Hey adobe campaign classic 7 wizards, i'm in bit of a bind here.Suddenly we can't upload pictures to our tracking / web server.we get this error IOB-090020 Error in SSL library: 'IOB-090013 error:1416F086:SSL routines:tls_process_server_certificate:certificate verify failed (code 337047686)'XSV-350059 Unable to upload the images to the tracking servers. So it seems that TLS cert, is the problem.It is build in amazon work spcaces.We have a load balancer added, but i have checked the load balancer, the application server, the web/tracking server and the RDS database, and everyone seems to be with a valid TLS certificate It worked fine in December. Any clue to where to look next ?  Many ThanksRobert.

Hello All, We run several Meta (Facebook) and Google Search Network campaigns, and there is a huge discrepancy (sometimes 50%, sometimes much more) between the data received via Meta Ad and GSN platforms and the data measured in Adobe Analytics? So for example when Meta analytics says that I have 1,000 linck clicks on a certain link and I can se only 500 page views in Adobe Analytics (on the same link, same date range etc.).  My question is: what could cause this discrepancy?  Also, is Adobe Analytics able to measure the activity of users who do not accept cookies on my website? Are they counted as page views and/or visitors, or I can measure only the number of visitors and their page views who accepted my cookies?  Thanks! 

Hi , most of the logic for the table of contents component is handled at TableOfContentsFilter.java. I see the component creates IDs for h1-h6 elements in a page if not already present and then maps it to the table of contents list items. In this process, all the unnecessary text elements within the h1-h6 tags such as <span> classes are also getting copied to the id field and the same id displayed on the Table of contents list as well without any formatting. (For example superscripted references) Now, I am looking at modifying this logic in the filter class and I would like to know if that's possible. A model delegate is not possible here and the logic is heavily built in the filter. Can we extend or by any means modify the logic here with no much hassle.  Thanks for your time and highly appreciate any suggestions.

Hi,I am building a REST endpoint which1.) should execute some QueryBuilder queries based on the parameters passed to the endpoint,2.) return the Sling models for the resources found by the QueryBuilder.Point 1. is simple.I have some concerns around point 2., where the hits returned by the QueryBuilder are JcrNodeResources and I would like to get Sling models for those resources (e.g. for a cq:Page with type "core/wcm/components/page/v3/page"). I have the idea to use the org.apache.sling.models.factory.ModelFactory -> getModelFromWrappedRequest method for this purpose like Page page = modelFactory.getModelFromWrappedRequest(request, createSyntheticResource(resource), Page.class);.The method createSyntheticResource should create a ValueMapResource with the arguments for the Page to be created.Does this make sense or is there an easier way to call Sling model exporter for a given JcrNodeResource?Thanks,Peter

Hi, My organization often creates asset live copies in our DAM. I want to create a filter that allows me to show all assets that are live copies, as well as show assets that are not live copies. Is there a property in AEM to be able to do this? Thank you,Morgan

Hi All, I have created one repoinit script to manage AEM groups and permissions. we already have another script to manage dam related groups and permission. previously for AEM users access were managed via ACS ACL tool and deployed as a package across all environments. so we want to manage these groups as part of our codebase. So I have created a new script for AEM groups but existing ACL assigned to mentioned locations are not getting replaced, hence the issue. Could anyone please suggest if I need to perform any additional changes. Thanks,Abhishek

Hi, we're running a data fix on the "Lead score" field in SF (API Name: mkto71_Lead_Score__c).It looks like the data is not reflected back in Marketo, so we have gap between the two systems. After few minutes Marketo is overriding the data in SF.Do you know what could be the reason for that? we don't have block updates on this field on the Marketo side, or any other smart campaigns running on it. Thanks Itay

Hi everyone,I’m working on a grading system in Adobe Analytics to classify users into levels (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) based on specific activity combinations. My company uses a typeahead field on most of our templates to indicate which client a project is for. The typeahead references our list of Companies. With the Light license, our main users were able to see all companies in this field. I was hoping to move some of them to the Contributor license and the default Contributor access level, but that seems to have disrupted their ability to view other companies. After some experimentation I believe this is linked to having view access to Resource Management, but I don't see any documentation about why that might be.  Does anyone know why this might be occurring, and if it is indeed linked to Resource Management?

We are working on a periodic cleanup activity in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) to delete assets older than 180 days. As part of this process, we also need to programmatically delete root folders if they are empty after the assets are removed. On an average, we have more than 500 assets to be cleaned up. Some questions we need clarification on:What is the recommended approach to schedule this cleanup activity in AEMaaCS?Is the Asset API still recommended for this purpose, or is it considered deprecated? If so, what alternative APIs should we use? 

HI Team! Trying to compare 2 Duration columns in a Task report. Original Duration (task)  VS. Duration (task) Both ive got in Days and i would really like it to give me a colour if the date in the Duration column is Greater than the days in the Original Duration column.  I have tried and failed with syntax. any help would be fab thanks! 

I am trying to pull in the tasks name that have a specific custom form attached to it into a project report. On all our deliverable parent tasks, we have a custom form called "Creative Brief," and I would like to run a project report with any tasks within a project that have this custom form attached. I would also like the tasks to be hyperlinked, they can click on the task and go right to it within the project. Do anyone have text mode for this? PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

I feel like I've looked into this before, but can't find my thread on it so asking the question fresh. Does anyone know how to control who pulls into the list of users when you go to @ mention someone in the updates section of a project/task/issue/etc. The problem we are facing today is as an Ad Agency we have hundreds of clients we do work for. Those clients have absolutely no Workfront access, but we do add their emails to proofs for review. When we do so, it automatically creates them a Workfront account as an "External User." Then when we are working in the system we then 1) have a risk to tag an external user, put them on a project, etc. 2) when we go to @ mention someone in the updates we have to filter through all the external users who we don't need to communicate with. IE I need to tag my coworker "Ashley Smith" but she is 10 users down in the @mentions after all our clients also named "Ashley." The "smart assignments" works well to keep us from dealin

I'm trying to create a second report, similar to the screenshot below, but of our non-marketing Partners projects. I copied the report I made and changed the filter from EQUAL to NOT EQUAL with the same criteria, but the OR in-between each statement seems to be throwing it off and including all partner names. If I include the NOT EQUAL filter and try to stack multiple partner names with AND, it only takes one of those filters and kicks the rest out.  I included the filters I used to create this one, which are basically a CRITERIA OR CRITERIA repeated 5 times. For our non-marketing Partners, we have 26 of those, so recreating that is not impossible but is time consuming. Does anybody know of an easy way to flip these filters to get the data I need? 

I have an unsupported scenario in how we are managing flicker delay.  To accommodate it, I need to know the moment when Target has completed the render of any personalization.  I've attempted to do this via actions in a Launch/Tags rule, but even using "wait to run next action" on the send / render for Target, it still fires before the render has actually occurred.  I'm assuming I need to set an event listener or similar, but don't know what to listen for.  I'm even willing to do the entire send as custom javascript with a ".then" to handle the response, but I'm not quite sure how to make it work on the actual render event. Thanks!

Is it possible to create a custom field that lists all of a project's task statuses? If not, what would be the best way to display this information in a field that would be readable by Fusion.

Hello - I am trying to understand how we can link assets uploaded from external vendors into Brand Portal back to Workfront (WF) projects without having to download the assets from AEM and reupload assets into WF. Example: If a vendor uploads assets to Brand Portal and we publish assets to AEM Assets then we add the associated metadata, is there anyway to connect the assets with a Workfront project using the connector without having to add the assets in the WF project itself? (Assets would only live in the DAM, not WF.)Can there be multiple assets tied to one object in WF?If so, will one connection allow for updates across multiple assets (sometimes in the hundreds).

Hello,  Whenever I try to include graphQL fragments in my query the values return null. First example shows results without graphQL fragment, second shows results with it. Note that the content fragments are the same for both instances, so the null should have something populate.   

If this is in the wrong sub, please let me know.  How can we properly capture anonymous data when the Opt-in extension is enabled in Launch? When this is enabled, and users ignore our consent banner or decline, no beacons are sent for capturing anonymous data like site views and page visits. Is there a way for certain "anonymous" rules to override this and still send the beacon for data capturing?
