We are using the reporting API for multiple clients to get the data from Adobe Analytics. There is a big problem where for some clients we keep getting "report_not_ready" error after waiting for around 10 minutes. Also, for the same client we make the same requests everyday and on some days it may return the data. When Adobe announced they are ending support for IE11, are they saying users logging into Experience Cloud with IE11 will have issues or that Adobe is no longer identifying the IE11 browser in it's Browser report?

Hello all,My organization wants to have a calculated metric that we can apply to our various page reports.It is "number of organic visits a given page originated". The question we are asking is: Does the page drive organic search traffic to our website?Below is what we've done....my question is, is this a valid approach? Is there a flaw in my logic? Do I need more coffee? :-)So, we would want to count the number of times a page was the entry page of an organic search visit. This implies the page appeared in organic search and was clicked on. This is what I've done so far:Created a segment called Visits from Organic Search, where we tried to segment visits that BEGAN with organic search. Not an existing visit that later on had someone search Google or other engine...which we see a lot. I wonder what type of the Custom Object (one to many or many to many) we should use in our situation.We have a list of Subscribers (parents) and each Subscriber can have either one or multiple Beneficiaries (children). Also, each Beneficiary can belong to multiple Subscribers (for example, one child may be a Beneficiary of  Mom, Dad and Grandma).In addition, each Beneficiary may have multiple Plans. Also each Beneficiary belongs to one of 4 segments.We need to send out 4 email campaigns (one for each Beneficiary segment) targeted to Subscribers. Each Subscriber should receive an email with the list of his/her Beneficiaries' names and their Plan IDs, and the Beneficiaries listed in the email should be only from a specific Segment (depending on the email). I understand that I need to use Email Script Tokens for this but my concern is how to create the right relationships between Subscribers, Beneficiaries, Plans and Segments. Hi All,I have set up user sync and it works fine for desired properties for users under /home. I followed User Synchronization . However for user (12345) the properties node at /home/users/1/12345/properties , I do not want the user sync to work. Is there a configuration or setting that can deny user sync for given path?I understand that I can do the deny for a given node name, but it will be the same for all users. For eg, if I ignore 'properties' the properties node will not sync for all users, not just user 12345. In the OSGi Config "AEM Communities User Sync Listener" I set Ignorable Nodes to the path but the sync still happens for that path. We currently have implemented a new website flow using Salesforce Communites and Lightning. The problem with Salesforce is they only allow you to inject the DTM header via an Iframe. They do not allow for the DTM header to be loaded directly on the main html page itself due to Content Security concerns. So we have created an iframe element with the src as the DTM header.This iframe executes our DTM rules on each page however I have no access to any of the elements on the parent page in which the iframe is hosted. Therefore I have no way to grab the buttons to generate click event, etc. In the Development tools via chrome I can grab these elements via parent.document.getElementById but from DTM it does not seem that I am able to grab these and that the parent object is not defined.Is there a way to grab the parent page elements from our iframe implementation of DTM? Is this even possible without the DTM header being on both the main page and the iframe?Any help on this would be great.Th

Hey guys,I created an event-based rule that is triggered when a user clicks on a link. I need to check if a certain class exists on an element to determine if the rule has to be triggered or not.The class is added when a user clicks on a link. The problem (I think) is that by the time the class is added, the rule condition is already checked and the rule is not triggered. Is there a way to delay the checking of the rule condition?I tried the following but it's not working: window.setTimeout(function() {if(!$('.login-register').hasClass('closed')) { return true;  }}, 1000); // Wait for one second to check if the class 'closed' has been added to the element.Any help is greatly appreciated.

We are in the process of setting up a new AEM 6.3 server.  For some reason the images have stopped showing up in the side panel when editing a page.  If I open a page in classic view, they don't show up in the content finder either.  I can navigate to the images through the Assets folder so I know that it's not a permissions issue.  Also all the renditions appear to be there.

Hi,Our system is configurated in load balancing with 2 servers.Everything is working fine (connections...) except that we have issues to replicate modifications on both servers at the same time. For example, if we add a new field and do an update on our oracle database, depending on the server we are actually connected, we could have an error showing that the new field does not exists. The error disapear completely only if the application is restarted the next day. So, if the restart is not done we have the error showing each time we are trying to access the new object.Thanks in advance for your help,Nbe

Hello,I have created one MSI email that sales is using to reach out to a group of people. Marketing would like to follow up with that group.I had planned to define my Smart List by using the filter of "Sales Email Was Received" and then entering the Subject of my MSI email. However, when I go to enter the email Marketo is showing me one email for every MSI email sent out of SFDC. Marketo Support could not answer me as to why a new email was being created with each send. Support suggested that I just choose all emails to capture everyone who was sent an MSI email. However, when I do that, the Smart List yields zero people.Does anyone have any ideas or solutions how I can follow up with the people who were sent the MSI email and why Marketo is treating each send like a distinct email?Below is a screenshot of the drop down with every variation of the one email.Thank you!

How to configure SAML authentication for multiple content paths assuming/content/internal&/content/externalwhich are served for 2 different set of users groups internal/external and authentication configured via same ADFS SAML ?The users / groups synced via SAML needs to be mapped to internal & external user groups created in AEM and OOTB SAML only supports mapping to only 1 group.Overall we need 2 SAML Handlers configured for the above internal & external content paths.

My organization has just entered our migration phase from Adobe Analytics logins to the Experience Cloud.In addition, we are pursuing migrating our users from Adobe IDs to Federated IDs.Does order matter here? Should we migrate our users first to SSO and then migrate to the Experience Cloud?   or Vice Versa?Thanks!

Hi -I'm trying to replicate a report built in Analytics via the API.In the Data Warehouse in Analytics, I'm able to produce a visit-level data extract, which contains the visitor_id and visit_number - together a unique visit key, and a way to do further analysis offline on the visitor.In the API, I can't find a way to do the same. Could anyone help? I've seen that some people put the visitor_id into an eVar, but that hasn't been set up on the sites I'm working with.Any help on this or how to better do a bulk extract of data from analytics would be appreciated.I'm trying to use v.1.4 of the API, using the Report.Queue method. I've also tried the Datawarehouse.Request method, but this seems to not have been implemented in 1.4, and doesn't seem to be fully functional in 1.3.Thanks!

Hi there,Consider this scenario:1) User A has access to Adobe Analytics using legacy login system and has automated reports (e.g. via Report Builder or Data Warehouse) scheduled to run every week forever. 2) A system Admin updates User A's account to Admin Console / Experience Cloud login. Legacy login may or may not be deleted.Question:Does User A have to do anything to make sure that automated report continues to go out?Thanks.

Marketo Nation,I am trying to migrate a series of emails from another system into Marketo. These emails in our other system were all set up individually and go out on set days after someone downloads our app (e.g. Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, Day 12, etc.).The complication is that we want to send unique emails at certain steps in the process based on the user’s engagement with the app (uploaded documents, invited others, etc.). We would prefer not to use dynamic content for these emails, because we would like to layer on additional dynamic content based on certain user profiles.We also cannot just create separate nurture journeys, because we need it to be updated in real time, and not just at the beginning of the journey. For example, if someone invites someone in the app on day 6, the email they receive on day 7 should reflect that.We have looked in to using a standard Marketo Stream nurture flow, but we are struggling with how to guarantee that the emails will go out on the exact days we spe
