My company is in the process of brainstorming categories and processes for an email preference center, because right now we only have a one-click unsubscribe option.  Few questions that I was hoping someone could help me out with:-If an email has 3 tags (let's say newsletter, promotion, and cloud technology), but the person only opted in to receive newsletters, will they still receive this email?  Or do they need to be subscribed to all 3 categories/tags to get it?-We want to subscribe people to our vendor's emails, but feel it would be overwhelming to include 20+ options to select what vendor emails they'd like to receive.  As a workaround, would it make sense to have triggered campaigns setup in the background that could add them to vendor lists to receive certain emails?  Meaning if we have the person select what technologies they are interested in, can we tie a triggered campaign to their selection?  For example, if a person selects that they are interested in cloud/carrier service

Hi AllI want ot measure transition from page A to Page BI created a segment like this:container:visitspage:A then after 1 page view page:bThen I can create a calculated metric with this segment but using the visits metric i count  only one transition form A to B in a session.If I have more transition form A to B in the same session I cannot measure this.Is there a way to accomplish this with segmnent?Giuseppe

Hi,We have a AC6 6.1.1 with build number : 8594. It has an UPDATe STEP that is trying to insert-or-update into a AC6's own database ( no FDA being used here for this update data step).This step is in a campaign workflow that has two instance that are trying to update the same row in the same table. But it is throwing an error.Is there a way, we can enable either a WAIT+QUEUE or a concurrency check to wait in the step till the database lock is available. Is this a configuration ?/RegardsKanwal

Hi, As day by day the deliveries and broad logs etc.. increases the size of the Adobe campaign standard system, Is there any standards to maintain to purge  the data of delivery logs,deliveries  or system will delete  automatically the old deliveries and broadlogs  based on some configurations?It would be helpful for us to reduce the performance by doing purge of data.Thanks,Sivaramakumar P

Can I send to a list of emails in a file in Adobe Campaign Standard without importing those profiles?The example would be new customers that all we have is a name and email but we do not want to import them or subscribe to a segment. Brian

We have a multi-model Lead Score implementation. One Product Interest Lead Score field for each of nine different Product types.I am trying to figure out how to automatically sum all of the Product Interest Lead Scores for each record in one Aggregate Lead Score field.The intention would be that any time one of the Product Interest Lead Scores is changed (incremented higher), that would trigger an update of the Aggregate Lead Score field.The reason?We want to rank our daily Leads based on the Total Engagement each lead has with our nine Products.Is this even possible?

Hello,We have recently been tasked with syncing our instance to Salesforce.  In that process found that our instance was previously (before our current team was in place) synced to Dynamics.We understand that our current instance can’t be integrated to a new CRM with the previous sync to Dynamics, but read about a Marketo tool posted by @Jep Castelein that could help to remove old CRM sync.Has anyone used this tool successfully?

Is it possible to adjust position of a component within the assigned columns of a layout container i.e. either centralize it or move it to the left or to the right?To elaborate, there are two components in the first row of a 4 column layout container. Say the first one is an image component which actually takes up only about 1.5 columns. By default it's left aligned which leaves a bit of space between the image component and the other component in the top row. Is it possible to centralize the image or right align it within the 2 columns assigned to it?On a similar note, is it possible to adjust the distance of a component in the container from the left or right edges of the view-port?Similarly possible to specify some gap between different rows of the grid?Thanks for any help here.

Hi all,Question/confirming a process here.All our event leads are done primarily through list import uploads. It is correct that through list uploads they do not sync automatically over to SFDC? In this case, if we want to run alerts to my sales reps after the event we need to add a flow step to sync and assign owner before sending the alerts.

In analysis workspace I want to save changes to a project that was not created by me without having to use the save as function. How and where do I change this setting so another admin and I can update the project as we make changes and updates? I know its probably simple and I have looked over it 1000 times but any help would be great!

I have a work space with multiple rows (200+) of values for an eVar. I want to breakdown all 200 rows by another eVar and then I want to breakdown each of those breakdown rows by a 3rd eVar so that each of the orignal 200+ eVars has 2 breakdown rows. I can get the first breakdown done for all rows by selecting all the rows of the first eVar. But when I then select all the rows with their breakdown and try to add the 3rd breakdown all I get is the last row selected to have the original eVar with its breakdown and the breakdown with its breakdown. All the other rows stay static with the single original breakdown. Screen shots attached

For example:One 'start' event followed by two consecutive 'end' events - does the report show two completions with separate times to complete for the two end events?Repeated 'start' events before an 'end' event - does the time to complete calculate against the first start event or does it reset every time a 'start' action occurs?'starts' or 'ends' without any complement - if someone starts but doesn't complete, or gets a completion and somehow skips starting, are those just thrown out?any insight or advice is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Hello, Trying to pull in a Marketo form through an iFrame. We've noticed Chrome will randomly reject the iFrame and not load the form. We can't consistently recreate the bug, but I'd say it happens 50% of the time.Anyone ever experienced this?

AEM version - 6.4Reference - Configuring Smart Tags Cloud Service I have been following 6.4 smart tags configuration guide to have smart tags enabled in my local AEM 6.4 instance, however after completing the steps and attempting smart tags creation for a asset folder via the core 'DAM Smart Tags Assets'(using Timeline) I see the below error in core logs. Looking at the service user(dam-update-service) in the error log, I see this already has a keystore updated with the private key. Possibly was created when I configured Smart Tag cloud service locally.Any clues on why I see this error please? Or am I missing some steps here? Hi,I wonder I find tutorials online to create the aem templates using CRXDE Lite only. There is an inbuilt tool called templates in AEM. Is there any way to create a blank page template so that I can add components and use it in creating a new website? Is there any tutorial available for the same? Hi, what is the criteria for service providers to be tracked as ISPs or Mobile Carriers? I ask this question because we have some Mobile Carriers which DO NOT appear in the Domains report. We have quite a lot of "Nones" in Domains report. Shouldn't every visit be attributed to a service provider?

Hi All,I am trying to implement Adobe Analytics on a new website. The approach I am going for is by using a Data Layer and then DTM to set-up the tracking. However, I am not sure if I should include anything regarding the time spent on site/ page in this data layer? Are these metrics reported by default in the AA report suite? Or is there some additional development that needs to be done first?Thank you!
