Hello,As part of a series of tests on the website navigation, I plan to add an entirely new drop-down menu with the goal of better surfacing some useful, but relatively hidden content. I would like to add click-tracking to each of the new links in the navigation to determine which one is used most frequently.When using A4T, it only appears possible to add one click-track event as a goal metric. I want to be able to capture clicks for each of the different navigation links, and ideally be able to determine whether they were visiting from a mobile/tablet/desktop.I assume I need to leverage the mbox on the page in some way, does anybody know a way of achieving this?The test has been built using the VEC and using the older mbox.js implementation.Thanks,Chris

Hi,I've 2 Qs in workspace -1. Percentage change functionality - I couldn't see an option to change XY% in place of XY.Z% in MoM value calculation.2. Not able to schedule report in HTML email view. I mostly use worspace report for dashboard/ reports perspective and really want to have this feature enable in workspace report too. I've noticed, report export feature in HTML format is available in sitecatalyst report -> download option but not in workspace. Is it possible to have this feature active for workspace too?

I need vh units for displaying images with height equal to view port. As per AEM 6.3 touch ui limitations, vh units aren't supported. Hence I have overwritten vh units with % unit for wcmmode = edit. But still vh and % units behave very differently on different devices and screen sizes. Hence I need something better than % units. Is there any other way to work with vh units?

Are there any best practices about usage of the rich text editor in AEM. Should we be trying to minimize the usage of it, or allow our authors to use it as they see fit?Looking at the core components, there is the title component, and then there is the text component. Within the text component it is very easy to add a title in the rich text editor with the correct header styling. So, if our authors could use the text component to create their headers, I question if they would ever bother using the title component.Should we be disabling the ability for our authors to add a title to the rich text component, and force them to use the title component?Should we not make use of the title component and just have our authors always use the text component for making headers?Is there any benefit to making both options available? Or, does that just cause more confusion?Thanks

Hi there,I am attempting to build an XT activity to hold multiple personalization campaigns on the same page, however I also want to run them as A/B test at the same time.I have previously tried to set them up as individual A/B test activities, however that approach was not prioritizing segment types correctly as some customers could belong to more than one segment. Where the prioritization was failing was that it was sending customers who belonged to more than one group to the segment with the bigger population, thus preventing smaller more complex segments reaching their full audience.To get around this issue I have set up an XT activity with a profile script for control experiences to belong to group A and challenger experiences to belong to group B. I have then prioritized (example below) the segments from smallest segment population to largest segment population in the assumption that it will waterfall down.Small segment group A controlSmall segment group B challengerMedium segmen

Are activity types universal across all customers for marketo ? Or every customer has their own custom activity types? If it is universal - where can I find the complete list of activity types and their Id's?

Hey guys, I have a nurture I set up where we are sending out emails to specific leads, encouraging them to take certain classes/webinars, and then once they take all classes, they are routed into a marketing stream. Each stream is set to a certain status (ex: "Taken class A, but not B, - which would spawn an email telling them to take class B). I've set up custom fields with a date that ea. specific class was taken on. (Our vendor sends us the list each week which contains new leads as well as leads already in our system--a number of them already in the engagement program - so the only way we know whether they have taken another class is when a new list comes in with those class dates in the excel field (which I upload into Marketo). In order to manage this, I've set up an "entry" stream with no content- just set up for determining what date fields (classes are taken) are filled and what's not for anyone that gets entered, and from there it sends to the appropriate content stream. Hi,I have set the comment resource type to my custom comment component in journal component's design dialog. But on adding a comment to a blog,  the resourceType of comment is set to 'social/journal/components/hbs/comment' instead of the resource type set in design dialog.Can any one suggest the solution for this.ThanksRajeev

Hi,I have tracked multiple external links with cids but when I open the "Tracking code report", my tracking code tests do not appear in the report.I made exactly the same thing with another of our website which is exactly taggued in the same way and my tracking code tests appear perfectly.I am pretty sure this doesn't come from the tagging plan we just implemented but from a bad setting in Adobe Analytics interface.Could you help me solve this problem, please?Thanks a lot

Hi,I am referring to this link to know how to upload attachments in AEM through servlet call. I am using AEM 6.2 SP1.https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/post_files.htmlI am able to successfully upload the file in to AEM. The issue i am running in to is reading the remaining form data. The HTML i had on the page is Choose file to upload            UploadI am using for loop as mentioned in the article above and i added loggers to check whether i am getting values in the text box which i added as Bob, James, smith in the servlet call. I am not getting that information at all.Is there another way to get the information? Is there any other example i can check which form data and file upload will be present and accessible through and in one servlet call in AEM?Thanks,Trinesh

Hi,I'm attempting to enrich data from a table that has a 1-N relationship with my recipient table into my delivery so I can make the content conditional on a number.This is my workflow:I have a list of my mailable customers which has an additional query to select only those who met the criteria.In my enrichment, I only want 1 column, where the "brand code" is equal to "BE"The columns I'm enriching with are the one's below...Here's the advanced join condition so I only pull data where the brand code is equal to BE.I think my logic is correct however when I try pull in a field I've enriched I get this error in the Preview.Can anyone see where I'm going wrong?Any help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksKevin

Hi,I am trying to understand our open rate(year to date) from the delivery summary in the reporting tool in ACS. I think the number is very low and when I calculate the months seperatly all numbers are higher than the overall year to date wich doesn't make sense to me? For non-AEM websites, there's usually a clearly defined web root folder where you can place files like robots.txt.  In AEM (v6.3), it's a bit more complicated with the Author, Publish, and Dispatcher instances.  Adding a robots.txt should be simple, but I'm not sure how to do it in AEM, and I can't find definitive documentation.  We don't need info about what the robots.txt file should contain--we just need the steps for getting it on our new AEM site.Do we simply send our robots.txt file to a server administrator, who then adds the file on the Dispatcher servers?  Or should we use CRX to create the robots.txt file in Author, replicate to Publish, and add a redirect rule for the Dispatcher?  We have one Author instance, two Publish Instances, and two Dispatchers.  I'm hoping this is officially documented, and someone is kind enough to share the link.Thanks for any help you can offer.-Nestor

In AEM 6+ is there an ability to revert the page to the previous version when the page is open and author wants to reset to the beginning?  As in revert to a previous version when changes/errors occur without using versions?
