Hi Adobe Launch team,My name is Puneet and I work as an Adobe partner in ANZ region. We are doing an Ensighten to Launch migration project for a client and their security team want to know more about infrastructure/ physical architecture of Launch. Since we will be storing customer sensitive data as data elements in Launch for sending to downstream applications, they want to know where is the customer data stored as part of Launch? Is the data physically stored in US or is it stored in cloud storage like AWS. Any information will be helpful.Thanks,Puneet

Hi Guys, Does anyone know of a good permanent way to record UTM parameters when someone is filling in a form? Because UTM parameters are stored at a lead level, they are overwritten every time a person fills in a form. I have created static lists at an individual program level and  then smart campaigns that throw people into different lists depending upon their utms, but this is unmanageable when you have numerous banner adverts running on 6 or 7 websites as well as social posts etc.  I can't create dozens of list in every program we are running. Hello everyone,I happen to be very confused about how the cadence of streams work in engagement programs. My understanding was that if the cadence is set to 'Weekly', with everyday of the week selected, each person enrolled in the stream will receive the content activated in the stream once a week, on the day he enrolled in the stream (that is why I checked every single day of the week). However, it appears that checking every day means that each content is sent out everyday to the person enrolled in the stream (until exhausted).Does this mean that the days we select when we put a cadence of 'weekly' will be the days the content is actually sent out, regardless of the 'weekly' cadence as to when the person is enrolled in the stream ?Does this mean that we can send out content every 2 days for instance, by selecting a weekly cadence and checking 'tuesday, thursday' ? Because it didn't work last time I did...If someone could please explain to me how the cadence work exactly, I have not f

Hello Everyone,I am trying to have multiple subscriptions landing page in ACS.- User opens the subscription landing page which is having three subscription options and fills out with name, email, phone and selects subscription1, subscription2.- User didn't select the third subscription (subscription3).- After the initial subscription and confirmation, User opens the same subscription landing page and should show only subscription 3 option enabled and others subscription options should be disabled.Try to achieve this using dynamic content but landing page is failing to load. Any suggestions or script examples will be helpful to achieve this?Appreciate the help.ThanksSathees

Hi Forum folks.Trust you're well,..I am a bit concern about lag time.. I pushed my approved code to live around 11pm (UK time) on the 15th of June and now its the 16th (10:43am) and my code is still yet to reflect on the production site.i checked the publish date and it returns the date for my last publication which was in May. Old codes still works fine but new is not coming through. i have rechecked the codes and there are no errors thrown as they all work perfectly on the stage environment..Stage publish date returns 15th june..So not sure how long to wait for.. I have noticed that it is taking my codes longer to get to Production, is there an issue with dtm publication.. please helpRegardsK

Hi All,I have created a new custom schema to store data and send emails. It is a different audience than our Recipients database so they cannot be mixed.How can I send proofs to check the dynamic content is ok and to check that the images and texts are rendered ok? I can only see lists, recipients and seeds and all are related to the Recipients schema.Regards,Raúl

In the past, when I need to know what lists a certain lead belongs to, I check the activity list for the lead, filtered for list activity.  It's a little clunky because you have to account for adds and removes to get a final list of their current list memberships, but it works.  However, I think I saw that list activity data will soon no longer be available back through the whole lifetime of the lead in marketo, so what is an alternate way to easily see what lists a certain lead is currently on?

I'm working on AEM Screen right now. Problem I encounter is, mis-align firmware version on my client device and aem server. On my device dashboard, I see my device is with firmware 2.3.2, while in Action column is 2.2.214.  My AEM Screens player on device is downloaded from google play at newest version 3.3.0. AEM Server is brand new 6.4 Author.I wonder will it cause any error with unaligned firmware version (i'm experiencing animation, clean cache in screen play malfunction in my case) and how to align firmware between server and client (client version is higher than server).

So, I am trying to create a permission that is View-only.If I choose Work space under permissions. The user gets Save as, Send, share and several other options by default that I can not seem to turn off.Also, I want to control what they can see. And if I do not give the user group metrics/dimensions permissions. Even when I curate items for them. They aren't able to view the work space without the not included warning for dimensions & metrics. It doesn't matter if I curate on the project or curate via the Virtual reporting suite.Unless I give the metrics/dimensions at the permission level in Admin Console. they get the warning and work-spaces don't always work. And I subsequently get user complaints.How do you create view-only access? I have a level of users, that should be rely on their teams to "tinker" with the reports but not them.

Anytime a new report is created, the default metric "Occurrences" loads.  Is there a way to set a default metric based on the report/dimension level?Many of my users use the activity map reporting in Analysis Workspace.  They would like the default metric to be "Activity Map Instances".  Is this possible?

I have created a component on AEM server, say server1, which can be dragged/dropped to a site page. And, all the code related to the component is on server1(client and backend) only. Now, What i want is to use this component on other AEM server too so that i can dragged/dropped on site page on other server also without taking its code from server1 to other server. Hello,In Adobe DTM, we are trying to create a data element that returns a first party trackingserver based on the site domain. Ultimately, we want to set this data element in the trackingserver field of the Experience Cloud ID service tool in DTM. We need to do this as we host multiple domains in one DTM profile.Can anyone give me some tips on how I would go about doing this? Hi All,This is a shot in the dark but I'm wondering if something can be altered in a flow step. For creating a task, there's a Choice action that assigns an alert email to the Lead Owner. Is it possible to have that alert get sent to the Contact owner instead? If so, I'd assume that it would involve some back end manipulation.For this particular situation we have existing contacts to an account, in which we'd like to send the alert to the contact owner. There are also leads for that particular account under a different owner that it gets sent to.Any feedback is appreciated.
