Hello Community,I have the following questions regarding discarded profiles that are logged in the Journey Step Event dataset/schema:How can I obtain detailed information about why a profile was discarded? We have the eventType(has Reason shortform) in the schema under serviceEvent.stateMachine and serviceEvent.dispatcher, but I'm having trouble understanding the reasons.What is the difference between the serviceEvent.stateMachine and serviceEvent.dispatcher objects in the Journey Step Event dataset/schema?Once an event hits AEP and is eligible to enter the Journey but somehow gets discarded, how can I capture that information and send it back to a third-party platform to retrigger? The Journey Step Event only contains the Profile ID, so how can I identify the specific event associated with that profile?

in our tracking on page load rule we are capturing the page URL in an eVar (v26) which has many sections on it and click of each section we are capturing "section title" in another evar (v48) in an event based rule.When I am pulling a report of Page URLs( v26) broken down with "Section Title" (v48) and pulling v48 (section tile) instances as metrics. It shows section titles which are not on that page. for example https://www.xyz.com/home/industries/ has these sections - Let's explore and My lab testhttps://www.xyz.com/home/career/ has these sections - Connnect with expert and Talk to your HR when I am generating a report of https://www.xyz.com/home/industries with breaking it with evar48 (section Tiitle" with "section title" instance as metrics it shows "Talk to your HR" as well as a line item. All the evars have default settings. Any suggestion why we is this happening ? and what could be the fix?

Hi everyone, I am observing a significant volume of data that is being labeled as "None" within the marketing channel category. After closely examining the data and its traffic sources, it becomes clear that a substantial portion of this data is either not specified or belongs to other active marketing channels.  Are there any problems with our marketing channel rules that might be causing data to appear under the "None" marketing channel? I have included a few screenshots of the marketing channel rules for your reference.  

Hi everyone,I have a process that runs daily and queries the Adobe Query Service using a non-expiring credential. Recently, this query has been hitting the 600-second timeout limit and failing.Interestingly, when I run the exact same query using an expiring credential, it works without any issues. Unfortunately, using expiring credentials is not an option for me because this is an automated process that relies on the non-expiring credential.Does anyone know why this behavior might be happening? Are there any solutions or workarounds to ensure the query completes successfully with the non-expiring credential?Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, I am facing the above issues in one of the case, where i am trying to update the asset metadata from the serviceimpl. My Requirement: Via Mcp, doing a assetmigration, then checking the status code of the asset migration. If it is 200, then want to update the asset with few metadata properties. Hi, I have come an across issue with the Marketing Channels where Paid Search in Workspace report was showing among other correct values (as defined in the Marketing Channel rules) also the "None" value and I just can't see why. I am pretty new to Adobe Analytics so it is very likely that I am missing something out. Here is my Paid Search rule:  The query string parameters all begin with cid followed by the channel identification code. In case of paid search it is cid=cpc. (social is cid=social etc.) so I have set up the Paid Search detection rules like this  (search engine "any" and query string contains cid=cpc and other containing just cpc - don't know what is the proper syntax, but I suppose these should both work):   In my report, I had Marketing Channel selected as the primary dimension which was further broken down by Marketing Channel Detail and Marketing Channel Instances set as metric. I'm looking to build some dashboards that display visuals related to Preference Center, System Status, Deliverability (as part of KPIs). The only documentation i'm able to find is related to Revenue Explorer, which i dont have.  Is there a way to build out some basic dashboards made up of various reports I've created?

Hi ,We have requirement to have few content fragment dropdown values fully available for few users, for remaining users, few options need to be read only and few options can be available for them to edit. Is there any way to achieve this ? We are currently using render condition privilege to display or not display the options  but we need to show read only to the user.  Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks,Poovitha S

The Adobe API is responding with a 504 Gateway Timeout any time a request goes over 60 seconds long. We are repeatedly getting this when trying to create report suites by duplicating an existing template report suite (a process that takes Adobe a while to complete). See the attached screenshot for a Postman example of this occurring. We just migrated from Service Account (JWT) credential to OAuth Server-to-Server credential when this started happening, not sure if that is related.  

I noticed that, unlike emails, there isn't an option to add Offer Decisioning in Web Campaigns. Could you please explain how web campaigns with offer decisioning are configured in AJO?I am aware of a document available for configuration via Web SDK, but I would like to understand how offer decisioning can be implemented specifically for web pages. Thank you.  

Dear ACS Experts, We are working on a business case. It is kind of distributed marketing where a central head body designs and defines a campaign and sends out communication to local agencies for enrollment. If local agencies opts-out of the campaign, the email communication won't be sent out to the customer of those agencies. We have created a custom resource to capture the consent of agencies whether they want to be enrolled or opt-out(if agencies does not opt-out in an stipulated time-frame, they'll be automatically enrolled in). Can someone please guide me the most viable and efficient way to capture the agencies consent in the custom resource? I tried with acquisition landing page, but custom resource attributes are not present in the fields to update.

Has anyone set up Workfront Planner in production? If so did you use an implementation team or other documentation as a guideline?

Hi, I'm trying to come up with a way to easily show when a visitor sees a specific URL and then comes back to that same URL in 90 Days. I think this is the right way to think about my segment? My question is though, is there an easy way that I can show this for Repeat Visitors by Month, Week, etc. granularity? In other words, if I take this segment and then expand my date range in freeform and add month as a dimension, is that a problem? Is this just going to look at visitors that did this at any point in time based on the segment and then sum up the users for that month (whether they did it that month or not?) If so, how can I alleviate that? Or am I going to have to do this in Downstream DB and SQL? Thanks! 

How are you mitigating this issue? All actions done on the Adobe Admin Console is passed on to Workfront as if done by the main Workfront systems administrator which is an audit issue. The action may be done by the Adobe Admin Console Systems Administrator who does not have a workfront account and yet in the Workfront logs, it appears to have been done by the main Workfront systems administrator. The other issue is that since we're forced to Adobe Admin Console and there is already an existing Systems Administrator in the Adobe Admin Console, our access level is set to product administrator who don't have access to Adobe Admin Console logs. The only support answer I am given is that Adobe is aware of the issue and yet there is no ETA to fix this. I was trying get content fragment list using the following documentation.Sites API However it always throws a 302 error instead of 200. I have tried both /content/dam path and /api/assets path but it still does not work. curl -i -X GET 'http://localhost:4502/content/dam/wknd-shared/en?cursor=string&limit=1&path=string&references=direct' -H 'Authorization: Basic YWRtaW46YWRtaW4=' I am unable to use the curl command to make changes in the content fragment.  Thanks in advance, 

I have a project with two tasks that are not calculating the Projected Start Date, Planned Completion Date, and Projected Completion Date. Those fields just list N/A. I have checked the start mode (which is set to Start Date) and constraint (which is set to As Soon As Possible). I can't figure out what else I'm missing that might be causing this. Anyone have an idea?

Hi All, If I have 2 technical accounts say A & B to integrate with a third party application and I have to restrict their permissions to upload an asset to specific path, I usually create an AEM group via yaml file say test_group and add the technical accounts as its member, heres the scenario : Technical Account A - created and was not added to this group, when I go to Users in AEM cloud, I can see the technical service account without it being a member of test_group.  Account B - created and was added to the test_group, all works fine. I can upload an asset, create folders etc. Later I added Account A to the test_group but it still can not create a folder and gives a 200 response instead of 201 Ps - I generated the Bearer token for both accounts and hit the Asset API via Postman How much time does it take for the sync to happen, it was already 16-24 hours since I added the Technical account to the group? Is there a way to help AEM sync

Hi Can you please help me take a look at this issue? I created an AEM component with image upload function, somehow the image disappeared the second time I open the configure.  The image appears the first time when I added it. We have a vanity URL, e.g.  https://www.myvanityurl.com.There is no page associated with the vanity URL. It's just a URL with the redirect. When someone goes to it, it immediately redirects to our site. e.g. https://www.mysite.com.We cannot track traffic coming from the vanity URL and into our site.Is it possible to track incoming traffic from the vanity URL to our site? How?
