I've been trying to crack this nut for awhile so any suggestions would be helpful.I have a business unit of the org that sells travel packages. Right now they track everything in a massive spreadsheet with somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 columns. They're updating this on a rolling basis when people call in to book or cancel the trip. That's all fine for their purposes but I'm trying to get some of this information into Marketo so that we can have informed conversations with folks. Obviously we want to know if someone is booked/cancelledSo, I have programs created for each individual trip. Each program contains Smart Campaigns (SC) that will trigger member adds and status updates based on whether someone is added to that program's "Booked" list or the "Cancelled" list. This is simple, but creates a great deal of work. Think 2 lists per trip @ 20 trips. So 40 list uploads on a weekly (or more frequent) basis. Hi All,1. concatenated string from incoming files  ex: firstName+LastName+email -->string12. concatenated string from recipient table ex:f irstName+LastName+email -->string2We need to compare above two concatenated strings and if string1 is not equal to string2  we need to insert to a custom table say lead .If the strings are same we need to reject that record from incoming file.We need to check for 8 concatenated strings in similar way for each incoming record .How to implement it? Hi everyone,I have some email deliveries in the message center that are shown in status "erroneous" and some of them try sending daily, even though the messages should not be send anymore. Is it ok to just delete those deliveries? Or may the deletion have a bad impact on the cleanliness of our instance?Thanks for your answer!Lena

Hi guys,We've been assessing the use of Hobbes.js as the tool to do our UI testing, and we have reached to a problem regarding to the way the testcases are organized.We are using one Adobe AEM server/instance to host many websites.The problem is that when we access the main Hobbes.js screen (http://localhost:4502/libs/granite/testing/hobbes.html​ ), we don't have a way to filter or categorize the testcases. We would like to have a way to show only the testcases of a certain website, but all the testcases are getting mixed now.Also, I can not work in a scenario in which all the tests will be written inside of a single testcase. It will get big and unmanageable very rapidly.Is it possible to organize by website or to do some kind of filtering of testcases?

Hi guys,We are on ACC v7 build 8894 and for some reason the cleanupPausedWorkflows workflow is not available in our system.  If I refer to Delivery​,  it appears the cleanupPausedWorfklows workflow is out of the box as it appears in bold.  The definition of OOB I've known is that, it comes by default into the product.  If so, should cleanupPausedWorkflows not appear in our system after upgrading to a version/build later than the workflow was introduced in?  -Harshal

Hi, When we design components for an AEM implementation, we come up with the requirements and map them to AEM Out Of Box Components and Custom Components (to be developed), define their characteristics and go ahead with coding. But, do we actually use a "Component Model" in the Architecture perspective? A Component Model is a diagrammatic representation of components, showing interactions among them. I'm currently building out an Engagement Program that consists of 2 separate streams for 2 different audiences (one called Group G and one called Group W). Group G and W receive the same content. However there CAN be situations when some one would be part of both Group G and Group W. I upload the lists that correspond to the campaign members as static lists, which are updated on a daily basis through manual upload. How do I build out an engagement program that would ensure that one single individual would not run through both streams simultaneously? Or receive the same email twice? How could I capture who is part of both Group G and Group W?

We track page visits to these assets separately, depending on if an email click occurred or not. I was running test form fills for a webinar and when I filled it out everything was fine, but when my director filled it out he never got an email from GoToWebinar and then noticed this we noitced this in Marketo The program still says it is linked to my webinar but it is not tking over registrants, any thoughts?Best,Murph

Is there some way to remove or hide deleted experiences from a report in Target?I could certainly understand retaining a deleted experience if it had data associated with it because that data would have an impact on the overall results of the test. However, the experiences in my example above were removed prior to activating the test. As such, there is no data associate with them. So, including them adds no benefit to the report and, in fact, actually make the report harder to digest, especially for a layman. These deleted experiences add completely unnecessary noise to the report.I'm still new to Target, and as a novice, it is often necessary to me to try out various methods of building an experience until I get one that works the way I want it to. So, experimenting with the composer is not unusual and deleting failed attempts is no problem. It's only when viewing the report that it becomes an issue.If there is no way to remove or hide these empty deleted experiences within the report

I'm a little sheepish to ask what seems like may be a really basic question, but what exactly is the benefit of using form locale in the form settings? I haven't found any great discussions on this, and the Marketo Docs site doesn't say much: Change a Form's Locale - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation​. My understanding is that it helps format dates/times appropriately for that country, but I'm still not sure what the use cases are for that. I've never asked someone on a form to input a date or time (except by selecting from a dropdown list), but I guess orgs might want that. And if there are no date/time fields on the form, is the locale then irrelevant? Is there anything else I'm missing? For example, we have a global German form, so I would guess Germany should be selected as the form locale, right? However, in the 11-country dropdown list (of which Singapore and Pakistan are included) Germany is not an option to select. What determines that list selection? Thanks for your help in

Hello everyone,We are migrating our environment from AEM 6.2 to AEM 6.4. We have observed that aem jquery (1.12.4-aem) is overriding our custom/updated jquery library and because of this most of the functionality is breaking. Please see the screenshot below: Note: It only happens in Author environment. In publish environment, AEM jquery doesn't load.I have found solution suggested for AEM 6.0 here How to resolve jQuery library conflicts in AEM 6?  According to the suggested solution, we will have to add granite.jquery.noconflict" as a dependencies on  "/libs/foundation/clientlibs/jquery". If this is the suggested solution, then what is the correct approach to push this changes through code.Please help on this?

Scenario: eVar1 captures the Search Term, eVar2 captures the Product name displayed following the search.How can we identify the Products displayed where they the Product Name matched the preceding Search Term?But in general - for segments or calculated metrics the available functions all relate to static values. Is it possible to compare the eVars?Thank you

I cannot consistently qualify for Target Activities as I intermittently get a CORS issue (and it seems to happen more and more frequently now). It is also happening to other co-workers as well. We have tried wiping cookies and cache, different/new browsers, and incognito – both inside and outside the firewall. And I have checked with our systems team and they said nothing should be blocking on our side. We are on at.js v1.5 delivered through DTM.I keep getting this when trying to qualify for activities:Is there a simple fix/explanation for this - I keep trying to reference Cross Origin documentation and issues, but nothing seems provide guidance towards applying something quickly.
