I really do believe I'm overthinking this - it must be possible I just can't think how!Is this possible and how would I do this?Many thanks,Danielle

I'm currently on 6.2 but am moving over to 6.4 and trying to re-use my templates that I've created as part of my project (under /apps/project/templates).The challenge I'm having is that all of the parsys and layout containers don't have any default component groups defined.Previously, they were defined in /etc/designs/project, but from what I can tell, that path is no longer used?Is there a way to still use these templates and specify the allowed component groups by default without having the author go into design mode after creating a page and manually selecting the groups?Also, I would love to convert these templates to be dynamic templates so that my authors can modify the template layouts themselves. Is there an easy way to move these templates to the new format?Thanks in advance!

I am working on a basic campaign in Adobe which included a read list, enrichment, and email send. I am currently trying to send my email to our Proof Target List to ensure the delivery is built properly before doing the live send. I have checked off the Enable Content Approval: Enable Proof Sending and Confirm the delivery before sending. I start the workflow, everything goes through properly. I then receive an email in my inbox to Approve the Content. I proceed to approve and then nothing happens.I do not receive the delivery, I do not have successful proof sends in my Audit, and I do not have any error messages in my log.I cannot determine why the delivery is not going through. Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas to identify the root cause of my issue?Thanks!Allie

We have created a relationship between some assets using RELATE functionality of AEM. Content authors are able to view the related-assets under the assets. Related assets are visible under Basic TAB of properties of any DAM asset.The issue is user belonging to the group: "content-authors" are able to view the related assets under any asset. Where as user group :  "Contributor" are not able to view the related assets on the Basic-TAB of asset-properties.How to resolve this issue , so that even "Contributor" users must be able to view the "related assets" . Issue is contributor users are able to access all assets but unable to view the relationship provided by Relate functionality.
