Context:Before Saints games, we send a preview email to the full DB. OR fluctuates depending on team performance (and clever copywriting), but has been fairly consistent over the last few seasons.Before our first 2018 preseason game, OR dropped by 75% YoY. CLTR, on the other hand, was up 50%, with clicks up 150%. CTO was 70% -- a metaphysical impossibility in this universe, but maybe not in the multi-verse.I submitted a support ticket since the OR was an absurdity. Other templates were humming along as usual. The game preview code didn't change much from last year, but I speculated that something in my clunky html/css may have screwed with the 1x1 tracking pixel, which I assume is appended by Marketo. We do use a bgr image -- a pattern -- and the emails are fairly image-heavy (example below), but nothing insane. I'm scratching my head. Hi all, When a contact is created in SFDC via lead conversion, does Marketo recognize that as a "new person created" even though it was an existing lead that was simply converted to a contact?

I've been rewalking through all the online Template Editor and Experience Fragment (XF) documentation but I must be missing something because I can't seem to make a new XF Template, that is stored under my own project show up properly in the interface for use.I can take the same template and copy it under the We.Retail project and it shows up just fine after I rename it, but as soon as I move it into my own project it won't show up.  I've tried this with a copy of the We.Retail example XF Fragment Template as well as with one of the base ones from AEM 6.3 under libs.So my assumption is that there is a configuration setting somewhere for my project which I'm missing that will allow this new XF Template to show up in my project.Thoughts?AEM Version - 6.3.2.

Dear support community,I have a question regarding typologies: Can we use our typologies of the prod environment (relating to a specific IP address for the send out) in the stage, too?The background of my question is: We would like to test the sending of transactional messages out of the stage with one of our typologies from the productive environment first, before changing it in prod as we had a lot of trouble in the past when doing only small changes, especially related to the brands. The typology we would like to test is referring to a specific IP address for the sending of emails.I would export the typologies from prod and import it in stage, but if you say that’s not possible anyway then I could save the effort…Thanks for your help!Lena

Hi,After creating 20 variations (languages) of one multilingual email, I am not able to add more variations. However, I am not getting any error message telling me the reason if I have reached a limit or is it any kind of temporary error that occurs. Hi All,We are on 6.2 sp1.We want to replace unwanted dependencies from our project pom files with uber 6.2.0 [obfuscated] version.Our code builds successfully on having the uber jar, but one of the core bundle goes to installed state and lists many entries with "Cannot be Resolved".Sample entries as attached in the screenshot. We noticed that the ones in the screenshot are not listed in our bundle before updating our code with uber.Not sure what is the issue. Any thoughts/pointers will be really helpful.

Some of my segments simply are not present in the list on the Data Warehouse request page, while they are present in the segment library. Since updating to the recent release of Service Pack 3 with AEM Forms 4.1.82 for SP3 on my local and dev instances, I'm having an issue with an adaptive form. Nothing about the form configuration or the page it's included on had changed, but I'm no longer getting redirected to my thank you page. It still functions correctly on my prod instance which is running SP 2 with CFP 2 and Forms 4.1.64. I noticed that when you toggle between Show Thank You Message and Show Thank You Page, the options no longer hide or display. Hey All,In the process of setting up a new landing page test group with goal of seeing which page "converts" better. With these pages there are no forms, but instead the main call to action is a link click. Is there a way to setup and define a conversion within Marketo to be a link click? Thanks!
