I am trying to use a lead token to populate dates into an email. I created the new token based on the data I want reflected from the excel sheet, however when I preview the Email Send via person view, the data does not populate. Other tokens are working just fine in the same email - it's only the one with dates that won't work. I tried changing the 'type' multiple times from date to text to integer - none have worked. I'm wondering if this is an issue with the way I built the token, or if it's an Excel import issue.Example:Data in Excel Column I want populated (yyyy):                           Token I created: {{lead.Flex Field-STM Since Date:default=edit me}}Flex Field-STM Since Date          20182017201819852013

Hello Forum,I'm posting to inquire about how/why the Target "SYSTEM" would deactivate a profile script?We have two of them that exclude our internal IP addresses, and to the best of my knowledge have worked for quite some time. However, it was brought to my attention, after activating a test, that someone from one of the excluded IPs was able to qualify. It was only after checking that I discovered that the two profile scripts were deactivated back in June of this year.Any insight is appreciated!- Brion

If we execute the Delete Person Flow Step in a Durable Unsubscribe campaign, can that delete person be reimported?I'm getting mixed messages from previous posts.I ran 2 tests where I imported 2 different people who had been deleted and it seems Marketo does not create a new record.But then I found another thread that says if it comes from SFDC it will create a new record. We are using Netsuite for our CRM.I can't find a definitive answer.

Hello Adobe DTM Community, Reaching out to see if anyone can provide some guidance on the implementation of the gtag.js global (base) and event tag. As the event tag pulls in page data layer values these tags have been implemented as non-sequential JS tags. As the global tag needs to fire first, a page rule has been set up to fire the global tag at the bottom of the page, and a separate page rule set up to fire the event tag on page load. With this configuration I am running into the issue where "gtag" is undefined when the event tag fires. I am using AEM 6.4 version and  I am totally new to AEM. I am trying to develop a website following the steps given in the below link.Getting Started Developing AEM Sites - WKND Tutorial I am in part 4 of the tutorial (Getting Started with AEM Sites Part 4 - Developing with the Style System)My problem is that the layout and other components snaps back into place no matter where I drag it at all times.i have tried in different browsers as well. I am not able to resize any of the components. But suprisingly , i was able to resize the components before two days.Can anyone help me with this please

In our application, we have implemented search using "fulltext" property. While this is working fine for single query string, when we enter query string with multiple words (e.g. insurance products xyz), there is an issue. Only when all the multiple words individually have results, we get the results. If even one word among the multiple words does not have results, we get 0 results, which is not ideal behavior. Generally expected behavior is "OR" for all individual words.For example, consider the below query for fulltext search.path=/content/product/ustype=cq:Pagefulltext=insuranceFollowing is the result count for different fulltext values.fulltext=insurance => 53 resultsfulltext=products => 51 resultsfulltext=insurance products => 48 resultsfulltext=xyz => 0 resultsfulltext=insurance products xyz => 0 resultsWant to know how the query is processed when we give multiple words in fulltext property, and if there is any configuration to change this default behavior.Thanks,P

I'm working on enhancing an existing ecommerce page. The product is created using scaffolding, a page is created and the product is imported into the page. One of the product parameters is a sale date. The client wants the product and the page to be automatically deactivated and deleted when the sale date has passed. Is this possible? I understand that changes in Marketing Channel Rules are not retroactive.But what if I want to change the Marketing Channel name only - will the new name overwrite the old one for the past visits?

Hi,We are using Auto-target and Automated personalization and even if those data can't be sent directly to Analytics, I was wondering if anyone have a creative/cleaver answer for our problem.Our analytics team manages the main marketing campaigns dashboard and we would want to be able to give visibility to our stats.One Idea we have is to add utm codes on our CTA (one different for each experiences).  But that would only give info on how much people have taken action on this or that experience.  We obviously miss the "how much people have been served this or that experience".  So we can't perform conversion rate calculation for each experiences.So my question is:Has someone done this (enterprise/automated level)?Is it possible to use tokens to send something in the DOM (the experience_ID) so a DTM rule could cumulate the visits in AnalyticsIf so, what would be the best data to sendWhat data should be relevant to use to give visibility on our activities, in a master marketing campaign o

We are doing an Ensighten to Launch migration project for a client and their security team want to know more about infrastructure/ physical architecture of Launch. Since we will be storing customer sensitive data as data elements in Launch for sending to downstream applications, they want to know where is the customer data stored as part of Launch? Hi Guys, Does anyone know of a good permanent way to record UTM parameters when someone is filling in a form? Because UTM parameters are stored at a lead level, they are overwritten every time a person fills in a form. I have created static lists at an individual program level and  then smart campaigns that throw people into different lists depending upon their utms, but this is unmanageable when you have numerous banner adverts running on 6 or 7 websites as well as social posts etc.  I can't create dozens of list in every program we are running. Hello everyone,I happen to be very confused about how the cadence of streams work in engagement programs. My understanding was that if the cadence is set to 'Weekly', with everyday of the week selected, each person enrolled in the stream will receive the content activated in the stream once a week, on the day he enrolled in the stream (that is why I checked every single day of the week). However, it appears that checking every day means that each content is sent out everyday to the person enrolled in the stream (until exhausted).Does this mean that the days we select when we put a cadence of 'weekly' will be the days the content is actually sent out, regardless of the 'weekly' cadence as to when the person is enrolled in the stream ?Does this mean that we can send out content every 2 days for instance, by selecting a weekly cadence and checking 'tuesday, thursday' ? Because it didn't work last time I did...If someone could please explain to me how the cadence work exactly, I have not f

Hello Everyone,I am trying to have multiple subscriptions landing page in ACS.- User opens the subscription landing page which is having three subscription options and fills out with name, email, phone and selects subscription1, subscription2.- User didn't select the third subscription (subscription3).- After the initial subscription and confirmation, User opens the same subscription landing page and should show only subscription 3 option enabled and others subscription options should be disabled.Try to achieve this using dynamic content but landing page is failing to load. Hi Forum folks.Trust you're well,..I am a bit concern about lag time.. I pushed my approved code to live around 11pm (UK time) on the 15th of June and now its the 16th (10:43am) and my code is still yet to reflect on the production site.i checked the publish date and it returns the date for my last publication which was in May. Old codes still works fine but new is not coming through. i have rechecked the codes and there are no errors thrown as they all work perfectly on the stage environment..Stage publish date returns 15th june..So not sure how long to wait for.. I have noticed that it is taking my codes longer to get to Production, is there an issue with dtm publication.. please helpRegardsK

Hi All,I have created a new custom schema to store data and send emails. It is a different audience than our Recipients database so they cannot be mixed.How can I send proofs to check the dynamic content is ok and to check that the images and texts are rendered ok? I can only see lists, recipients and seeds and all are related to the Recipients schema.Regards,Raúl

In the past, when I need to know what lists a certain lead belongs to, I check the activity list for the lead, filtered for list activity.  It's a little clunky because you have to account for adds and removes to get a final list of their current list memberships, but it works.  However, I think I saw that list activity data will soon no longer be available back through the whole lifetime of the lead in marketo, so what is an alternate way to easily see what lists a certain lead is currently on?

I'm working on AEM Screen right now. Problem I encounter is, mis-align firmware version on my client device and aem server. On my device dashboard, I see my device is with firmware 2.3.2, while in Action column is 2.2.214.  My AEM Screens player on device is downloaded from google play at newest version 3.3.0. AEM Server is brand new 6.4 Author.I wonder will it cause any error with unaligned firmware version (i'm experiencing animation, clean cache in screen play malfunction in my case) and how to align firmware between server and client (client version is higher than server).

So, I am trying to create a permission that is View-only.If I choose Work space under permissions. The user gets Save as, Send, share and several other options by default that I can not seem to turn off.Also, I want to control what they can see. And if I do not give the user group metrics/dimensions permissions. Even when I curate items for them. They aren't able to view the work space without the not included warning for dimensions & metrics. It doesn't matter if I curate on the project or curate via the Virtual reporting suite.Unless I give the metrics/dimensions at the permission level in Admin Console. they get the warning and work-spaces don't always work. And I subsequently get user complaints.How do you create view-only access? I have a level of users, that should be rely on their teams to "tinker" with the reports but not them.
