Hi,I wanted to migrate one rule from DTM to Launch. However, when I tried to use condition "Device Type" I saw a warning: Is there an upgrade being prepared or should I apply custom code logic (anything in _satellite object that could help here?)?Documentation is not up to date I believe. Hello,I have created one MSI email that sales is using to reach out to a group of people. Marketing would like to follow up with that group.I had planned to define my Smart List by using the filter of "Sales Email Was Received" and then entering the Subject of my MSI email. However, when I go to enter the email Marketo is showing me one email for every MSI email sent out of SFDC. Marketo Support could not answer me as to why a new email was being created with each send. Support suggested that I just choose all emails to capture everyone who was sent an MSI email. However, when I do that, the Smart List yields zero people.Does anyone have any ideas or solutions how I can follow up with the people who were sent the MSI email and why Marketo is treating each send like a distinct email?Below is a screenshot of the drop down with every variation of the one email.Thank you!

How to configure SAML authentication for multiple content paths assuming/content/internal&/content/externalwhich are served for 2 different set of users groups internal/external and authentication configured via same ADFS SAML ?The users / groups synced via SAML needs to be mapped to internal & external user groups created in AEM and OOTB SAML only supports mapping to only 1 group.Overall we need 2 SAML Handlers configured for the above internal & external content paths.

My organization has just entered our migration phase from Adobe Analytics logins to the Experience Cloud.In addition, we are pursuing migrating our users from Adobe IDs to Federated IDs.Does order matter here? Should we migrate our users first to SSO and then migrate to the Experience Cloud?   or Vice Versa?Thanks!

Hi -I'm trying to replicate a report built in Analytics via the API.In the Data Warehouse in Analytics, I'm able to produce a visit-level data extract, which contains the visitor_id and visit_number - together a unique visit key, and a way to do further analysis offline on the visitor.In the API, I can't find a way to do the same. Could anyone help? I've seen that some people put the visitor_id into an eVar, but that hasn't been set up on the sites I'm working with.Any help on this or how to better do a bulk extract of data from analytics would be appreciated.I'm trying to use v.1.4 of the API, using the Report.Queue method. I've also tried the Datawarehouse.Request method, but this seems to not have been implemented in 1.4, and doesn't seem to be fully functional in 1.3.Thanks!

Hi there,Consider this scenario:1) User A has access to Adobe Analytics using legacy login system and has automated reports (e.g. via Report Builder or Data Warehouse) scheduled to run every week forever. 2) A system Admin updates User A's account to Admin Console / Experience Cloud login. Marketo Nation,I am trying to migrate a series of emails from another system into Marketo. These emails in our other system were all set up individually and go out on set days after someone downloads our app (e.g. Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, Day 12, etc.).The complication is that we want to send unique emails at certain steps in the process based on the user’s engagement with the app (uploaded documents, invited others, etc.). We would prefer not to use dynamic content for these emails, because we would like to layer on additional dynamic content based on certain user profiles.We also cannot just create separate nurture journeys, because we need it to be updated in real time, and not just at the beginning of the journey. For example, if someone invites someone in the app on day 6, the email they receive on day 7 should reflect that.We have looked in to using a standard Marketo Stream nurture flow, but we are struggling with how to guarantee that the emails will go out on the exact days we spe

I've been using RSiteCatalyst for over two years specifically for calculated metrics which can not be pulled via data warehouse.I'm running into the same problem for the last week. Currently, if you want to manage your points of interest for Location Tracking, it is recommended that you manage the information through Mobile Services using the interface or by uploading a CSV file to that location.  When you view the line in ADBMobileConfig.json for analytics.poi, it points to a file that begins with "https://assets.adobedtm.com/.../<fileName>.json.My questions is this: Can I point to a custom file of my own sitting elsewhere, or am I required to use the location shown in my config file.  The goal for having an alternate location and/or file name is to maintain a file that updates automatically instead of being required to upload a new file anytime the information changes.Thanks in advance!CC: Gigazelle​, Jen Andrews

Hi,I'm interested to know how other users of Campaign Standard create and format their text only copies of their emails.In our previous platform there was a built in HTML to text converter which helped but still required a certain amount of manual formatting to ensure it was readable. One thing it did help with though was gathering the URLs for each of the links.We have tried free converter tools for example the Mailchimp one, but this doesn't recognise the links as ACS uses the 'data-nl-lnkep-perso-attr-href' tag rather than the href tag. This is particularly challenging when certain links point to content blocks or landing pages as they don't have physical URLs that we're able to copy and paste.I assume we're not the only ones struggling with the issue so keen to hear how others get around it.Thanks,Bob

Cependant, il n'y a pas à ma connaissance d'option prédéfinie pour trouver ce lien dans Adobe Campaign. Il doit pourtant exister une version en ligne sur le navigateur, non ? Je n'ai pas de connaissance sur la génération de ce type de lien, ne connaissant que des outils où ils sont automatiquement présents dans chaque email à leur création. Hi,After using the Adobe Campaign platform fine on Friday, I've come into work on Monday and I cannot view the contents of folders in the window panel. I can view the 'tree view' of all the folders, but when I click on a folder (that I know has content, for example a delivery template), the list of contents do not appear at the top of the window where they used to, or anywhere else.I've tried the different view options, I've restarted my computer and uninstalled then re-installed Adobe Campaign but the folder contents still are not working.So currently I can't duplicate, view or report on existing campaigns, templates, etc.Any ideas on what the problem could be?Thank you very much for your help!

Hi,I've been trying to copy a file from outbound of FTP and copy to 'Public File Resources' in Adobe Campaign Classic.
