I'm having a very similar issue to this thread that was closed with no resolution: RichText not working for touch UI AEM 6.4 In my local instance (6.3.0), the rich text editor is working fine in my custom component but in 6.3.3 it won't even allow me to add anything to the field or show any of the plugins. I was looking at the Documentation for Adobe Heartbeat and it says that the Average Bitrate metric is...I'm not sure I understand what it means when it says "The value is predefined buckets at 100kbps intervals." Could someone elaborate on that? Also when it says weighted average does that mean that some of the bitrate values don't contribute as much as others? e.g. a bitrate value for a BitrateChange event might contributed less than the bitrate for a Play event.

Hi all,I have an SMS Gateway integrated with Adobe Campaign. The problem is it can only send SMS messages with the country code in front of the number, but most of our customer data does not contain the country code. We are in Australia (Country code +61) but mobile numbers start in 04. Thus, most of the mobile numbers in our database are stored as "04xx xxx xxx" when they need to be "614xx xxx xxx". Is there any way in a workflow or the data loading/update data function to change all entries that start with 04 to start with 614?This is Adobe Campaign Classic v7Many thanks,Alex

Hello together,we are using AEM 6.1 with the Social Components Framework (SCF).The following problem is occurring:We are using the Comments component and allow replies to comments. This results in nested comments which need to be loaded via AJAX via the "load more" button.But we also implemented sharing, and want to link to the anchor of the comment. However, this is not possible, since not all comments are loaded, when the page loads (just topLevel comments).Is there eithera way to force SCF to load all comments?or a way to deeplink to a comment and just load this one?We don't want to send an AJAX request for each reply of a comment, as the HandleBars loadmore feature does.Thanks in advance, maybe we are missing something really obvious.Cheers,Tim

When using the rich text editor through the journal/blog component, uploading an image sends it to the following destination: /content/usergenerated/tmp/social/images/...Is there any way I can update a certain file to have any uploaded images from any of my journal/blog components send the images to a folder of my choice? Ideally I want all usergenerated image uploads to be sent to a folder of my choice under the  /content/dam directory.I'm using AEM 6.3

Hello,My requirement is to pick a file from SFTP location and then process it.For that I am using, FILE TRANSFER Activity. Hi Experts,We have AEM 6.3 with SP2+CFP1+CFP2 installed, Few days back some data was migrated using CRX2OAK tool but the system was working perfectly fine. Seems like the server got rebooted without AEM shutdown and when we are starting the AEM server back again, server is not starting properly. Hi all,This may be a silly question but I'm just getting into learning API call as my company may no longer be using a middleware to connect our Marketo and Netsuite instance. One of the challenges I'm facing is trying to figure out how to expose the Marketo GUID without have to pull it out from an API call. Is there a way to mimic the functionality of an exclude container, without using the exclude function? I have a segment that I would like to use when exporting via data warehouse, however, the segment uses an exclude container at the visitor level, which Adobe analytics is not letting me use in the data warehouse manager? Is there a way to produce a segment that does not use exclude, but produces the same results?

We are developing a new Adaptive Forms application in AEM 6.4 and are seeing a javascript error reported by IE and Edge....Object doesn't support property or method 'includes'File: af.js, Line: 12, Column: 9Everything works fine in other browsers, but IE and Edge throw this javascript error on radio button clicks, tabbing from one form field to another, etc. I know IE doesn't support "includes", but I'm not sure we should be going into af.js to rewrite that. Can Modernizr help us here? Any other solutions?
