As my workflow is stopped for a few days long back in 2017,again it started working fine.But,i losses some  of the data transmission done during that period, after that  i recovered it from the database,now i need to add the data to the the server .Is it possible?if possible,give me some possibilities to do it.Thanks in advance.

I think I need, for lack of a better description, a next-level container...The same customer might visit under different Adobe IDs. Let's say I capture the customer account in an eVar. How can I segment on that account ID when the largest container available is "visitor", which is based on the Adobe ID?For example, separating Purchasers and Non-purchasers is not possible by Adobe ID, as the same account might do a part of the journey under one Adobe ID and another part under another.I am fairly certain it's a common situation, so there's got to be a solution, but I can't seem to figure it out.Any suggestions?

Hi, Currently in one of our script, we use _satellite.Logger.getHistory to find out the entire history of what has been fired on a given page with DTM. However, when we try the same with Launch, it doesn't seem to recognize it as a command? Could you pls provide some insights. Also it would be helpful, to know if there is any documentation on how to find out what rules, data elements have been fired on a page, based on the some actions that is being performed on that given page.Thanks,

Dear all,how can I convince ACC to send different follow-up-emails based on clicks on certain links in an email delivery?I set up a delivery in a workflow with several trackable links and an appropriate waiting time, but I don't know how to configure the filters of the following split activity. After a long search I found a thread in this forum, but the links to the related documentations are dead. I am looking to explore the push messaging/in-app messaging/SMS notification capability that Adobe can offer. I have gone through the materials although I have a few questions that would help me figure out my direction. 1. We have Adobe Premium account, Adobe mobile services but push messaging and location services is not provisioned. If I have to configure messages with geofencing capability to iOS and android devices, what extra products I need to have access to? 2. I was reading that Adobe Campaign has the capability to send push messages too. What are the exclusive features that Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target offers that we will not be able to accomplish with Adobe Mobile Services (sending messages from marketing dashboard) ?? 3.  Any highlights as to why adobe push messaging capability is comparable or better than other tools (like Urban Airship) in the market? Hi all,I think I'm overthinking what I need to do here.I have a scheduled query running every 15 minutes, looking for new profiles created. I want to send these new creations a recurring email, however if the time created is between 8pm and 8am, I want to hold the delivery until 8am so it is sent within business hours.I really do believe I'm overthinking this - it must be possible I just can't think how!Is this possible and how would I do this?Many thanks,Danielle

I'm currently on 6.2 but am moving over to 6.4 and trying to re-use my templates that I've created as part of my project (under /apps/project/templates).The challenge I'm having is that all of the parsys and layout containers don't have any default component groups defined.Previously, they were defined in /etc/designs/project, but from what I can tell, that path is no longer used?Is there a way to still use these templates and specify the allowed component groups by default without having the author go into design mode after creating a page and manually selecting the groups?Also, I would love to convert these templates to be dynamic templates so that my authors can modify the template layouts themselves. Is there an easy way to move these templates to the new format?Thanks in advance!

I am working on a basic campaign in Adobe which included a read list, enrichment, and email send. I am currently trying to send my email to our Proof Target List to ensure the delivery is built properly before doing the live send. I have checked off the Enable Content Approval: Enable Proof Sending and Confirm the delivery before sending. I start the workflow, everything goes through properly. I then receive an email in my inbox to Approve the Content. I proceed to approve and then nothing happens.I do not receive the delivery, I do not have successful proof sends in my Audit, and I do not have any error messages in my log.I cannot determine why the delivery is not going through. Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas to identify the root cause of my issue?Thanks!Allie

We have created a relationship between some assets using RELATE functionality of AEM. Content authors are able to view the related-assets under the assets. Related assets are visible under Basic TAB of properties of any DAM asset.The issue is user belonging to the group: "content-authors" are able to view the related assets under any asset. Where as user group :  "Contributor" are not able to view the related assets on the Basic-TAB of asset-properties.How to resolve this issue , so that even "Contributor" users must be able to view the "related assets" . Issue is contributor users are able to access all assets but unable to view the relationship provided by Relate functionality.

I've been trying to crack this nut for awhile so any suggestions would be helpful.I have a business unit of the org that sells travel packages. Right now they track everything in a massive spreadsheet with somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 columns. They're updating this on a rolling basis when people call in to book or cancel the trip. That's all fine for their purposes but I'm trying to get some of this information into Marketo so that we can have informed conversations with folks. Obviously we want to know if someone is booked/cancelledSo, I have programs created for each individual trip. Each program contains Smart Campaigns (SC) that will trigger member adds and status updates based on whether someone is added to that program's "Booked" list or the "Cancelled" list. This is simple, but creates a great deal of work. Think 2 lists per trip @ 20 trips. So 40 list uploads on a weekly (or more frequent) basis. Hi All,1. concatenated string from incoming files  ex: firstName+LastName+email -->string12. concatenated string from recipient table ex:f irstName+LastName+email -->string2We need to compare above two concatenated strings and if string1 is not equal to string2  we need to insert to a custom table say lead .If the strings are same we need to reject that record from incoming file.We need to check for 8 concatenated strings in similar way for each incoming record .How to implement it? Hi everyone,I have some email deliveries in the message center that are shown in status "erroneous" and some of them try sending daily, even though the messages should not be send anymore. Hi guys,We've been assessing the use of Hobbes.js as the tool to do our UI testing, and we have reached to a problem regarding to the way the testcases are organized.We are using one Adobe AEM server/instance to host many websites.The problem is that when we access the main Hobbes.js screen (http://localhost:4502/libs/granite/testing/hobbes.html​ ), we don't have a way to filter or categorize the testcases. We would like to have a way to show only the testcases of a certain website, but all the testcases are getting mixed now.Also, I can not work in a scenario in which all the tests will be written inside of a single testcase. It will get big and unmanageable very rapidly.Is it possible to organize by website or to do some kind of filtering of testcases?

Hi guys,We are on ACC v7 build 8894 and for some reason the cleanupPausedWorkflows workflow is not available in our system.  If I refer to Delivery​,  it appears the cleanupPausedWorfklows workflow is out of the box as it appears in bold.  The definition of OOB I've known is that, it comes by default into the product.  If so, should cleanupPausedWorkflows not appear in our system after upgrading to a version/build later than the workflow was introduced in?  -Harshal
