Hi ,I was looking for  a integration between Adobe campaign v6 and Microsoft Dynamics 365. I came across CRM connectors document of AdobeCRM Connectors . In the external account setup of MS dynamics' deployment type I saw options like On-premise and Office 365.We have got access to Microsoft dynamics 365(online) . I wanted to know what are steps to integrate campaign v6 with Microsoft dynamics 365(online) .What option should I use for Microsoft dynamics 365(online), so that I can import contacts/records from MS Dynamics to Adobe Campaign v6.Any help is appreciatedThanks-Senthil

Hello - I want to use Target to help create a customer journey.  For example:visitor comes to the site for the first time, we want to show an intro video2nd visit, we want to show a white paper3rd visit, we want to recommend products4th visit, .... First... I can do this through Target, right?  I read this post and think maybe this answers my questions, but it's over 18 months old, so want to make sure: Loading content on second page only if seen first. It basically says I create a profile for each step, then make the previous step's audience be the audience for the next step.  Is that right?  So I would use experience targeting and create an activity for each step in the journey?  Or could I do it all in one activity?  Thanks!Kerri

Can anyone help me get passed the following error when trying to Request data: "There was an error establishing a connection with the server. Please check your connection and domain input"? The domain and credentials are correct. I'm an AAM admin. I have the 2 files saved in the same folder at all times (the BAAAM tool and the txt file with secret code etc). I have tried the following to get past this: 1. different laptops and desktops, both personal and work; 2. Different connections (work, home, public) 3. enabled 32-bit on Windows 10 on whatever laptop/desktop I'm using. There is nobody our company has with the skills to use the AM API so this is our only option given that we have hundreds of trait folders to create.  Can anyone help? Thanks

I need tt classify the stock position as Y(if value > 0) or N (if value = 0). Since numeric classification is not available, I tried a brute force approach - creating 10 rules with "starts with" (see screenshot).This has worked for non-zero values, but failed validation if the value is 0.What are other options?Thank you

Hi,I've been experimenting Sanford Whiteman's MktoForms2 :: Override Field Order in order to put our opt-in fields below the PP fields & submit button.I'm no developer, yet I managed something out with the tool:Problem is, there is not enough space between the submit button and the first optin field and I have no idea how to do that in javascript. We are trying to create experiences in target whose audience is a segment created in analytics. Analytics is tracking another e-commerce website and cart price.Segments in analytics are created based on the following rule.If total cart price is between 0-500 falls in bucket 1If total cart price is between 500-1000 falls in bucket 2and rest in bucket 3.These segments are available as audience while creating the activity. The problem is that when cart value changes in the website, experiences are not getting delivered as per the above rules.We have tried deleting cookies , changing the priorities for activities, combining the audiences but no luck.Please help.

I'm working on refining an existing search functionality on the site. The search works but returns too many irrelevant results. I'm working on refining the search results to make them more relevant to the search term.One of the configuration settings being used to create the search predicate is the Property allowedtypes. The current configuration has cq:Page and dam:Asset as the allowedtypes. From trial and error I found out that changing cq:Page to cq:PageContent ends up in better search results. I really don't know why this would be the case so I'd really like to know setting  cq:PageContent as an allowedtype results in better search results. Also, for those who've worked on search functionality, what other suggestions would you give that can help finetune the search?

Hi,I have a landing page with dynamic content based on the language of a contact (segmentation ). This works fine for a know contact.The idea is to use the same page for unknown visitors. Our website has been made in several languages.So I am able to link to the marketo landing page and have the active language in a url variable.The only problem is that I do not know how to display my landing page in that specific language, because the field that is used by the dynamic content(segmentation by language) is empty at that time.Can someone help me on this?

We have a campaign workflow that has been used for a number of successful sub-workflows.It has clearly at some point, based on layout, menu options, and the defaults served when a new sub-workflow is created, reverted to using the Technical Workflow Template.Is there a way to edit it back to defaulting to Campaign Workflow template settings?

Hi All,I use "cid=ppc" query parameter on my Campaign Landing page urls for Google and Bing. So that by using following channel processing rule, it will be tracked under paid search. But some of the visits for this query parameter urls received from Direct channel. Also for Google Shopping, I use "cid=google_shopping" (but not used in channel processing rule) and those visits also not tracked under paid search whereas tracking under Direct channel. When I compare the Google & Bing data with Omniture it varies.My Paid Search Detection rule contains following Filters: "ppc", "&ppc=", "?ppc=", "?pid=", &pid="Also I can see cid=ppc contain pages aas entry pages for natural and direct channels. How does it possible? If anyone has idea on fixing this tracking, please let me know?

We have added the Marketo Munchkin code to our Donor Drive event management website. The URL structure is /index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.event&eventID=517 for a specific event and  /index.cfm?fuseaction=donordrive.registrationThanks for a registration conversion. When I go into Marketo to set up a smart list for "Visited Webpage", the only URL that Marketo recognizes is /index.cfm so I cannot match up user activity beyond visiting the homepage. Is there a way to get it to pull in the entire URL string? Or another way to collect that data so we can react to it in Marketo?

Hello,I'm new to Marketo so please forgive me if this is a stupid question. I can't seem to get the Send Alert with filters to work. Here's a screen shot of my Campaign:At first I had "If State Is" as the Choice 1, but when that didn't seem to work, I tried switching to "contains" but that's not working either. I made sure to check my spam/junk folders as well. The Send Email works fine though. Could someone please help me in identifying what I did wrong?Thanks!

How can I create hourly comparison charts and graphs in workspace? If I pull two different time periods (for example today and yesterday) and want to view the change in visits by hour, how can I pull this? When i pull the hours dimension it contains the date and time, and does not allow me to compare 12pm today vs 12pm yesterday unless i grab the raw numbers themselves. I cant create a segment around numbers, and since the hours dimension is shown that way, I also cannot graph the data in workspace. It seems like such a simple feature that im amazed its not easier to create...  

Hi there,When you enable pathing for a prop, Entry and Exit dimensions become available to use in Analysis Workspace.In this situation we have a prop that records what section of our help section you are on, it's called FAQ/Help Article Action and can have one of 4 values:view_article, browse_topic, escalation_request, startpageWe enabled pathing for this dimension and now have Entry FAQ/Help Article Action and Exit FAQ/Help Article Action.My question is, when we use these Entry and Exit dimensions, will they only return values that are entries and exits to the site or will it return values that are entries and exits to the path too?When I breakdown Entry FAQ/Help Article Action by Entry Page, I get entry pages which can't have fired at the same time as the Entry FAQ/Help Article Action as they are in two completely different sections of the site which leads me to believe the value given for Entry FAQ/Help Article Action is the entry value for the path and not just when it is an entry

Hi- I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing very slow load times of Analysis Workspace using IE11?  When I use Chrome/Firefox, things seem fine.  This is an issue that my client brought up, so if anyone knows how to fix this issue, it would be appreciated. Thank you,Jonathan
