Hi,If we want to stop capturing our own domain in the referrer report then we need to add our domain urls in InternalURLFilters setting in Adobe Analytics. But, if i understand correctly, that would work for AA UI report but not for Clickstream raw data feed file(referrer & post_referrer column). Can you tell me what needs to be done to stop that in Clickstream data too.Thanks,Muthu

Hi there,I am looking to track the impact of an error on site. Currently when a user experiences a site error we populate an evar and prop with the error (e.g. errorABC) and fire an event, so we have all bases covered. :-)What we are looking to see is how many pages a customer will see after getting an error before they leave - e.g. how bad is 1 error over another.Any ideas how to report this as we want to ignore all the hits/pages that came before the error?ThanksDave

We track video completion events using the built in HTML5 "% complete" condition. With this we have the following rules sending events:0%: event10 and event15=025%: event11 and event15=2550%: event12 and event15=2575%: event13 and event15=25100%: event14 and event15=25I was expecting in Analytics that it would accumulate the values of event15 so if the video is watched until the end it would show 100(%). But as there are 5 events I get 5 as the value so it incremented it by 1 for each call. Is it even possible to achieve what I was trying, if yes, how would I need to configure the event or the value?

I am unsure of how to use segments as breakdowns in the reporting API. In the data warehouse request builder, it's as simple as picking a segment as it will add it as a breakdown, but in the API it only gives me the option to use multiple segments. Is there some documentation that will explain this? Thanks!

TeamWe want to restore one user account which has been deleted recently. Is it possible to do it from Adobe client care side?? please let us know for any other way to do the same.We want to export all the user details including their dashboard, report suite and other access if they have any from the adobe analytics. Hey AdobeHoping to get some clarity - I was wondering if the plugins found on:  Implementation Plug-ins are the full list of available plug-ins that are supported by Adobe? Thanks for any guidance. I know some plug-ins are supported and others aren't. It's easy to get lost in the sea of Adobe documents. I was hoping to find the ones that come as part of the out of the box implementation --- and some that can be added later on. Just interested for now in the ones that would pertain to basic site measurements ....Appreciate the guidance!

How do I export all of the data in my Workspace report in one file - not just the 400 row max? I can only view the 400 max rows and the rest of the data is on multiple pages within the report, but when I select "Send File Now" (in CSV format) I only get what I can see.  I'd like to know if there is a way to override this setting.

Hi allThe migration guide (Performing an In-Place Upgrade)​ says that it is important to bring up the instance with the quickstart jar file. But what I tried is doing the migration with the quickstart war file. Is this possible too or do I have necessariily have to use the self executing jar file? The way I did does not trigger any upgrade process. Since the recommendation to move designs from /etc/designs to /apps/settings/wcm/designs I would like to know what the preferred approach to making a request to an image in that design from HTLeg we have two designs and in both there is a logo.jpg file. We want to be able to swap the design at the page level using the designPathIf we follow the guides in this Designs and the Designer   it generates a link with the /apps/settings/wcm.........../logo.jpg Shouldn't this be coming through some kind of proxy like etc.clientlibs?  If so how best to structure the design tree and how to reference the image from HTL?Thanks

Hi all,We just upgraded a Marketo instance to https. In order to avoid unsecure content alerts, we have updated the templates, but we also have edited some CSS files (called from the templates) that are hosted in Marketo.The CSS files are changed on the hard disk (checked 3 times) with the updated classes. But when we upload them to Marketo, the css files timestamp in Marketo is updated, yet, when we call them from the LP or re download them, the older version keeps showing (I have changed browser, cleansed caches, etc.. to no avail)I also tried to delete the older css and reload it, with the same result.If I load the new file into Marketo under a new name, it loads perfectly well.Has anyone experienced this already ?-Greg

Hi,I'm setting a unsubscription service in Adobe Campaign Standard. I have 2 different custom resources, one is extension of Profile schema (customers and newsletter subscribers) and one is a new resource (not customers but newsletter subscribers). The 2 schemes are independent.I have to set the unsubscription service that must unsubscribe the profiles of both schemes.First question: can I unsubscribe a profile that I have no subscribe to the service? I have tried but I didn't see in the subscription history my name with action "Unsubsciption".Second question: I try to set the service but I can't modify the targeting dimension (in the landing page it is possible). The only permitted is Profiles. How can I manage the unsubscription in the second schema (new resource)?Thanks

I have recently started using Audience Manager and quite often after creating a trait I see that the UTR is 0 while Total trait population has results. I can see data for the same in Adobe Analytics. Also wanted to mention that the trait was created by a user over a year ago and the UTR is still 0. Cannot understand the discrepancy. Can someone advise?

I'm trying to interrupt form validation so I can check to see if the values of all submitted fields are less than or equal to the value of a hidden field. I found the Forms API here: http://developers.marketo.com/javascript-api/forms/ If I add their code samples to my guided landing page template outside of the form div, (whether in the head or the body) the fields of the form are duplicated (strangely they're duplicated within the form div even though the JavaScript is not being put in that area of the page, so it's like two versions of the form are stacked on top of each other.If I add the code sample within the form div, I only see the fields once, but it looks like my custom code is not being invoked and the selection of a form on the landing page is overriding what I embedded on the page. If I don't select a form on the landing page, nothing shows up.Where should I be putting this code on a guided landing page template, or is there a line of code I need to add or remove from the j

There's a requirement to serve some of the pages of a website from AEM (with apache / dispatcher in the front) and some of the pages from a legacy app (with a non-AEM server stack and a non-apache web server in the front).What would you say is the best way to achieve this?I know one of the ways is to probably use sub-domains / directories and have virtual hosts set up on apache for AEM and non AEM sections of the site and forward requests meant for the non-AEM pages to the other server. Will this work since one of the virtual hosts is a different server altogether?Any other approaches that has been tried by others here and that may be more optimal?Any inputs are highly appreciated. And since this can be a common use case it may help others with the same requirement too.Thanks in advance.
