Hello Marketo Community,Has anybody had any luck disabling Autocomplete in newer versions of Chrome? When you use the "Disable Autocomplete" functionality in the Forms Editor, it simply changes the code to autocomplete="off" . Unfortunately, Chrome now ignores this command. From what I found, changing the code to autocomplete="new-password"  will work, but I'm not sure how to change that in Marketo. Does anybody have any insight on this?Thank you,-Keith

Hi All,Need help in adding multiple dimensions to a segment in one go. I need to create segment which requires over 500 dimensions to be added. Creating using drag and drop is taking a lot of time, couple of hours. I want to add it in one go, is it possible? Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!Ehtasham

Hey, we would like to analyze the amount of pages that people view after they did a search on the website to see if they stick around or leave.Would this be the correct way to do it?But then, how can i see the maount of pages that were viewed after doing the search?I was thinking about using page depth, but I'm not sure about this...Looking at the results of page depth, would that show me the pages they viewed after searching, or all the pages the people visited that did a search and viewed a page afterwards?

Hi guys,I've created a metric showing me the unique products ids from an order. I have used approx count distinct and works as expected if I user Order id as dimension & this new metric.Now, I would like to know for a specific month, for example, number of unique product ids bought. Do you have any suggestions on how the definition of this new metric should look like? The same metric will return less volumes than expected (something like 50% less).Any hint will be much appreciated.Thank you in advance.

Hi Guys,I want to bulk update a bunch of campaigns with start dates, costs etc. We have a list and our SF guy can use the Dataloader tool to upload this information into SF.The list we have contains only the SFDC campaign names and I wanted to know if I could pull the SF Campaign ID from that data. Either in marketo or SF. I assume it might be possible to do in marketo but I'm not at all sure how.Thanks for your assistance on this,-Justin

Hi there,Background to issue:I have built two segments; 1. Users that have 31+ visits in the last 30 days and from USA2. Users that have 1-30 visits in the last 30 days and from USAIssue:When in Workspace, I am trying to get the user ID's for each individual segment.However, when I use the Visit metric and filter to the last 30 days, there are users that have visit counts outside the range of the specified segment.For example, when I drag in the 31+ Segment, I can see that users who have less than 31 visits are also included. I thought the segment rules would have ensured that these people outside of the given range would be omitted? See screenshot below.This was the case for both segments in Workspace i.e. The 1-30 Visits segment also returned results of people with over 30 visits in 30 days, which is not correct.Can someone please advise? I have checked the Segment rules and they are set up correctly. The issue is in Workspace.Thanks!Kind regards,Emmet

Hi,I am a bit confused with Adobe Campaign Classic client and server. I think they installed separately.   I have Adobe Campaign v7 (7.0 build 8795) and Application server:1.1 build 8770 installed. If I want to upgrade both of them, where to download server side and client side program?There is a new version just release 18.10 update - Build 8977, is this application server side or client console?  If I want to upgrade both of them, is there any problem might occur during the upgrade? is there any documentation for upgrading the software?Thanks,Jason

Hi All,We are facing an issue in one of our non-prod environment. We have noticed an AccessDeniedException being thrown in 2 different Scenarios. In both the scenarios , per my understanding System users are involved. And I am not able to figure out what could be causing the AccessDeniedException.Scenario 1.While accessing Siteadmin , useradmin or miscadmin, we are seeing a blank page. On checking the browser console, I could see an error "CQ is not defined". Seeing this error I understood that the client libraries were not loaded. Hi,I was trying to convert page content into PDF, I searched a lot but couldn't find any exact results. Can anyone share an idea to convert page content to PDF. And need to convert many pages with different designs to PDF. Initially i tried Apache AOP , even though its giving 500 internal server error while accessing the URL with .pdf extension.Any reference URL would be appreciated.Thanks,Mohamedh Nishadh

Hi,seems that when you add the Facebook extension to your lib, but you do not express an explicit use of the pixel through one of the standard action choices (e.g. add action "Extension = Facebook Pixel", "Action Type = Send Page View"), the Facebook pixel code is not loaded.We encountered this problem on one of our sites, where we configure the extension with it's pixel ID, but where we have custom javascript code to make the "fbq" calls. The pixel code is not loaded, and thus facebook pixels are not fired...What is the reasoning behind this except maybe for some lib code optimalisation?Stefan

This seems like it should be pretty straightforward.... a good portion of AEM customers must be using marketo and wanting to track form submits but I can't find any documentation.I have marketo forms embedded on several pages of my website, and I'd like to track how many form fills have occurred on any page each week. I used a standard marketo embed code (only edited for look n feel). Support has been telling me that I need an event based rule (what would trigger this and what should be the outcome?). Somehow, it calls a direct call rule that adds to my "form complete" event each time the form is submitted (what triggers the direct call and what is the outcome?). At this point, I'm not as worried about people who are filling out the form and submitting it while it's incomplete.... I just need more reliable numbers that match what I an see in marketo.Can someone suggest what should be in each field of the Event Based Tag & the Direct Call Tag? I have no idea where to start....

Hello,Is there a way to determine the list of reports or dashboards being used with a given variable (eVar, prop or event). Example: eVar1 captures login ID. Is there a way to look up on eVar 1 and see what all reports and dashboards are using eVar 1.?

We are mainly using the Workspace.Adobe Analytics offers a set of built-in Metrics, Dimensions and Segments.e.g. Metrics Quick Reference How can I hide some of the Metrics (resp. Segments or Dimensions) for all or specific usergroups?As some of the Metrics or Dimensions show wrong (or unprecise) data due to our implementation, we don't want to confuse our users. They should just see what we approve and share with them.Thanks for any help in advance.

Hi all, There are some cases where we use a calculated metric to "correct" loading errors in the number of our success events.As an example, a script uploading "Visit" events runs twice, adding 200 events to the data warehouse on a specific day. We then use a calculated metric "Visits (Corrected)" to halve the events on that day. I want to hide the original "Visit" metric everywhere and only display the "Visits (Corrected)", but when I try that in the Report Suite Manager, it hides it all.Any help would be much appreciated!Cheers!

We are using XFA forms to generate formatted output from a quality management system. I'm trying to modify the form to display a "No Value" message when there is no data from the system to output.I have some javascript to check the values:{if ((oField.rawValue == null) || (oField.rawValue == "")) { oField.rawValue="No Value"; }else{ oField.rawvalue;} }But I am having trouble figuring out how to add it to my form. Hi All,I am using AEM personalization feature in order to target content for specific users.My question is how do we enable content targeting on the Editable templates i.e. when we go to the template editor(aem/start.html -> Tools -> General -> Templates) where we author the initial content and template policies.My target is to author a header/footer component on the initial content of the editable template and target the content from there itself.ThanksSohum Wahi

Hello all,I am facing an issue when i install the Dam Packages in my new AEM 6.4 instance. I have downloaded the packages from lower environment 6.1. I'm using dynamic content on landing pages in a nurture program, therefore need to share up to 6 versions of a landing page per touch (each default program used in the nurture includes it's own LP). We're talking 30 - 40 pages.....Things I've considered or tried:Take screenshots of every version of every page. (Yikes.)Create account for stakeholders so they can preview the pages by segmentation. (I did try this but it requires a certain level of technical understanding and for some reason they keep telling me it's not working for them ) Is there another way?
